Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,主要采用PVC树脂和ABS树脂进行共混,改善PVC树脂的加工性能,提高抗冲击性,并且添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、螯合剂、稳定剂和光稳定剂使胶皮的抗老化性能十分优异,适用于隔音棉中。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔音棉的胶皮领域,尤其涉及一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方。
背景技术
隔音棉通过胶皮涂上胶之后粘一层棉毡,之后再裁剪成所需要的形状,之后包覆在所需隔音的部分进行隔音。胶皮是隔音棉的主要组成部分,胶皮需要对隔音棉进行保护,胶皮的抗老化性能十分重要,但是目前的胶皮抗老化性能不好,因此提高胶皮的性能就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,主要采用PVC树脂和ABS树脂进行共混,改善PVC树脂的加工性能,提高抗冲击性,并且添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、螯合剂、稳定剂和光稳定剂使胶皮的抗老化性能十分优异,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC树脂 50-60份;
ABS树脂 20-30份;
碳酸钙 40-50份;
增塑剂 10-15份;
抗氧化剂 2-5份;
紫外线吸收剂 1-3份;
螯合剂 0.5-2份;
稳定剂 2-3份;
有机锡 2-3份;
进一步改进在于:还包括有光稳定剂:氯代苯并三唑2-3份。
进一步改进在于:所述抗氧化剂为双酚A;紫外线吸收剂为三嗪-5;螯合剂为亚磷酸三苯酯;稳定剂为硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸钡的混合物。
进一步改进在于:还包括有润滑剂:石蜡0.5-2份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明主要采用PVC树脂和ABS树脂进行共混,改善PVC树脂的加工性能,提高抗冲击性,并且添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、螯合剂、稳定剂和光稳定剂使胶皮的抗老化性能十分优异,适用于隔音棉中。

本实施例提供一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC树脂 50份;
ABS树脂 20份;
碳酸钙 40份;
增塑剂 10份;
抗氧化剂 2份;
紫外线吸收剂 1份;
螯合剂 0.5份;
稳定剂 2-3份;
有机锡 2份;
还包括有光稳定剂:氯代苯并三唑2份。所述抗氧化剂为双酚A;紫外线吸收剂为三嗪-5;螯合剂为亚磷酸三苯酯;稳定剂为硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸钡的混合物。还包括有润滑剂:石蜡0.5份。
实施例二:
本实施例提供一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC树脂 55份;
ABS树脂 25份;
碳酸钙 45份;
增塑剂 13份;
抗氧化剂 4份;
紫外线吸收剂 2份;
螯合剂 1份;
稳定剂 2.5份;
有机锡 2.5份;
还包括有光稳定剂:氯代苯并三唑2.5份。所述抗氧化剂为双酚A;紫外线吸收剂为三嗪-5;螯合剂为亚磷酸三苯酯;稳定剂为硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸钡的混合物。还包括有润滑剂:石蜡1份。
实施例三:
本实施例提供一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC树脂 60份;
ABS树脂 30份;
碳酸钙 50份;
增塑剂 15份;
抗氧化剂 5份;
紫外线吸收剂 3份;
螯合剂 2份;
稳定剂 3份;
有机锡 3份;
还包括有光稳定剂:氯代苯并三唑2-3份。所述抗氧化剂为双酚A;紫外线吸收剂为三嗪-5;螯合剂为亚磷酸三苯酯;稳定剂为硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸钡的混合物。还包括有润滑剂:石蜡2份。
以上实施例主要采用PVC树脂和ABS树脂进行共混,改善PVC树脂的加工性能,提高抗冲击性,并且添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、螯合剂、稳定剂和光稳定剂使胶皮的抗老化性能十分优异,适用于隔音棉中。

1.一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,其特征在于:包括有以下重量份数的料:
PVC树脂 50-60份;
ABS树脂 20-30份;
碳酸钙 40-50份;
增塑剂 10-15份;
抗氧化剂 2-5份;
紫外线吸收剂 1-3份;
螯合剂 0.5-2份;
稳定剂 2-3份;
有机锡 2-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,其特征在于:还包括有光稳定剂:氯代苯并三唑2-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为双酚A;紫外线吸收剂为三嗪-5;螯合剂为亚磷酸三苯酯;稳定剂为硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸钡的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述一种抗老化的隔音棉胶皮配方,其特征在于:还包括有润滑剂:石蜡0.5-2份。
