本发明公开了一种抗菌防霉保温材料及其制作方法,按重量份计,其组成原料为,有机硅树脂75‑95、石英砂40‑60、竹炭粉30‑40、氧化铝微粉3‑4、邻苯二甲酸酯4‑5、扩散剂MF 6‑7、氟硅酸钠2‑3、过氧化二异丙苯4‑5、海藻酸钠6‑8、甘蔗渣粉2‑4、对苯二甲酸3‑4、铝锆偶联剂6‑10、柠檬酸三丁酯6‑8;本发明保温材料由有机硅树脂、石英砂、竹炭粉搭配多种助剂制成,环保性能好,没有对人体健康有损害的材料,保温性能好,同时本发明具有良好的抗菌、防霉作用,同时成本低、粘结性能强、保温性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌防霉保温材料及其制作方法,属于保温材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,我国墙体保温所采用的保温材料仍然是以有机保温材料为主,但是,南京中环国际广场、哈尔滨经纬360度双子星大厦、济南奥体中心、北京央视新址附属文化中心、上海胶州教师公寓、沈阳皇朝万鑫大厦等发生的建筑外墙保温材料火灾均造成了严重的人员伤亡和财产损失,产生了恶劣的影响,因此研究开发新的无机保温材料势在必行,一种来源广泛、价格低廉的原材料得到了广泛的关注。
发明内容
为了缓解现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防霉保温材料及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗菌防霉保温材料,按重量份计,其组成原料为,有机硅树脂75-95、石英砂40-60、竹炭粉30-40、氧化铝微粉3-4、邻苯二甲酸酯4-5、扩散剂MF 6-7、氟硅酸钠2-3、过氧化二异丙苯4-5、海藻酸钠6-8、甘蔗渣粉2-4、对苯二甲酸3-4、铝锆偶联剂6-10、柠檬酸三丁酯6-8。
抗菌防霉保温材料,按重量份计,其组成原料为,有机硅树脂85、石英砂50、竹炭粉35、氧化铝微粉3.5、邻苯二甲酸酯4.5、扩散剂MF 6.5、氟硅酸钠2、过氧化二异丙苯4.5、海藻酸钠7、甘蔗渣粉3、对苯二甲酸3.5、铝锆偶联剂8、柠檬酸三丁酯7。
抗菌防霉保温材料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将石英砂、竹炭粉、氧化铝微粉充分粉碎,然后至于无水乙醇的研磨介质中研磨15-20小时,控制混合料粒径为40-60μm,备用;
(2)将甘蔗渣粉燃烧成灰烬,然后加入海藻酸钠、对苯二甲酸的混合料中,充分混匀后,备用
(3)按重量份称取有机硅树脂加入混合机,然后将步骤(2)的混合料加入其中,混合10~15min,混合转速为100~200r/min,然后再加上述步骤(1)混合物混合20~30min,混合转速为200~300r/min,最后加入扩散剂MF、氟硅酸钠、过氧化二异丙苯、铝锆偶联剂等其他剩余组成原料继续混合,混合 30~40min,混合转速为400~500r/min,得混合预料;
(4)将上述步骤(3)混合预料放入温度400~600℃,压力1~3MPa,保温时间20~30min条件下压制成型,得到成型材料,再放入马沸炉煅烧,煅烧温度为400~500℃,保温时间1~2h;冷却后即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明保温材料由有机硅树脂、石英砂、竹炭粉搭配多种助剂制成,环保性能好,没有对人体健康有损害的材料,保温性能好,同时本发明具有良好的抗菌、防霉作用,同时成本低、粘结性能强、保温性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:抗菌防霉保温材料,按重量(kg)计,其组成原料为,有机硅树脂85、石英砂50、竹炭粉35、氧化铝微粉3.5、邻苯二甲酸酯4.5、扩散剂MF 6.5、氟硅酸钠2、过氧化二异丙苯4.5、海藻酸钠7、甘蔗渣粉3、对苯二甲酸3.5、铝锆偶联剂8、柠檬酸三丁酯7。
抗菌防霉保温材料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将石英砂、竹炭粉、氧化铝微粉充分粉碎,然后至于无水乙醇的研磨介质中研磨15-20小时,控制混合料粒径为50μm,备用;
(2)将甘蔗渣粉燃烧成灰烬,然后加入海藻酸钠、对苯二甲酸的混合料中,充分混匀后,备用
(3)按重量份称取有机硅树脂加入混合机,然后将步骤(2)的混合料加入其中,混合12min,混合转速为150r/min,然后再加上述步骤(1)混合物混合25min,混合转速为250r/min,最后加入扩散剂MF、氟硅酸钠、过氧化二异丙苯、铝锆偶联剂等其他剩余组成原料继续混合,混合 35min,混合转速为450r/min,得混合预料;
(4)将上述步骤(3)混合预料放入温度500℃,压力2MPa,保温时间25min条件下压制成型,得到成型材料,再放入马沸炉煅烧,煅烧温度为450℃,保温时间1~2h;冷却后即得。

1.一种抗菌防霉保温材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料为,有机硅树脂75-95、石英砂40-60、竹炭粉30-40、氧化铝微粉3-4、邻苯二甲酸酯4-5、扩散剂MF 6-7、氟硅酸钠2-3、过氧化二异丙苯4-5、海藻酸钠6-8、甘蔗渣粉2-4、对苯二甲酸3-4、铝锆偶联剂6-10、柠檬酸三丁酯6-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉保温材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,其组成原料为,有机硅树脂85、石英砂50、竹炭粉35、氧化铝微粉3.5、邻苯二甲酸酯4.5、扩散剂MF 6.5、氟硅酸钠2、过氧化二异丙苯4.5、海藻酸钠7、甘蔗渣粉3、对苯二甲酸3.5、铝锆偶联剂8、柠檬酸三丁酯7。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉保温材料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将石英砂、竹炭粉、氧化铝微粉充分粉碎,然后置 于无水乙醇的研磨介质中研磨15-20小时,控制混合料粒径为40-60μm,备用;
(2)将甘蔗渣粉燃烧成灰烬,然后加入海藻酸钠、对苯二甲酸的混合料中,充分混匀后,备用;
(3)按重量份称取有机硅树脂加入混合机,然后将步骤(2)的混合料加入其中,混合10~15min,混合转速为100~200r/min,然后再加上述步骤(1)混合物混合20~30min,混合转速为200~300r/min,最后加入邻苯二甲酸酯、扩散剂MF、氟硅酸钠、过氧化二异丙苯、铝锆偶联剂、柠檬酸三丁酯继续混合,混合30~40min,混合转速为400~500r/min,得混合预料;
(4)将上述步骤(3)混合预料放入温度400~600℃,压力1~3MPa,保温时间20~30min条件下压制成型,得到成型材料,再放入马弗炉煅烧,煅烧温度为400~500℃,保温时间1~2h;冷却后即得。
