一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船,包括船体1,伸缩式起重吊机2,收油机3,舵桨舱4,溢油回收舱5,油水排岸泵6,导油臂7,导油围油栏8,喷洒臂9,专用浮子10和动力站11;所述船体1内部一端设有舵桨舱4,所述舵桨舱4的内部设有两个对称布置的动力站11;所述伸缩式起重吊机2的两侧分别设有一个收油机3所述导油臂7的两端均设有一个专用浮子10;所述收油机3的出口和溢油回收舱5的入口之间,通过快速接头设有收油管路。本发明可以大大减少港口对该类船舶的相关人力、资金投入以及设备的闲置和养护。既可以从事顶推、拖带等任务,又能进行溢油回收作业,做到一船多用,实现该类船舶的功能最大化。

一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船
技术领域
本发明属于拖船技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船。
背景技术
随着港口环境保护要求的提高,各个港口都应配备浮油回收船或兼溢油回收功能的拖船。由于浮油回收船舶属于事故救援船舶,即在出现漏油事故时进行水面浮油回收清理工作。该类船舶造价较高,且利用率较低;日常作用不大,处于闲置状态;并且该类船在停泊期间还要花费大量人力和物力进行维护保养。现有发明尚无法满足30万吨级原油码头的浮油回收需要,且未对于闪点<60度的情况进行考虑,实用性和安全性尚有待提高。
发明内容
为解决这一问题,本发明提供一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船,在原拖船的基础之上,通过修改船体结构及布置,按照中华人民共和国海事局-国内航行海船法定检验技术规则的要求在原有的全回转拖船基础上增加浮油回收设备及浮油回收舱等方式,实现拖船与浮油回收船功能合二为一,按照中华人民共和国交通行业标准JTT/T451-2009港口码头溢油应急设备配备要求进行设计,适合并满足30万吨级及以上靠泊能力的码头对于浮油回收船的要求。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:本发明提供一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船,包括船体1,伸缩式起重吊机2,收油机3,舵桨舱4,溢油回收舱5,油水排岸泵6,导油臂7,导油围油栏8,喷洒臂9,专用浮子10和动力站11;
所述船体1内部一端设有舵桨舱4,所述舵桨舱4的内部设有两个对称布置的动力站11;所述船体1内部的另一端设有两个对称布置的溢油回收舱5,溢油回收舱5内均设有油水排岸泵6和国际通岸接头;
所述船体1的外表两侧分别设有喷洒臂9,外表顶端设有伸缩式起重吊机2;所述伸缩式起重吊机2的两侧分别设有一个收油机3,每个收油机3的一端均通过快速接头固定设有两个导油围油栏8;所述导油围油栏8的另一端通过拖头缆绳与导油臂7连接;所述导油臂7的两端均设有一个专用浮子10;所述收油机3的出口和溢油回收舱5的入口之间,通过快速接头设有由波纹软管制成的收油管路。

本发明包括船体1,伸缩式起重吊机2,收油机3,舵桨舱4,溢油回收舱5,油水排岸泵6,导油臂7,导油围油栏8,喷洒臂9,专用浮子10和动力站11;
所述船体1内部一端设有舵桨舱4,所述舵桨舱4的内部设有两个对称布置的动力站11;所述船体1内部的另一端设有两个对称布置的溢油回收舱5,溢油回收舱5内均设有油水排岸泵6和国际通岸接头;
所述船体1的外表两侧分别设有喷洒臂9,外表顶端设有伸缩式起重吊机2;所述伸缩式起重吊机2的两侧分别设有一个收油机3,每个收油机3的一端均通过快速接头固定设有两个导油围油栏8;所述导油围油栏8的另一端通过拖头缆绳与导油臂7连接;所述导油臂7的两端均设有一个专用浮子10;所述收油机3的出口和溢油回收舱5的入口之间,通过快速接头设有由波纹软管制成的收油管路。

上层建筑的舱室根据溢油回收舱5的位置,按照规范和法规的要求进行布置。
执行收油任务时,首先进行试车运行,试运行无误后,伸缩式起重吊机将收油机吊放在水面上,用绳索固定收油机,或牵动绳索移动收油机至要求水域。通过船舶行驶带动收油机的扫油臂为收油机主机聚油围油栏,同时配合相应的围油栏,使收油机扫油面积扩大,有效提高收油机效率。扫油臂能灵活转动,使用时伸展开进行工作;不工作时收拢起来。
开启溢油回收设备的动力站,开车收油。回收的浮油通过收油机和溢油回收舱之间的软油管,依靠收油机上的动力进行输送。溢油回收舱的舱容大于300m3,满足按照中华人民共和国交通行业标准JTT/T451-2009港口码头溢油应急设备配备要求进行设计,适合并满足30万吨级及以上靠泊能力的码头对于浮油回收船的要求。
同时,可设消油剂喷洒系统配合使用。该系统包括喷洒臂、便携式喷枪及附件等,此外,配便携式可燃气体检测仪一只。消油剂喷洒泵及消油剂柜布置在机舱内,便于溢油回收时消油剂喷洒。在相关部门允许范围内,喷洒适当的消油剂以达到更好的收油效果。回收的油水混合物通过油水排岸泵实现浮油排岸功能。
在闪点低于60度的情况下,船舶指定区域的防火等级要提高,并且要根据相关要求设置CO2等应急设备。由于设置了溢油回收舱,须在此舱内增加加强结构来保证强度;同时考虑该舱油满时,船舶处于安全艏倾的状态,符合稳性要求国家相关部门的规范和法规要求。

1.一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船,其特征在于:包括船体,伸缩式起重吊机,收油机,舵桨舱,溢油回收舱,油水排岸泵,导油臂,导油围油栏,喷洒臂,专用浮子和动力站;
所述船体内部远离船体前进方向的一端设有舵桨舱,所述舵桨舱的内部设有两个对称布置的动力站;所述船体内部的首部设有两个对称布置的溢油回收舱,溢油回收舱内均设有油水排岸泵和国际通岸接头;
所述船体的外表两侧分别设有喷洒臂,外表顶端的尾部设有伸缩式起重吊机;所述伸缩式起重吊机的两侧分别设有一个收油机,每个收油机的一端均通过快速接头固定设有两个导油围油栏;所述导油围油栏的另一端通过拖头缆绳与导油臂连接;所述导油臂的两端均设有一个专用浮子;所述收油机的出口和溢油回收舱的入口之间,通过快速接头设有由波纹软管制成的收油管路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用30万吨码头用兼浮油回收功能的拖船,其特征在于:所述导油臂由等长的两段导油臂组成,通过法兰组装成整体。
