一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,包括初级行星架,初级行星架和内燃发动机的输出轴连接,初级行星架上安装四个初级行星轮,初级行星轮内、外侧分别与初级太阳轮、初级内齿圈配合,初级内齿圈上对称安装有四个次级行星轮,四个次级行星轮与次级行星架连接,次级行星轮内、外侧分别与次级太阳轮、次级内齿圈配合,次级内齿圈与第一伺服电机的电机转子连接,第一伺服电机的电机定子布置在电机转子外侧,初级太阳轮、次级太阳轮和输出轮依次安装在第二伺服电机的输出轴上,本发明具有输入分流和复合分流两种工作模式,保证在全速比范围内具有很高的传动效率。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车混动动力驱动技术领域,具体涉及一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统。
背景技术
行星耦合式功率分流无级传动系统是指利用行星机构将发动机所传递出的功率分流为机械和电气两条路径进行传递,并最终汇流驱动汽车的变速装置,该系统实现了发动机和负载的解耦,既保证发动机工作在效率较高的区域,又充分利用机械功率流传递效率、可靠性高的优点。行星耦合式功率分流混合动力系统可分为输入式、输出式和复合式三种,三种结构分别有各自不同的使用速比范围,输入分流式系统和输出分流式系统分别在高速时和低速时会功率循环,效率较低;复合分流系统的高效速比范围也不足以覆盖车辆正常行驶时需要的传动比区间。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,具有输入分流和复合分流两种模式,共有三个机械点,可保证在全速比范围内具有很高的传动效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,包括初级行星架4,初级行星架4和内燃发动机1的输出轴连接,初级行星架4上安装四个初级行星轮6,初级行星轮6内、外侧分别与初级太阳轮5、初级内齿圈7配合,初级内齿圈7上对称安装有四个次级行星轮9,四个次级行星轮9与次级行星架11连接,次级行星轮9内、外侧分别与次级太阳轮10、次级内齿圈8配合,次级内齿圈8与第一伺服电机的电机转子3连接,第一伺服电机的电机定子2布置在电机转子3外侧,初级太阳轮5、次级太阳轮10和输出轮12依次安装在第二伺服电机13的输出轴上。
所述的行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,具有输入分流和复合分流两种工作模式,在复合分流工作模式时,从次级行星架11进行动力输出;在输入分流工作模式时,从输出轮12进行动力输出,两种模式的选择及切换通过外部配套的同步器实现。
所述的输出轮12和作为另一输出端口的次级行星架11根据需要选择齿轮、链轮或带轮。
本发明的有益效果:采用伺服电机与行星耦合装置集成设计,机电一体化程度高,结构紧凑,可与外部结构配合通过输出端口的选择实现输入分流和复合分流两种模式,使得装置共有三个机械点,保证在全速比范围内具有很高的效率。

如图1所示,一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,包括行星耦合装置,行星耦合装置包含两级行星齿轮传动机构,行星耦合装置的初级行星架4和内燃发动机1的输出轴连接,初级行星架4上安装四个初级行星轮6,初级行星轮6内、外侧分别与初级太阳轮5、初级内齿圈7配合,初级内齿圈7上对称安装有四个次级行星轮9,四个次级行星轮9与次级行星架11连接,次级行星轮9内、外侧分别与次级太阳轮10、次级内齿圈8配合,次级内齿圈8与第一伺服电机的电机转子3连接,第一伺服电机的电机定子2布置在电机转子3外侧,初级太阳轮5、次级太阳轮10和输出轮12依次安装在第二伺服电机13的输出轴上。
所述的行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,具有输入分流和复合分流两种工作模式,在复合分流工作模式时,从次级行星架11进行动力输出;在输入分流工作模式时,从输出轮12进行动力输出,两种模式的选择及切换通过外部配套的同步器实现。
所述的输出轮12和作为另一输出端口的次级行星架11根据需要选择齿轮、链轮或带轮。
本发明的工作原理为:
工作时,对第二伺服电机13进行转矩控制,对由电机定子2和电机转子3构成的第一伺服电机进行转速控制,从而实现对内燃发动机1的转速转矩控制,使其工作在最优工作曲线上,同时完成电子无级变速的功能,通过外部传动轴选择性的与次级行星架11或输出轮12集合实现输入分流和复合分流模式间的切换,使得整个混合动力系统在全速比范围内高效工作。

1.一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,包括初级行星架(4),初级行星架(4)和内燃发动机(1)的输出轴连接,初级行星架(4)上安装四个初级行星轮(6),初级行星轮(6)内、外侧分别与初级太阳轮(5)、初级内齿圈(7)配合,其特征在于:初级内齿圈(7)上对称安装有四个次级行星轮(9),四个次级行星轮(9)与次级行星架(11)连接,次级行星轮(9)内、外侧分别与次级太阳轮(10)、次级内齿圈(8)配合,次级内齿圈(8)与第一伺服电机的电机转子(3)连接,第一伺服电机的电机定子(2)布置在电机转子(3)外侧,初级太阳轮(5)、次级太阳轮(10)和输出轮(12)依次安装在第二伺服电机(13)的输出轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,其特征在于:所述的行星耦合式汽车用油电混合的三机械点动力系统,具有输入分流和复合分流两种工作模式,在复合分流工作模式时,从次级行星架(11)进行动力输出;在输入分流工作模式时,从输出轮(12)进行动力输出,两种模式的选择及切换通过外部配套的同步器实现。
