Preparation of expanded yarn
1) Sequentially adding the polyethylene, the polyethylene glycol, the polyacrylic acid, the lubricant and the porous inorganic substance in parts by weight into a high-speed stirrer, stirring at a high speed for 10-20 minutes, 2) adding an anti-aging agent, stirring for 3-5 minutes, discharging to form expansion slurry for later use, 3) preheating the expansion slurry to 130 ℃, loading into a high-pressure spray device, spraying the expansion slurry downwards in a spray box, forming a water absorption layer on the surface of a wire core by the wire core through the spray box, simultaneously passing a plurality of wire cores through the spray box, and vibrating the wire core in the spray box through vibration equipment at two ends, thereby promoting the expansion slurry on the surface of the wire core to be uniform.
And weaving the water-absorbing yarns and the expansion yarns by using a shuttle circular weaving machine, wherein the density of warp and weft is 32 x 32/10 cm, and the warp and the weft are woven into the breathable layer, wherein the warp and the weft are woven according to the sequence that one water-absorbing yarn is adjacent to three expansion yarns.
And finally, the breathable layer is compounded on the basal layer, and the woven breathable layer and the basal layer are respectively preheated during compounding and then are pressed vertically and synchronously through a pressing machine, so that the breathable fabric has good breathability.
Example 3
A waterproof breathable fabric comprises a base layer and a breathable layer, wherein the breathable layer is made of a water absorbing material and a water absorbing expansion material.
The breathable layer is woven by the yarn and is formed, and the yarn has the yarn that absorbs water and expands two kinds of yarn, and the yarn that absorbs water includes the sinle silk and absorbs water the layer, and the layer that absorbs water is made by water-absorbing material, and the inflation yarn includes sinle silk and inflation layer, and the inflation layer is made by water-absorbing material.
The water absorbing material is pure cotton, and the thread core is polyester fiber.
Preparation of water-absorbing yarn
The first-class cotton is selected to be spun into filaments which are used as water-absorbing yarns.
Preparation of expanded yarn
1) Adding 43 weight parts of polyethylene, 30 weight parts of polyethylene glycol, 15 weight parts of polyacrylic acid, 2 weight parts of lubricant and 5 weight parts of porous inorganic substance into a high-speed stirrer, stirring for 10-20 minutes at a high speed, 2) adding an anti-aging agent, stirring for 3-5 minutes, discharging to form expansion slurry for later use, 3) preheating the expansion slurry to 130 ℃, loading into a high-pressure spraying device, spraying the expansion slurry downwards in a spraying box, enabling the wire cores to pass through the spraying box to form a water absorption layer on the surfaces of the wire cores, enabling a plurality of wire cores to simultaneously pass through the spraying box, and enabling the wire cores to vibrate in the spraying box through vibration equipment at two ends, so that the expansion slurry on the surfaces of the wire.
And weaving the water-absorbing yarns and the expansion yarns by using a shuttle circular weaving machine, wherein the density of warp and weft is 32 x 32/10 cm, and the warp and the weft are woven into the breathable layer, wherein the warp and the weft are woven according to the sequence that one water-absorbing yarn is adjacent to three expansion yarns.

A waterproof breathable fabric comprises a base layer and a breathable layer, wherein the breathable layer is made of a water absorbing material and a water absorbing expansion material.
The breathable layer is compounded on the basal layer and comprises a water absorption layer formed by a water absorption material and an expansion layer formed by a water absorption expansion material, and the expansion layer, the water absorption layer and the basal layer are sequentially arranged from outside to inside.
The water absorption material comprises, by weight, 60% of polyamide, 10% of polyethylene glycol, 15% of polyacrylamide, 8% of a lubricant, 5% of a porous inorganic substance and 2% of an anti-aging agent; the water-absorbing expansion material comprises 50% of polyethylene, 20% of polyethylene glycol, 15% of polyacrylic acid, 5% of lubricant, 9% of porous inorganic substance and 1% of anti-aging agent in parts by weight.
1) Preheating a water absorbing material by a preheating roller, spraying the preheated water absorbing material on a rapidly moving substrate layer by a screw extruder to form a water absorbing layer, 2) preheating the water absorbing expansion material by the preheating roller, spraying the preheated water absorbing expansion material on the water absorbing layer by the screw extruder to form an expansion layer, wherein the water absorbing layer and the expansion layer are sequentially completed on the same flow line, the water absorbing layer is formed firstly, then the expansion layer is formed on the water absorbing layer, and the three layers are pressed and combined quickly before the three layers are solidified.
Example 5
A waterproof breathable fabric comprises a base layer and a breathable layer, wherein the breathable layer is made of a water absorbing material and a water absorbing expansion material.
The water absorption material comprises, by weight, 45% of polyamide, 10-35% of polyethylene glycol, 15-30% of polyacrylamide, 2-8% of a lubricant, 5-10% of a porous inorganic substance and 0.5-5% of an anti-aging agent; the water-absorbing expansion material comprises 43-57% of polyethylene, 10-35% of polyethylene glycol, 15-30% of polyacrylic acid, 2-8% of lubricant, 5-10% of porous inorganic substance and 0.5-5% of anti-aging agent according to parts by weight, and the wire core is polyester fiber.
The breathable layer comprises a support base body made of a water absorbing material and a surface body made of a water absorbing expansion material, a plurality of conical through holes are formed in the support base body, the large end of each conical through hole faces the upper side, the surface body is located at the small end of each conical through hole, a plurality of through holes are formed in the surface body, and the area of the surface body is larger than the small opening of each conical through hole in the support base body.
The support matrix is formed by 1) adding the water absorbing material into a high-speed stirrer, stirring at a high speed for 10-20 minutes, 2) adding an anti-aging agent, stirring for 3-5 minutes, discharging to form water absorbing slurry, and forming the support matrix with a plurality of conical through holes in a pouring mode, wherein one end of each conical through hole with a large opening faces the upper side.
Stirring water-absorbing expansion material in a high-speed stirrer at high speed for 10-20 min to form expansion slurry, printing on the substrate layer by screen printing to form an expansion layer, wherein the expansion layer is formed by a plurality of quadrilateral blocks distributed in a lattice shape, then compounding the support base body with the substrate layer printed with the expansion layer to ensure that each conical through hole on the support base body corresponds to the lattice block on the expansion layer,
the surface body is positioned at one end with a small opening of the conical through hole, the surface body is provided with a plurality of through holes formed in the surface body, and the area of the surface body is larger than the area of the small opening of the conical through hole on the bracket base body.
Example 6
When the tent made of the fabric is used in an anhydrous environment, the tent has good air permeability, and when the tent is rained or is wet, the air permeable layer absorbs certain moisture and expands to form a protective layer, so that the waterproof effect is achieved.

The waterproof breathable fabric is characterized in that: the anti-aging breathable fabric comprises a substrate layer and a breathable layer, wherein the breathable layer is made of a water absorption material and a water absorption expansion material, and the water absorption material comprises, by weight, 40-65% of polyamide, 10-35% of polyethylene glycol, 15-30% of polyacrylamide, 2-8% of a lubricant, 5-10% of a porous inorganic substance and 0.5-5% of an anti-aging agent; the water-absorbing expansion material comprises 43-57% of polyethylene, 10-30% of polyethylene glycol, 15-30% of polyacrylic acid, 2-8% of lubricant, 5-10% of porous inorganic substance and 0.5-5% of anti-aging agent according to parts by weight; the breathable layer comprises a bracket matrix made of water-absorbing materials and a surface body made of water-absorbing expansion materials; the preparation method of the waterproof breathable fabric comprises the following steps: (1) adding polyamide, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylamide, lubricant and porous inorganic matters in the water absorbing material into a high-speed stirrer, stirring at a high speed for 10-20 minutes, adding an anti-aging agent, stirring for 3-5 minutes, discharging to form water absorbing slurry, forming a bracket matrix with a plurality of conical through holes in a pouring mode, wherein one end of the conical through hole with a large opening faces the upper side; (2) stirring the water-absorbing expansion material in a high-speed stirrer at a high speed for 10-20 minutes to form expansion slurry, and printing the expansion slurry on a substrate layer in a screen printing mode to form a surface body, wherein the surface body is a plurality of quadrilateral blocks and is distributed in a lattice shape; (3) the support base body is compounded with the basal layer printed with the surface body, each conical through hole on the support base body corresponds to the quadrilateral block on the surface body, the surface body is positioned at one end with a small opening of the conical through hole, and the area of the quadrilateral block is larger than the small opening of the conical through hole on the support base body.
