The water absorption material comprises, by weight, 45% of polyamide, 10-35% of polyethylene glycol, 15-30% of polyacrylamide, 2-8% of a lubricant, 5-10% of a porous inorganic substance and 0.5-5% of an anti-aging agent; the water-absorbing expansion material comprises 43-57% of polyethylene, 10-35% of polyethylene glycol, 15-30% of polyacrylic acid, 2-8% of lubricant, 5-10% of porous inorganic substance and 0.5-5% of anti-aging agent according to parts by weight, and the wire core is polyester fiber.
The breathable layer comprises a support base body made of a water absorbing material and a surface body made of a water absorbing expansion material, a plurality of conical through holes are formed in the support base body, the large end of each conical through hole faces the upper side, the surface body is located at the small end of each conical through hole, a plurality of through holes are formed in the surface body, and the area of the surface body is larger than the small opening of each conical through hole in the support base body.
The support matrix is formed by 1) adding the water absorbing material into a high-speed stirrer, stirring at a high speed for 10-20 minutes, 2) adding an anti-aging agent, stirring for 3-5 minutes, discharging to form water absorbing slurry, and forming the support matrix with a plurality of conical through holes in a pouring mode, wherein one end of each conical through hole with a large opening faces the upper side.
Stirring water-absorbing expansion material in a high-speed stirrer at high speed for 10-20 min to form expansion slurry, printing on the substrate layer by screen printing to form an expansion layer, wherein the expansion layer is formed by a plurality of quadrilateral blocks distributed in a lattice shape, then compounding the support base body with the substrate layer printed with the expansion layer to ensure that each conical through hole on the support base body corresponds to the lattice block on the expansion layer,
the surface body is positioned at one end with a small opening of the conical through hole, the surface body is provided with a plurality of through holes formed in the surface body, and the area of the surface body is larger than the area of the small opening of the conical through hole on the bracket base body.
Example 6
When the tent made of the fabric is used in an anhydrous environment, the tent has good air permeability, and when the tent is rained or is wet, the air permeable layer absorbs certain moisture and expands to form a protective layer, so that the waterproof effect is achieved.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in the specification, these embodiments are merely provided as a hint, and should not limit the scope of the present invention. Various omissions, substitutions, and changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention and are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
