Abstract
本发明公开了一种高精度长寿命分切机构,包括:转轴、切割刀片和制冷装置,在所述转轴的轴向上安装有多个轴套,在每个所述轴套的圆周上等间距安装有切割刀片,所述转轴的轴向表面开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽内设有制冷管,所述制冷管连接到所述制冷装置,所述切割刀片是采用聚晶金刚石制成的,所述切割刀片呈扇形,其厚度为0.2‑0.4mm。通过上述方式,本发明具有制冷装置,能有效降低转轴工作温度,从而能确保分切机构具有较长的使用寿命,同时切割刀片拆装方便,切割精度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及分切机械领域,特别是涉及一种高精度长寿命分切机构。
背景技术
分切机是一种将宽幅纸张、云母带或薄膜分切成多条窄幅材料的机械设备,常用于造纸机械、电线电缆云母带及印刷包装机械。胶带分切机是一种将大卷筒胶带母卷分切成不同宽度胶带的机器。分切机构是胶带分切机最主要的部件,其性能好坏直接影响着分切效率及精度,现有的分切机构都不带有制冷装置,在长期高速分切过程中极易因转轴过热而影响其使用寿命,同时现有的分切机构切割刀片拆装复杂,并且切割精度低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高精度长寿命分切机构,具有制冷装置,能有效降低转轴工作温度,从而能确保分切机构具有较长的使用寿命,同时切割刀片拆装方便,切割精度高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高精度长寿命分切机构,包括:转轴、切割刀片和制冷装置,在所述转轴的轴向上安装有多个轴套,在每个所述轴套的圆周上等间距安装有切割刀片,所述转轴的轴向表面开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽内设有制冷管,所述制冷管连接到所述制冷装置,所述切割刀片是采用聚晶金刚石制成的,所述切割刀片呈扇形,其厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述轴套有1-4个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,在每个所述轴套上等间距安装有3个切割刀片。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述轴套的内径略大于所述转轴的外径。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在转轴上设有制冷管,能有效降低转轴的工作温度,延长分切机构的使用寿命,同时切割刀片通过轴套安装在转轴上,拆装方便,且切割刀片采用聚晶金刚石制成的,硬度高、耐磨性好、切割精度高。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种高精度长寿命分切机构,包括:转轴1、切割刀片2和制冷装置,在所述转轴1的轴向上安装有多个轴套3,在每个所述轴套3的圆周上等间距安装有切割刀片2,并且所述轴套3的内径略大于所述转轴1的外径,能够使轴套3可靠地安装在转轴1上;
所述转轴1的轴向表面开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽内设有制冷管4,所述制冷管4连接到所述制冷装置,用于降低转轴1工作过程中产生的热量;
所述切割刀片3是采用聚晶金刚石制成的,具有良好的硬度和耐磨性,所述切割刀片呈扇形,其厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
其中,所述轴套3有1-4个,可根据胶带母卷的宽度和切割规格来安装适当数量的轴套3,并且所述轴套3的位置可在转轴1上进行合理调整。
优选地,在每个所述轴套3上等间距安装有3个切割刀片2,能有效提高切割效率,同时提高切割精度。
本发明揭示了一种高精度长寿命分切机构,在转轴上设有制冷管,能有效降低转轴的工作温度,延长分切机构的使用寿命,同时切割刀片通过轴套安装在转轴上,拆装方便,且切割刀片采用聚晶金刚石制成的,硬度高、耐磨性好、切割精度高。

1.一种高精度长寿命分切机构,其特征在于,包括:转轴、切割刀片和制冷装置,在所述转轴的轴向上安装有多个轴套,在每个所述轴套的圆周上等间距安装有切割刀片,所述转轴的轴向表面开设有一条凹槽,所述凹槽内设有制冷管,所述制冷管连接到所述制冷装置,所述切割刀片是采用聚晶金刚石制成的,所述切割刀片呈扇形,其厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高精度长寿命分切机构,其特征在于,所述轴套有1-4个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高精度长寿命分切机构,其特征在于,在每个所述轴套上等间距安装有3个切割刀片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高精度长寿命分切机构,其特征在于,所述轴套的内径略大于所述转轴的外径。
