Abstract

本发明公开了一种胶带分切机用高精度刀轮,包括:刀轮本体,所述刀轮本体通过轴套安装在转动轴上,所述轴套嵌装在所述刀轮本体的圆心部,所述刀轮本体边缘的刀刃部呈锯齿状,所述刀轮本体上开设有若干个圆孔,所述刀轮本体采用高硬度合金钢制成的,所述高硬度合金钢包括的元素成分及其重量百分比为:碳0.1%‑0.4%、硅1.2%‑1.5%、钨2.2%‑3.5%、钴1.1%‑1.4%、锆0.5%‑0.8%、镁0.2%‑0.6%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质。通过上述方式,本发明刀刃部呈锯齿状,切割过程中不易磨损,同时刀轮整体材料采用高硬度合金钢制成,具有良好的硬度和耐磨性,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及分切机配件领域,特别是涉及一种胶带分切机用高精度刀轮。
背景技术
分切机是一种将宽幅纸张、云母带或薄膜分切成多条窄幅材料的机械设备,常用于造纸机械、电线电缆云母带及印刷包装机械。胶带分切机是一种将大卷筒胶带母卷分切成不同宽度胶带的机器。切割刀片是胶带分切机的主要部件,其性能好坏直接影响到胶带的切割效率及切割精度,但是现有的切割刀片所使用的材质一般,在切割过程中刀刃部易磨损报废。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种胶带分切机用高精度刀轮,刀刃部呈锯齿状,切割过程中不易磨损,同时刀轮整体材料采用高硬度合金钢制成,具有良好的硬度和耐磨性,使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种胶带分切机用高精度刀轮,包括:刀轮本体,所述刀轮本体通过轴套安装在转动轴上,所述轴套嵌装在所述刀轮本体的圆心部,所述刀轮本体边缘的刀刃部呈锯齿状,所述刀轮本体上开设有若干个圆孔,所述刀轮本体采用高硬度合金钢制成的,所述高硬度合金钢包括的元素成分及其重量百分比为:碳0.1%-0.4%、硅1.2%-1.5%、钨2.2%-3.5%、钴1.1%-1.4%、锆0.5%-0.8%、镁0.2%-0.6%,其余为铁和不可避免的杂质。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述轴套的内径略大于所述传动轴的外径。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述刀轮本体呈圆环状,其壁厚为1-3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述刀轮本体外表面上涂覆有纳米二氧化硅制冷涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明刀轮本体边缘的刀刃部呈锯齿状,该刀刃结构在切割过程中不易磨损,同时该刀轮本体上开设有若干个圆孔,能避免切割过程中的粘胶现象,此外刀轮整体材料采用高硬度合金钢制成,具有良好的硬度和耐磨性,使用寿命长。

其中,所述轴套的内径略大于所述传动轴的外径,能确保刀轮本体安装可靠性。
所述刀轮本体呈圆环状,其壁厚为1mm,壁厚较薄,能够提高切割精度。
所述刀轮本体外表面上涂覆有纳米二氧化硅制冷涂层,能够降低切割时在刀轮表面产生的热量,从而能够延长刀轮的使用寿命。

所述刀轮本体外表面上涂覆有纳米二氧化硅制冷涂层,能够降低切割时在刀轮表面产生的热量,从而能够延长刀轮的使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的胶带分切机用高精度刀轮,其特征在于,所述轴套的内径略大于所述传动轴的外径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶带分切机用高精度刀轮,其特征在于,所述刀轮本体呈圆环状,其壁厚为1-3mm。
