本发明涉及一种PVC地板切割吸尘装置，属于PVC地板加工领域。
背景技术：
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料，也称为“轻体地材”。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品，风靡国外，从80年代初开始进入中国市场，至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可，使用非常广泛，比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、等各种场所。“PVC地板”就是指采用聚氯乙烯材料生产的地板。具体就是以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料，加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料，在片状连续基材上，经涂敷工艺或经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成。
在PVC地板切割过程中会产生大量碎屑，污染环境。
发明内容：
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本发明是采用以下技术方案：
一种PVC地板切割吸尘装置，包括安装座、送料装置和切割装置，所述切割装置由滑杆、滑块、标尺架和刀片组成；所述安装座上设有两滑杆，滑杆通过滑块连接标尺架；所述标尺架上设有可沿标尺架滑动的限位块，所述限位块底部设有一刀片；所述送料装置由主动滚轮、从动滚轮、支架和驱动装置组成，所述主动滚轮一端通过转轴连接驱动装置，另一端通过支架连接从动滚轮；所述支架固定在安装座上；所述安装座上设有一切割槽，切割槽下装有一风罩；所述风罩顶部通过吸管连接风机。
进一步的，所述标尺架上设有可测量切割距离的刻度尺。
进一步的，所述从动滚轮和主动滚轮之间的间隙与地板厚度相同。
进一步的，所述安装座两侧分别设有主动滚轮、从动滚轮、支架和驱动装置。
进一步的，所述风罩与吸管接口处设有筛网。
将地板放置在主动滚轮和从动滚轮之间，调整好刀片位置，测量好尺寸，启动驱动装置，地板向前方运动，经过刀片切割。刀片在刀槽上方运动，切割时产生的粉尘废屑通过风罩被吸附。
本发明有益效果为：省时省力，精确切割尺寸，减少环境污染。
