本发明公开了一种用于椭圆形法兰盘焊接的新型压紧器,它包括竖直放置的压紧杆,所述压紧杆下端设有止动环,上端与水平放置的底盘相连,所述底盘上设有十字滑槽,所述十字滑槽上各装有一个活动滑块,两个所述活动滑块分别与旋杆的两端连接;所述旋杆上均布若干个螺纹孔,所述旋杆中间通过销轴与曲柄一端铰接,所述曲柄另一端的下部在十字滑槽的中心与底盘形成转动连接,上部固定有手柄二;所述旋杆上任一螺纹孔可与螺杆形成螺纹连接,所述螺杆上端设有手柄一,下端设有压块。本发明利用椭圆规原理,其压块可形成椭圆运动轨迹,达到有效压紧椭圆形法兰盘的目的。可根据需要形成不同参数的椭圆轨迹,定位可靠准确,结构简单,操作方便。

Description

一种用于椭圆形法兰盘焊接的新型压紧器
背景技术
椭圆形钢管具有优美的外观和优良的结构性能,在建筑等行业得到广泛的应用。如果连接起来使用,一般是通过端部的法兰连接。随着机器人在焊接领域的广泛应用,为了保证焊接要求,提高生产率,目前有的生产厂家正在试用机器手取代人工焊接。法兰盘与管体对好后,需要压紧装置压紧后才能焊接,但目前还没有开发出简单实用的压紧装置。
发明内容
为了满足用户对椭圆形钢管与椭圆形法兰盘焊接的压紧需求,本发明提供一种用于椭圆形法兰盘焊接的新型压紧器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于椭圆形法兰盘焊接的新型压紧器,包括竖直放置的压紧杆,所述压紧杆下端设有止动环,上端与水平放置的底盘相连,所述底盘上设有十字滑槽,所述十字滑槽上各装有一个活动滑块,两个所述活动滑块分别与旋杆的两端连接;所述旋杆上均布若干个螺纹孔,所述旋杆中间通过销轴与曲柄一端铰接,所述曲柄另一端的下部在十字滑槽的中心与底盘形成转动连接,上部固定有手柄二;所述旋杆上任一螺纹孔可与螺杆形成螺纹连接,所述螺杆上端设有手柄一,下端设有压块;所述十字滑槽与活动滑块之间形成可动间隙,其间隙在0.5-1.0mm之间。
进一步的,所述活动滑块的下端为圆柱体,其直径在25-35mm之间。
进一步的,所述螺纹孔直径在15-25mm之间,螺纹孔间距在30-50mm之间。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明利用椭圆规原理,其压块可形成椭圆运动轨迹,达到有效压紧椭圆形法兰盘的目的。压紧椭圆形法兰盘时,首先将压紧杆插入焊接平台的通孔内,顺时针旋转手柄,随着旋转圈数的增加,压紧力逐渐增大,松开时逆时针旋转手柄,就可以松开压块,然后自动移到下一个位置,重复上述步骤。本发明可根据需要形成不同参数的椭圆轨迹,定位可靠准确,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种用于椭圆形法兰盘焊接的新型压紧器,包括竖直放置的压紧杆2,所述压紧杆2下端设有止动环1,上端与水平放置的底盘3相连,所述底盘3上设有十字滑槽4,所述十字滑槽4上各装有一个活动滑块5,两个所述活动滑块5分别与旋杆6的两端连接;所述旋杆6上均布若干个螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔直径在15-25mm之间,螺纹孔间距在30-50mm之间。所述旋杆6中间通过销轴10与曲柄7一端铰接,所述曲柄7另一端的下部在十字滑槽的中心与底盘3形成转动连接,上部固定有手柄二11;所述旋杆6上任一螺纹孔可与螺杆8形成螺纹连接,所述螺杆8上端设有手柄一9,下端设有压块12;所述十字滑槽4与活动滑块5之间形成可动间隙,其间隙在0.5-1.0mm之间。
所述活动滑块5的下端为圆柱体,其直径在25-35mm之间。
工作原理:本发明利用椭圆规原理,转动手柄二11,曲柄7做回转运动,带动旋杆6做复杂的平面运动,十字滑槽4内的两个活动滑块5分别沿槽往复移动,与旋杆6相连的螺杆8运动轨迹为一个椭圆。这样与螺杆8相连的压块12可形成椭圆运动轨迹,逐点压紧椭圆形法兰盘。根据需要将螺杆8与不同位置的螺纹孔连接,可形成不同参数的椭圆轨迹。
具体操作如下:首先在焊接平台上固定好椭圆形钢管,将椭圆形法兰盘放在椭圆形钢管上,再将压紧杆2插入焊接平台的中心通孔内,用止动环1定位。转动手柄二11,曲柄7做回转运动,调整压块12与椭圆形法兰盘接触,顺时针旋转手柄一9,随着旋转圈数的增加,压紧力逐渐增大,然后机器手对椭圆形钢管与椭圆形法兰盘接触周边进行焊接,松开时逆时针旋转手柄一9,就可以松开压块7。然后自动移到下一个位置,重复上述步骤。
