本发明公开了一种减肥米酒及其制备方法，包含以下重量份的原料：茯苓13‑18、猪苓8‑12、冬瓜皮8‑12、薏米仁10‑15、通草8‑12、焦白术18‑22、太子参8‑12、山药13‑18、焦山楂18‑22、炒麦芽18‑22、焦神曲13‑18、鸡内金8‑12、川厚朴4‑6、白豆蔻5‑8以及5‑15°米酒200‑500。本发明通过将多种原料用米酒浸泡，制备为米酒的形式，能够使药物有效成分更加快速充分地溶出，提高米酒的效力，可每日少量地长期饮用，起到减肥的效果。

减肥米酒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域，尤其涉及一种减肥米酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖症是一种由多种因素引起的慢性代谢性疾病，以体内脂肪细胞的体积和细胞数增加致体脂占体重的百分比异常增高并在某些局部过多沉积脂肪为特点。单纯性肥胖患者全身脂肪分布比较均匀，没有内分泌紊乱现象，也无代谢障碍性疾病，其家族往往有肥胖病史。
目前临床用体重指数(BMI)来评价：<18.5kg·m-2者为体重过低，18.5～23.9kg·m-2为正常范围，≥24kg·m-2为超重；≥28kg·m-2为肥胖。
现有的减肥方法多种多样，有运动、饮食控制、按摩、药物、针灸减肥等，效果不一，而且有的减肥产品副作用较大。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷，并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种减肥米酒及其制备方法，能够有效减肥。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种减肥米酒，包含以下重量份的原料：
茯苓13-18、猪苓8-12、冬瓜皮8-12、薏米仁10-15、通草8-12、焦白术18-22、太子参8-12、山药13-18、焦山楂18-22、炒麦芽18-22、焦神曲13-18、鸡内金8-12、川厚朴4-6、白豆蔻5-8以及5-15°米酒200-500。
优选的是，所述的减肥米酒中，包含以下重量份的原料：
茯苓15、猪苓10、冬瓜皮10、薏米仁12、通草10、焦白术20、太子参10、山药15、焦山楂20、炒麦芽20、焦神曲15、鸡内金10、川厚朴5、白豆蔻6以及10°米酒300。
一种减肥米酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、容器消毒备用；
步骤二、茯苓、猪苓、冬瓜皮、薏米仁、通草、焦白术、太子参、山药、焦山楂、炒麦芽、焦神曲、鸡内金、川厚朴以及白豆蔻混合，加入到消毒后的容器中；
步骤三、向容器中注入米酒，将原料浸没，将容器密封，15-30天后即得所述减肥米酒。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果：首先，本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为肥胖多因湿热壅滞中焦，结於膈膜之中，久则脾气虚损，阻凝运化，油膜不利，决渎不行，遂益形胖大。本发明通过多种中药科学配伍，利湿热、健脾气、消壅滞，达到有效减肥的目的。
其次，本发明通过将多种原料用米酒浸泡，制备为米酒的形式，能够使药物有效成分更加快速充分地溶出，提高米酒的效力，可每日少量地长期饮用，有效减肥。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做详细说明，以令本领域普通技术人员参阅本说明书后能够据以实施。
一种减肥米酒，包含以下重量份的原料：
茯苓13-18、猪苓8-12、冬瓜皮8-12、薏米仁10-15、通草8-12、焦白术18-22、太子参8-12、山药13-18、焦山楂18-22、炒麦芽18-22、焦神曲13-18、鸡内金8-12、川厚朴4-6、白豆蔻5-8以及5-15°米酒200-500。
本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为肥胖多因湿热壅滞中焦，结於膈膜之中，久则脾气虚损，阻凝运化，油膜不利，决渎不行，遂益形胖大。
本发明的具体药理为：
茯苓，利水渗湿、健脾；
猪苓，解热除湿、行窍利水；
冬瓜皮，利尿除湿；
薏米仁，健脾、利尿、清湿热；
通草，清热、利尿；
焦白术，燥湿、健脾气；
太子参，益气健脾；
山药，益肾气、健脾胃；
焦山楂，消食导滞；
炒麦芽，行气消食、健脾开胃；
焦神曲，消壅滞、健脾和胃；
鸡内金，宽中健脾、消壅滞；
砂仁，芳香化湿、健脾气；
川厚朴，燥湿、下气除满；
白豆蔻，化湿行气、消壅滞。
本发明通过以上多种中药科学配伍，利湿热、健脾气、消壅滞，达到有效减肥的目的。

2.如权利要求1所述的减肥米酒，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的原料：
茯苓15、猪苓10、冬瓜皮10、薏米仁12、通草10、焦白术20、太子参10、山药15、焦山楂20、炒麦芽20、焦神曲15、鸡内金10、川厚朴5、白豆蔻6以及10°米酒300。
