技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品领域,特别涉及一种洗发水。
背景技术
洗发水,又名洗发液、洗发精或洗发香波,其主要功能是清洁头发和头皮,为头发的整理造型打下基础。洗发的目的是除去头发与头皮上的灰尘和洗去多余的油脂。在用洗发水洗发的时候,头发吸水膨胀,湿润变软,连保护油脂也被洗去,这将导致毛鳞片受损。为解决毛发受损这一问题,传统洗发水采用在洗发水中添加硅油的方式。
申请公布号为CN103655262A、申请公布日为2014年3月26日的中国专利公开了一种护理型洗发水,其包括十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺、小粒径乳化硅油、海藻萃取物和去离子水。在使用这种护理型洗发水时,硅油因其惰性和吸附性能够很好的附着在发丝上,填补毛鳞片受损的部位,使头发的表面变得更平滑,从而对受损发质起到修复的作用。
现有技术的不足之处在于,硅油的作用方式是附着在头发上,填补受损而张开的毛鳞片,然而硅油不溶于水且其分子量大,所以部分硅油会沉积在头发上,堵塞毛孔,造成红肿发炎和头皮屑等不良情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种洗发水,其解决了现有硅油类洗发水堵塞毛孔的问题,具有减少毛孔堵塞的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种洗发水,包括以下质量份的成分:
水50~60份;
A相发用调理剂0.5~1.0份;
柠檬酸0.1~0.2份;
B相表面活性剂14~18份;
螯合剂0.1~0.2份;
润肤剂0.1~1.0份;
B相发用调理剂1~5份;
C相表面活性剂5~15份;
去头屑剂0.1~0.5份;
D相表面活性剂2~5份;
E相发用调理剂2~5份;

氯化钠0.8~2份;
其中,所述皮肤调理剂为水解丝胶蛋白、橄榄油PEG-7酯类、泛醇和植物提取物的复配物。
采用上述技术方案,通过B相表面活性剂、C相表面活性剂和D相表面活性剂联合作用,与发上的头屑、油脂等物质结合,之后水洗除去这些表面活性剂和杂质,起到清洗的作用;在本申请的洗发水作用在头发上时,A相发用调理剂、柠檬酸、润肤剂、B相发用调理剂、E相发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂和保湿剂也随之与头发、头皮作用,起到养护头发和头皮的作用,同时研究发现经本申请的洗发水处理后头发在吹干后,头发静电现象可以基本忽略,头发润滑,毛发受损情况减少,清爽透气。
进一步优选为:所述A相发用调理剂包括聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵;且按质量计,所述聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的用量比为1:1~3。
采用上述技术方案,聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵均可与头发上的阴离子作用,起到抗静电作用,减少炸毛的情况;另外,两者联合作用后,在头发上形成一层透气的保护膜,减少灰尘。
进一步优选为:所述B相表面活性剂包括月桂醇硫酸酯铵和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,且按质量计,所述月桂醇硫酸酯铵和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的用量比为1:3~6;
所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;
所述润肤剂选用牛油果树果脂、沙棘果油中的一种或多种;
所述B相发用调理剂为聚季铵盐-22、月桂醇聚醚-25和水的复配物。
采用上述技术方案,月桂醇硫酸酯铵和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠联合作用后,其温和无刺激,去油祛湿去屑能力强;
牛油果树果脂、沙棘果油两者均柔和亲肤,在使用洗发水时可起到保护皮肤的作用,同时两者富含营养元素,可以滋养皮肤和头发;特别是沙棘果油含有多种维生素,特别是生育酚及胡萝蔔素,能帮助细胞膜抵御自由基伤害,沙棘油能强化肌肤防御外在环境,对于日晒前的防护及镇静晒伤后肌肤有一定的效果,其成分中的棕榈油烯酸则能强化肌肤及粘膜修复;
聚季铵盐-22、月桂醇聚醚-25和水的复配后,其温和无刺激,与头发作用去屑抗静电。
进一步优选为:所述C相表面活性剂包括月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钾,所述C相表面活性剂还包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、辛基/癸基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。
采用上述技术方案,月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钾既能做表面活性剂,去屑去油,同时其与皮肤作用后可滋养皮肤,起到调理作用;通过上述表面活性剂的联合作用,进一步提高温和且去屑效果。
进一步优选为:所述去头屑剂选用吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐;
所述D相表面活性剂选用椰油酰胺DEA。
采用上述技术方案,吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐能破坏真菌感染,减少头皮屑的生成,同时其还能起到一定的防腐作用;椰油酰胺DEA除了具有去屑去油的效果,还能与其他表面活性剂作用得到分散均匀且稳定的产品。
进一步优选为:所述E相发用调理剂选用聚季铵盐-73;
所述保湿剂选用PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯;
所述珠光剂选用乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;
所述乳化稳定剂选用苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、椰油基葡糖苷和水的复配物;
所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、硝酸镁、氯化镁和水的复配物、DMDM乙内酰脲。
进一步优选为:所述植物提取物选用藏红花提取物、苹果提取物、葡萄果提取物、草莓果提取物、荔枝果提取物、中华猕猴桃果提取物、金盏花提取物、薏苡籽提取物中的一种或多种。
采用上述技术方案,藏红花提取物的主要成分是藏红花酸和藏红花素,有镇静消炎的作用;苹果提取物含丰富糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、果胶、单宁酸、有机酸以及钙、磷、铁、钾等矿物质,具有抗氧化和减少紫外线吸收的作用;葡萄果提取物富含多酚类物质,可用于调理皮肤;草莓果提取物、荔枝果提取物、中华猕猴桃果提取物、金盏花提取物、薏苡籽提取物中富含营养物质,既能起到养发护发养发的目的,又能起到祛湿的作用。
进一步优选为:所述洗发水由如下方法制备得到:
步骤1,加入配方量的水,搅拌,缓慢加入配方量的A相发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入配方量的柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
步骤2,取配方量的B相表面活性剂、螯合剂、润肤剂和B相发用调理剂混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌溶解;于其中加入经步骤1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至75~80℃,保温搅拌0.5~1hr;
步骤3,将经步骤2处理的溶液降温至55~60℃,加入配方量的C相表面活性剂、去头屑剂和D相表面活性剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至40~45℃;
步骤4,于经步骤3处理的溶液中加入配方量的E相发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、珠光剂、乳化稳定剂、香精和防腐剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入配方量的氯化钠,即得。
采用上述技术方案,各成分分散均匀,得到的洗发水分散均匀且不易破乳,E相发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、珠光剂、乳化稳定剂、香精等在相对低温下放入,能保持其活性。
进一步优选为:所述植物提取物由如下方法制备得到:
步骤i、取原料进行筛选、清洗、红外灭菌,于-20~0℃冷冻干燥除尽水分;
步骤ii、于经步骤i处理得到的原料中加入提取溶剂,升温至回流,蒸馏得到提取物;
步骤iii、将提取物过色谱柱,得到纯度≥99wt%的植物提取物。
采用上述技术方案,提取过程中原料的活性得到保持,同时可以提高原料的利用率,产品的纯度高,适用于化妆品这一类高要求领域;研究发现,通过上述方式得到的洗发水可抗过敏;另外,在步骤i中先用冷冻干燥对原料进行处理,使得原料瞬间失水而原来还基本保持原形态,所以在加入提取溶剂后,提取溶剂能快速与失水的原料作用来加速原料内的有效成分的溶出。
研究发现,当所述提取溶剂包括0~20wt%的乙醇和80~100wt%的水;以质量计,所述提取溶剂的用量为原料干重的1~5倍,其原料的利用率和提取率达到平衡。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、使用本申请的洗发水后,去屑止痒;
2、使用本申请的洗发水后,头发抗静电,头发光泽顺滑性和发质均有相当改善,还能起到修复头发的作用;
3、使用本申请的洗发水后,头发和头皮均得到营养滋润,清爽透气抗过敏。
具体实施方式
本申请所用的原料均符合国际化妆品原料标准,因此在本申请中单一成分未注明来源。本具体实施例仅仅是对本发明的解释,其并不是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员在阅读完本说明书后可以根据需要对本实施例做出没有创造性贡献的修改,但只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
实施例1-8:植物提取物,其由如下方法制备得到:
步骤i、取原料进行筛选、水清洗、红外灭菌,于-20~0℃冷冻干燥除尽水分;
步骤ii、取于经步骤i处理得到的原料100g,加入提取溶剂,升温至回流,蒸馏得到提取物;
步骤iii、将提取物过色谱柱,得到纯度≥99wt%的植物提取物;
实施例1-8的物质信息如表1所示。

实施例9-11:皮肤调理剂,其由如下方法制备得到:
取水解丝胶蛋白、橄榄油PEG-7酯类和泛醇混合,搅拌分散均匀;于其中缓慢加入植物提取物,搅拌分散,即得;其中植物提取物来源于实施例1-8。
实施例9-11的原料信息如表2所示。

实施例12-14:洗发水,其由如下方法制备得到:
步骤1,加入配方量的水,搅拌,缓慢加入配方量的A相发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入配方量的柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
步骤2,取配方量的B相表面活性剂、螯合剂、润肤剂和B相发用调理剂混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌溶解;于其中加入经步骤1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至75~80℃,保温搅拌0.5~1hr;
步骤3,将经步骤2处理的溶液降温至55~60℃,加入配方量的C相表面活性剂、去头屑剂和D相表面活性剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至40~45℃;
步骤4,于经步骤3处理的溶液中加入配方量的E相发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、珠光剂、乳化稳定剂、香精和防腐剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入配方量的氯化钠,即得;
实施例12-14的物质信息如表3所示。

实施例16:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,皮肤调理剂选用水解丝胶蛋白。
实施例17:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,皮肤调理剂选用橄榄油PEG-7酯类。
实施例18:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,皮肤调理剂选用泛醇。
实施例19:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,A相发用调理剂选用聚季铵盐-10,B相发用调理剂选用聚季铵盐-22。
实施例20:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,A相发用调理剂选用瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,B相发用调理剂选用月桂醇聚醚-25。
实施例21:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,B相表面活性剂选用月桂醇硫酸酯铵,C相表面活性剂选用月桂酰肌氨酸钠和月桂醇磷酸酯钾。
实施例22:洗发水,与实施例13的区别在于,B相表面活性剂选用月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,C相表面活性剂选用椰油酰甘氨酸钾、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和辛基/癸基葡糖苷。
实施例23:洗发水,参照CN103655262A的实施例1制备:取十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(浓度为70wt%)20g,椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺10g,小粒径乳化硅油(浓度为60wt%)15g,海藻萃取物5g,去离子水2000g,搅拌分散均匀,即得。
实施例24:使用效果评价
试验对象:实施例12-23的洗发水。
试验内容:取1200例年龄在18~60岁之间的测试人员,随机分成12组,每组接受一个试验对象;使用方式为每两天用试验对象来洗一次头发,每次试验对象的使用量为5~8g,使用时轻揉头发和头皮,分别于使用1个月进行使用效果评价,使用效果评价的评价标准参考表4。
试验结果:如表5所示。由表5可知,与实施例23相比,使用实施例12-22的洗发水之后头皮健康评价较佳,本申请的洗发水具有减少毛孔堵塞、减少过敏的效果,其中以实施例11-14最佳;其次使用本申请的洗发水后,头发光泽顺滑性、发质受损、头发修复率和去屑率均有一定改善。

Claims (8)
1.一种洗发水,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的成分:
水50~60份;
A相发用调理剂0.5~1.0份,所述A相发用调理剂包括聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,且按质量计,所述聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的用量比为1:1~3;
柠檬酸0.1~0.2份;
B相表面活性剂14~18份,所述B相表面活性剂包括月桂醇硫酸酯铵和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠;
螯合剂0.1~0.2份;
润肤剂0.1~1.0份;
B相发用调理剂1~5份,所述B相发用调理剂为聚季铵盐-22、月桂醇聚醚-25和水的复配物;
C相表面活性剂5~15份,所述C相表面活性剂包括月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钾;
去头屑剂0.1~0.5份;
D相表面活性剂2~5份;
E相发用调理剂2~5份;
皮肤调理剂3~8份;
保湿剂1~4份;
珠光剂0.5~1份;
乳化稳定剂0.1~0.5份;
香精0.2~0.4份;
防腐剂0.2~0.4份;
氯化钠0.8~2份;
其中,所述皮肤调理剂为水解丝胶蛋白、橄榄油PEG-7酯类、泛醇和植物提取物的复配物;
所述植物提取物选用藏红花提取物、苹果提取物、葡萄果提取物、草莓果提取物、荔枝果提取物、中华猕猴桃果提取物、金盏花提取物、薏苡籽提取物中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,
按质量计,所述月桂醇硫酸酯铵和月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的用量比为1:3~6;
所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠;
所述润肤剂选用牛油果树果脂、沙棘果油中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,
所述C相表面活性剂还包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、辛基/癸基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,
所述去头屑剂选用吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐;
所述D相表面活性剂选用椰油酰胺 DEA。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,
所述E相发用调理剂选用聚季铵盐-73;
所述保湿剂选用PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯;
所述珠光剂选用乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;
所述乳化稳定剂选用苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、椰油基葡糖苷和水的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述洗发水由如下方法制备得到:
步骤1,加入配方量的水,搅拌,缓慢加入配方量的A相发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入配方量的柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
步骤2,取配方量的B相表面活性剂、螯合剂、润肤剂和B相发用调理剂混合,加热至45~60℃,搅拌溶解;于其中加入经步骤1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至75~80℃,保温搅拌0.5~1hr;
步骤3,将经步骤2处理的溶液降温至55~60℃,加入配方量的C相表面活性剂、去头屑剂和D相表面活性剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至40~45℃;
步骤4,于经步骤3处理的溶液中加入配方量的E相发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、珠光剂、乳化稳定剂、香精和防腐剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入配方量的氯化钠,即得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述植物提取物由如下方法制备得到:
步骤i、取原料进行筛选、清洗、红外灭菌,于-20~0℃冷冻干燥除尽水分;
步骤ii、于经步骤i处理得到的原料中加入提取溶剂,升温至回流,蒸馏得到提取物;
步骤iii、将提取物过色谱柱,得到纯度≥99wt%的植物提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述提取溶剂包括0~20wt%的乙醇和80~100wt%的水;以质量计,所述提取溶剂的用量为原料干重的1~5倍。
