背景技术
黑塌菜,以如皋黑塌菜为最佳,江苏省如皋市特产,中国地理标志农产品,又叫如皋塌棵菜、趴趴菜(如皋方言),因塌地生长而得名。它是如皋特有的蔬菜品种,味道鲜美,叶片肥嫩,可炒食、作汤、凉拌,色美味鲜,营养丰富。其富含维生素C和钙以及大量膳食纤维、维生素B1、维生素B2、胡萝卜素等营养物质,其中维生素C和钙含量极高,粗纤维含量低,被视为青菜中的珍品。本发明将其提取物应用到化妆品中,通过大量实验发现,黑塌菜提取物对皮肤具有美白和补水保湿的效果。
中国专利申请号为201210485683.5公开的一种柠檬沐浴露,所述柠檬沐浴露是由以下各组分的原料组成:精制水40-50份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠10-12份,柠檬酸2-4份,乳化硅油8-10份,羟乙基纤维素2-6份,氢氧化钠1-2份。其发明的柠檬沐浴露可使皮肤感觉清凉,保湿、润肤效果甚佳,使皮肤散发清香,满足人们的需求。柠檬是一种感光水果,虽然具有美白作用,但是使用后若不注意避光,皮肤则会被晒黑。所以其发明的沐浴露使用局限性较大。
又如中国专利申请号为201511011859.3公开的一种沐浴露,由以下重量的原料制成:纯净水30-60份,玫瑰7-14份,薰衣草4-9份,绿茶10-15份,奇异果汁12-18份,芦荟提取物5-10份,甘油3-6份,蜂蜜5-15份,乳木果3-8份,维生素3-6份,羊毛脂衍生物4-10份,香精6-10份,表面活性剂2-5份。其发明提供一种不仅具有清洁作用,还能促进血液循环,保湿美白,宁心安神的沐浴露。但是其发明所用的原料成分多为易腐败物质,不便于保存运输。而且羊毛脂衍生物易吸附空气中的尘埃和重金属离子,长期以此会给身体健康造成伤害。

针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,其对皮肤具有美白和保湿补水的功效。

本发明提供了黑塌菜提取物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将黑塌菜洗净沥干后用10倍重量的95%的乙醇溶液为溶媒在59kHz的超声发生器中提取3次,每次50min。然后将提取物浓缩,得到黑塌菜提取物。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,其有益效果体现为:
(1)对皮肤有美白和补水保湿的功效,长期在沐浴时使用可恢复皮肤白里透红的健康状态;
(2)本发明采用的功效成分主要为黑塌菜提取物,其作为蔬菜营养价值高,但在化妆品领域还未发现有应用。
(3)本发明的配方原料来源广泛,制备方法简单易得,投入市场成本低廉,具有良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
一种含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,仅是调整了原料配方,以质量百分比计,得到一系列实施例和对比例,具体见表1。

按照表1配方制备得到的含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露经检测,结果显示:有毒物质砷、铅、汞均未检出;粪大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均未检出;菌落总数<10CFU/ml;霉菌和酵母菌总数<10CFU/ml。

选取140名面部皮肤状况接近的志愿者,平均分为7组,每组20人,然后用皮肤水分测试仪测量面部皮肤水分含量,各组取平均值,然后对应的在沐浴时使用实施例1-5、对比例1-2的含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,接着每2小时测试一次志愿者的面部皮肤水分含量,共测试8小时,每测试一次,将各组的结果数据求平均值,工作环境温度为20-30℃,相对湿度为40%-60%,皮肤水分含量的单位au(arbitraryunit)。具体数据详见下表3:

由上表数据可知,本发明的含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露具有良好的补水保湿效果,其中实施例3的配方为最优配比,其效果也最为突出。
实施例7功效评价:
一、实验目的
通过对比分析评价上述实施例中所制得的含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露的美白效果。
二、实验方法
本实验分为实验组和对照组,其中,实验组分为:实施例1-5沐浴露;对照组为对比例1-2沐浴露、某一市售具有相同功效的沐浴露。
征集160名志愿者,平均分为8组,每组20人,每天晚上沐浴时使用上述各产品。30天后,观察结果。其中,男女各80人,最大年龄45岁,最小年龄18岁。
三、实验结果
表3实验组和对照组的功效结果
从表3可知:对照组产品对比例1-2沐浴露、某一市售沐浴露和实验组产品实施例1-5沐浴露对皮肤均有不同程度的美白效果。从实验数据可以看出,实验组产品实施例1-5的沐浴露对皮肤的美白改善程度明显比对照组产品的要高。由此可以看出,本发明所提供的一种含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露有助于身体皮肤的美白。并且实施例3为最佳配比,其对皮肤的美白效果最为明显。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,其特征在于,所述沐浴露含有黑塌菜提取物的含量在0.5%-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,其特征在于,所述沐浴露由以下质量百分比计的原料组成:
黑塌菜提取物:1%-5%
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠:5%-15%
月桂醇硫酸酯铵:1%-5%
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:1%-8%
椰油酰两性基乙酸钠:10%-20%
氯化钠:0.1%-2%
柠檬酸:0.05%-0.15%
PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯:1%-2%
DMDM乙内酰脲:0.2%-0.4%
EDTA二钠:0.01%-0.05%
羟苯甲酯:0.05%-0.15%
去离子水:余量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有黑塌菜提取物的沐浴露,其特征在于,所述沐浴露中的黑塌菜提取物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
将黑塌菜洗净沥干后用10倍重量的95%的乙醇溶液为溶媒在59kHz的超声发生器中提取3次,每次50min。然后将提取物浓缩,得到黑塌菜提取物。
