Abstract
本发明公开了一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水加工生产工艺,其质量组份包括:水50‑60份、柠檬酸0.1‑0.2份、表面活性剂14‑18份、玫瑰花提取物10‑15份、樱花提取物5‑8份、螯合剂0.1‑0.2份、润肤剂0.1‑1.0份、发用调理剂1‑5份、去头屑剂0.1‑0.5份、皮肤调理剂3‑8份、保湿剂1‑4份、珠光剂0.5‑1份、乳化稳定剂0.1‑0.5份、氯化钠0.8‑2份,配方中添加了含有聚季铵盐‑10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的表面活性剂,起到抗静电作用,同时减少炸毛的情况;本发明通过添加一定份玫瑰花提取物和樱花提取物,对头发的起到很好的滋润补水作用,易于被头皮吸收,健康安全,能有效补充头发和头皮水分、解决干燥问题,滋润受损发质的同时,也可以对头皮进行有效的滋润,避免毛孔堵塞红肿发炎等不良情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗发水生产技术领域,具体为一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水加工生产工艺。
背景技术
洗发水,又名洗发液、洗发精或洗发香波,其主要功能是清洁头发和头皮,为头发的整理造型打下基础。洗发的目的是除去头发与头皮上的灰尘和洗去多余的油脂。在用洗发水洗发的时候,头发吸水膨胀,湿润变软,连保护油脂也被洗去,这将导致毛鳞片受损。为解决毛发受损这一问题,传统洗发水采用在洗发水中添加硅油的方式。
现有的大部分洗发水均包括十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油酸单乙醇酰胺、小粒径乳化硅油、海藻萃取物和去离子水,在使用这种护理型洗发水时,硅油因其惰性和吸附性能够很好的附着在发丝上,填补毛鳞片受损的部位,使头发的表面变得更平滑,从而对受损发质起到修复和滋润的作用,硅油的作用方式是附着在头发上,填补受损而张开的毛鳞片,然而硅油不溶于水且其分子量大,所以部分硅油会沉积在头发上,堵塞毛孔,造成红肿发炎和头皮屑等不良情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水加工生产工艺,通过添加一定份玫瑰花提取物和樱花提取物,对头发的起到很好的滋润补水作用,易于被头皮吸收,健康安全,能有效补充头发和头皮水分,以解决上述背景技术中提出的发质干燥,毛孔堵塞红肿发炎等不良情况。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水,其质量组份包括:水50-60份、柠檬酸0.1-0.2份、表面活性剂14-18份、玫瑰花提取物10-15份、樱花提取物5-8份、螯合剂0.1-0.2份、润肤剂0.1-1.0份、发用调理剂1-5份、去头屑剂0.1-0.5份、皮肤调理剂3-8份、保湿剂1-4份、珠光剂0.5-1份、乳化稳定剂0.1-0.5份、氯化钠0.8-2份。
优选的,所述洗发水内含有分散在所述水中的分散颗粒,所述分散颗粒的平均粒径是145nm以下,且分散颗粒的平均粒径是8nm以上,所述分散颗粒的量相对于所述洗发水的总质量是1.5质量%以下。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钾,所述表面活性剂还包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、辛基/癸基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述发用调理剂为聚季铵盐-73;所述保湿剂选用PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯;所述珠光剂选用乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;所述乳化稳定剂为苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、椰油基葡糖苷和水的复配物;所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、硝酸镁、氯化镁和水的复配物、DMDM乙内酰脲。
优选的,所述表面活性剂还包括聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵;且按质量计,所述聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的用量比为1:1-3,所述聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵均可与头发上的阴离子作用,起到抗静电作用,减少炸毛的情况;另外,两者联合作用后,在头发上形成一层透气的保护膜,减少灰尘。
本发明还提供一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水的加工生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1,分别制得玫瑰花提取物和樱花提取物,加入配方量的水,搅拌,缓慢加入配方量的发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入配方量的柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
S2,取配方量的表面活性剂、螯合剂、润肤剂、去头屑剂、皮肤调理剂和发用调理剂混合,加热至40-65℃,搅拌溶解;再在其中加入经步骤S1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至70-85℃,保温搅拌0.5-1小时;
S3,将上述步骤S2处理的溶液降温至50-65℃,加入配方量的表面活性剂、剩余部分的去头屑剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至45-50℃;
S4,向上述步骤S3处理的溶液中加入配方量的发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、珠光剂和乳化稳定剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入适量的氯化钠,即得。
优选的,所述上述步骤中的搅拌装置为ZSH系列搅拌机,搅拌机的搅拌电机为变频电机。
优选的,所述玫瑰花提取物由如下方法制备得到:
首先,对原料进行筛选、清洗、红外灭菌,于-20~0℃冷冻干燥除尽水分;
其次,将上述处理得到的原料中加入提取溶剂,升温至回流,回流提取时,氯仿与玫瑰花花粉末的比例为(40~50)mL:1g,回流提取1~2小时,再蒸馏得到玫瑰花提取物;
最后、将提取物过色谱柱,得到纯度≥99wt%的植物提取物。
优选的,所述樱花提取物由如下方法制备得到:
首先,对原料进行筛选、清洗、红外灭菌,于-20~0℃冷冻干燥除尽水分;
其次,将上述处理得到的原料中加入提取溶剂,升温至回流,回流提取时,氯仿与樱花花粉末的比例为(40~50)mL:1g,回流提取1~2小时,再蒸馏得到樱花提取物;
最后、将提取物过色谱柱,得到纯度≥99wt%的植物提取物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、添加聚季铵盐-10和瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵均可与头发上的阴离子作用,起到抗静电作用,减少炸毛的情况;另外,两者联合作用后,在头发上形成一层透气的保护膜,减少灰尘。
2、本发明通过添加一定份玫瑰花提取物和樱花提取物,对头发的起到很好的滋润补水作用,易于被头皮吸收,健康安全,能有效补充头发和头皮水分、解决干燥问题,滋润受损发质的同时,也可以对头皮进行有效的滋润,避免毛孔堵塞红肿发炎等不良情况。

实施例1
一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水,其质量组份包括:水50-60份、柠檬酸0.1-0.2份、表面活性剂14-18份、玫瑰花提取物10-15份、樱花提取物5-8份、螯合剂0.1-0.2份、润肤剂0.1-1.0份、发用调理剂1-5份、去头屑剂0.1-0.5份、皮肤调理剂3-8份、保湿剂1-4份、珠光剂0.5-1份、乳化稳定剂0.1-0.5份、氯化钠0.8-2份。
具体的,所述洗发水内含有分散在所述水中的分散颗粒,所述分散颗粒的平均粒径是145nm以下,且分散颗粒的平均粒径是8nm以上,所述分散颗粒的量相对于所述洗发水的总质量是1.5质量%以下。
具体的,所述表面活性剂包括月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钾,所述表面活性剂还包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、辛基/癸基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。

S1,分别制得玫瑰花提取物10份和樱花提取物5份,加入50份水,搅拌,缓慢加入0.3份发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入0.1份柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
S2,分别取7份表面活性剂、0.1份螯合剂、0.1份润肤剂、0.05份去头屑剂、1.5份皮肤调理剂和0.3发用调理剂混合,加热至40-65℃,搅拌溶解;再在其中加入经步骤S1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至70-85℃,保温搅拌0.5-1小时;
S3,将上述步骤S2处理的溶液降温至50-65℃,加入7份表面活性剂、0.05份去头屑剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至45-50℃;
S4,向上述步骤S3处理的溶液中加入0.3份发用调理剂、1.5份皮肤调理剂、1份保湿剂、0.5份珠光剂和0.1份乳化稳定剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入0.8份氯化钠,即得。
具体的,所述上述步骤中的搅拌装置为ZSH系列搅拌机,搅拌机的搅拌电机为变频电机。

实施例2
与实施例1不同的是:
本发明还提供一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水的加工生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1,分别制得玫瑰花提取物12份和樱花提取物6份,加入55份水,搅拌,缓慢加入1份发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入0.2份柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
S2,分别取8份表面活性剂、0.2份螯合剂、0.2份润肤剂、0.15份去头屑剂、2.5份皮肤调理剂和1份发用调理剂混合,加热至40-65℃,搅拌溶解;再在其中加入经步骤S1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至70-85℃,保温搅拌0.5-1小时;
S3,将上述步骤S2处理的溶液降温至50-65℃,加入8份表面活性剂、0.15份去头屑剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至45-50℃;
S4,向上述步骤S3处理的溶液中加入1份发用调理剂、2.5份皮肤调理剂、2份保湿剂、1份珠光剂和0.3份乳化稳定剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入1.5份氯化钠,即得。
实施例3
与实施例1不同的是:
本发明还提供一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水的加工生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1,分别制得玫瑰花提取物15份和樱花提取物8份,加入60份水,搅拌,缓慢加入1.5份发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入0.2份柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
S2,分别取9份表面活性剂、0.2份螯合剂、0.8份润肤剂、0.25份去头屑剂、4份皮肤调理剂和1.5份发用调理剂混合,加热至40-65℃,搅拌溶解;再在其中加入经步骤S1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至70-85℃,保温搅拌0.5-1小时;
S3,将上述步骤S2处理的溶液降温至50-65℃,再加入9份表面活性剂、0.25份去头屑剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至45-50℃;
S4,向上述步骤S3处理的溶液中加入2份发用调理剂、4份皮肤调理剂、4份保湿剂、1份珠光剂和0.5份乳化稳定剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入2份氯化钠,即得。

实施例4
表面活性剂也可选用阴离子表面活性剂,本实施例中的洗发水可以选用只含有一种阴离子表面活性剂,也可以选用含有二种以上阴离子表面活性剂。
阴离子表面活性剂例如有:N-酰基氨基酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂、N-酰基牛磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂、羧酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂、磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂和磷酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂。这些阴离子表面活性剂中,优选为由N-酰基氨基酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂、N-酰基牛磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂和羧酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂构成的组的一种以上。N-酰基氨基酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂、N-酰基牛磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂和羧酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂由于具有适度的清洗力而不会过度地去除皮脂,而且还是低刺激性的表面活性剂。
N-酰基氨基酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂例如有:丙氨酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂(更具体地来说,椰油酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠等)、N-甲基丙氨酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂(更具体地来说,月桂酰甲基丙氨酸钠等)、甘氨酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂(更具体地来说,椰油酰甘氨酸钠等)、谷氨酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂(更具体地来说,月桂酰谷氨酸钠等)和肌氨酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂(更具体地来说,月桂酰肌氨酸钠等)。
N-酰基牛磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂例如有:椰油酰牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠、甲基油酰基牛磺酸钠、癸酰甲基牛磺酸钠、甲基棕榈酰基牛磺酸钠和甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠。
羧酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂例如有:烷基醚羧酸盐(例如,由高级醇的环氧乙烷加成物衍生的烷基醚羧酸盐)和烷基葡萄糖羧酸盐。羧酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂的具体例子有:月桂醇聚醚-4羧酸钠、月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠和月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠。
磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂例如有:磺基乙酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂、磺基琥珀酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂和羟乙磺酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂。磺酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂优选为羟乙磺酸酯盐型阴离子表面活性剂,更优选为含有由椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠、月桂酰羟乙磺酸钠和月桂酰羟甲基乙磺酸钠构成的组中的一种以上。

1.一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水,其特征在于:其质量组份包括:水50-60份、柠檬酸0.1-0.2份、表面活性剂14-18份、玫瑰花提取物10-15份、樱花提取物5-8份、螯合剂0.1-0.2份、润肤剂0.1-1.0份、发用调理剂1-5份、去头屑剂0.1-0.5份、皮肤调理剂3-8份、保湿剂1-4份、珠光剂0.5-1份、乳化稳定剂0.1-0.5份、氯化钠0.8-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水,其特征在于:所述洗发水内含有分散在所述水中的分散颗粒,所述分散颗粒的平均粒径是145nm以下,且分散颗粒的平均粒径是8nm以上,所述分散颗粒的量相对于所述洗发水的总质量是1.5质量%以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钾,所述表面活性剂还包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、辛基/癸基葡糖苷中的一种或多种。

6.一种权利要求1所述柔版水性油墨生产用溶剂的加工生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1,分别制得玫瑰花提取物和樱花提取物,加入配方量的水,搅拌,缓慢加入配方量的发用调理剂,分散至无颗粒后加入配方量的柠檬酸,搅拌至均匀;
S2,取配方量的表面活性剂、螯合剂、润肤剂、去头屑剂、皮肤调理剂和发用调理剂混合,加热至40-65℃,搅拌溶解;再在其中加入经步骤S1处理得到的溶液,搅拌均匀,加热至70-85℃,保温搅拌0.5-1小时;
S3,将上述步骤S2处理的溶液降温至50-65℃,加入配方量的表面活性剂、剩余部分的去头屑剂,搅拌至均匀,降温至45-50℃;
S4,向上述步骤S3处理的溶液中加入配方量的发用调理剂、皮肤调理剂、保湿剂、珠光剂和乳化稳定剂,搅拌至均匀后,加入适量的氯化钠,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种内含樱花滋润成分的洗发水的加工生产工艺,其特征在于:所述上述步骤中的搅拌装置为ZSH系列搅拌机,搅拌机的搅拌电机为变频电机。
