本发明提供一种大排量油封链,由外单节、内单节及密封圈配合而成,密封圈位于内外单节接触面之间;内单节由套筒、内链板、滚子组装配合构成;外单节由套设在套筒内的销轴与外链板采用过盈配合构成;密封圈形状为X型,X型的四个端部均为圆弧形结构,与套筒和外链板接触的端部的圆弧直径为另外三个端部的圆弧直径的1.4倍。此链条具有高的抗拉强度、疲劳强度、耐磨性。

一种大排量油封链
技术领域
本发明涉及一种链条,特别涉及一种油封链条。
背景技术
随着社会的发展生活水平的提高,摩托车已不再仅仅作为一种代步工具,正逐步转变为一种时尚流行,400CC-1400CC高端大牌量车型的发展正得以验证.此类大排量机车外部传动方式均采用日本、意大利等进口油封链,目前国内尚未有此类链条。
发明内容
为了突破这一现状,本发明的目的在于提供一种适合大排量机车的免加油链条。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种大排量油封链,由外单节、内单节及密封圈配合而成,密封圈位于内外单节接触面之间;内单节由套筒、内链板、滚子组装配合构成;外单节由套设在套筒内的销轴与外链板采用过盈配合构成;密封圈形状为X型,X型的四个端部均为圆弧形结构,其中一端部的圆弧直径大于另外三个端部的圆弧直径。本技术方案在套筒内注入特殊润滑油脂,在特殊密封圈的作用下封存在套筒内,润滑油脂在套筒与销轴滑动接触面形成流动润滑油膜,减少销轴与套筒摩擦,降低链条在高速准转状态下的局部高温,从而降低链条的磨损,因此链条在工作时可以免加油。密封圈在内、外单节压力作用下,牢固贴与套筒两端面,阻止外部异物的进入,同时抑制高速运行过程中连接处油脂溢出,保证铰接处充分和长效润滑。
采用特殊端面形状的唇形密封圈(如图2),密封圈两端采用不同形状设计确保在承受压力时,呈现逐级递减。参考示意图3,密封圈在内外链板作用下发生形变,因力的作用是相互的密封圈同时也施加反作用力与内外链板上。如图2所示与套筒和外链板接触的A端采用特殊结构其抵抗变形和作用力较B端强,故发生形变史作用力首先作用于与A端接触部位,随着密封圈的磨损逐渐作用于B端,受力呈现逐级递减,提高链条的封油性。A、B端面设计有困油槽有效的减缓油封磨损提高整体寿命。A端直径是B端直径1.4倍,在承受压迫载荷时A端承受作用力大于B端。与普通X型圈相比同等磨损条件下A端先受力磨损,作用力减缓后在作用于B端,耐磨性能是普通X圈的2倍。
为确保内外链板与密封圈保持足够的接触面积,外链板、内链板采用同片形、宽腰结构,所述销轴采用大尺寸优质合金钢制作具有高端抗拉和疲劳强度,销轴两端分别穿过套筒和外链板后采用四方铆头锁紧固定。整条链条采用真空上油方式,确保润滑油脂充分注入每节链条内,链条装配后采用强效预拉跑和工艺在60%破断载荷预拉力并保持作用于链条上30s,确保链条的强度和疲劳性能。本技术方案提高了链条的抗拉强度、疲劳强度,延长了链条使用寿命,且具有优异的可靠性。
优选的是:密封圈材质为丁氰橡胶或硅橡胶或氟硅橡胶。

具体实施方式
一种大排量油封链,由外单节、内单节及密封圈6配合而成,密封圈6位于内外单节接触面之间;内单节由套筒4、内链板1、滚子3组装配合构成;外单节由套设在套筒4内的销轴5与外链板2采用过盈配合构成;密封圈6形状为X型,X型的四个端部均为圆弧形结构,A端的圆弧直径大于B端的圆弧直径。密封圈A/B端均设置困油槽。外链板2、内链板1采用同片形、宽腰结构。销轴5采用大尺寸优质合金钢制作。销轴5两端穿过套筒4和外链板2后,采用四方铆头锁紧固定。密封圈6材质为丁氰橡胶或硅橡胶或氟硅橡胶。此链条具有高的抗拉强度、疲劳强度、耐磨性。采用上述方案制成的摩托车用油封链条,抗拉强度可达到46KN,疲劳强度在31%载荷下循环500万次,耐磨性能≤0.3%*被测链长(链条单边张力3.5KN,链轮转速1800r/min)。

Claims (6)

1.一种大排量油封链,其特征在于:由外单节、内单节及密封圈配合而成,密封圈位于内外单节接触面之间;内单节由套筒、内链板、滚子组装配合构成;外单节由套设在套筒内的销轴与外链板采用过盈配合构成;密封圈形状为X型,X型的四个端部均为圆弧形结构,与套筒和外链板接触的端部的圆弧直径为另外三个端部的圆弧直径的1.4倍。
2.如权利要求1所述一种大排量油封链,其特征在于:密封圈四个端部的端面均设置困油槽。
3.如权利要求1所述一种大排量油封链,其特征在于:外链板、内链板采用同片形、宽腰结构。
4.如权利要求1所述一种大排量油封链,其特征在于:销轴采用大尺寸优质合金钢制作。
5.如权利要求1所述一种大排量油封链,其特征在于:销轴两端穿过套筒和外链板后,采用四方铆头锁紧固定。
6.如权利要求1所述一种大排量油封链,其特征在于:密封圈材质为丁氰橡胶或硅橡胶或氟硅橡胶。
