技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体是一种便于干砌墙体用的保温多孔砌块。
背景技术
现在房屋建筑中的墙体多采用空心砌块来进行砌筑,其优点是轻便、节材,并且空心砌块在生产时,可以在其空心体内填充一些保温材料,做成自保温砌块。在现场施工时,采用砂浆作为粘结材料进行砌筑成墙体。这种砌筑方法有三个显然的弊端:一、该工艺不仅需要大量的水泥砂浆材料,而且在现场会造成污染,产生一些砂浆废料和垃圾;二、整个砌筑工艺多了砂浆的拌合和砂浆填抹的环节,势必降低砌筑的速度;三、砂浆涂抹后增加了上下层砌块之间的缝隙,墙体砌筑后需进行勾缝处理,增加了工艺难度,降低了施工效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种保温砖,该砌块带有榫卯结构,方便相邻砌块相互咬合,省去了砂浆粘结环节,既节省材料,又能提高施工效率。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种保温砖,包括砌块壁,所述的砌块壁顶部两端设有包齿,砌块壁底部设有与另一砌块的包齿形成榫卯结构的嵌齿;所述的砌块壁内部设有多个孔洞,最外侧的两个孔洞为填充保温材料的保温层。
优选的,所述的保温层内填充聚苯乙烯泡沫保温材料。
优选的,所述的包齿与嵌齿咬合后形成空腔型的钢筋槽。
本发明的有益效果:该砌块便于进行现场干砌,现场施工时,先将下层砌块码好,其包齿/嵌齿向上,然后堆码第二层砌块。上层砌块的嵌齿/包齿与下层砌块的包齿/嵌齿相对应,嵌合紧密,确保上下层砌块平整,紧密吻合,无张开型缝隙。相互咬合的上下层砌块之间形成了空腔型的钢筋槽,可以用于布置需要的拉结钢筋。这种砌块方便干砌施工,免除了砂浆粘结施工环节,有效地缩短施工周期,提高施工效率,而且节约材料,免除了现场湿作业施工造成的污染。

以下是本发明的一个具体实施例,现结合附图作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种保温砖,包括砌块壁1,所述的砌块壁1顶部两端设有包齿2,砌块壁1底部设有与另一砌块的包齿2形成榫卯结构的嵌齿3;所述的砌块壁1内部设有多个孔洞,最外侧的两个孔洞为填充保温材料的保温层4。
本实施例中,所述的保温层4内填充聚苯乙烯泡沫保温材料。
所述的包齿2与嵌齿3咬合后形成空腔型的钢筋槽6。
砌块壁1内共有三个孔洞,其中两侧的两个孔洞中填充保温材料,中间为空心层5。
如图2所示,该砌块现场砌筑时,先将下层砌块码好,其包齿/嵌齿向上,然后堆码第二层砌块。上层砌块的嵌齿/包齿与下层砌块的包齿/嵌齿相对应,嵌合紧密,确保上下层砌块平整,紧密吻合,无张开型缝隙。相互咬合的上下层砌块之间形成了空腔型的钢筋槽6,可以用于布置需要的拉结钢筋。这种砌块方便干砌施工,免除了砂浆粘结施工环节,有效地缩短施工周期,提高施工效率,而且节约材料,免除了现场湿作业施工造成的污染。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温砖,其特征在于:所述的保温层(4)内填充聚苯乙烯泡沫保温材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温砖,其特征在于:所述的包齿(2)与嵌齿(3)咬合后形成空腔型的钢筋槽(6)。
