Abstract
本发明公开了一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆的制备方法。该制备方法是:首先将硅酸钾溶液加热,然后添加硅丙乳液混合,不停搅拌,均匀后停止加热,加入钛酸酯偶联剂,搅拌均匀,再加入超细锌粉,搅拌均匀,再依次添加MgCl2水溶液、硬脂酸铝和脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,搅拌均匀后即得产品。该制备工艺简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐油漆的制备方法,特别涉及一种添加烷基醚类和硬脂酸盐复合稳定剂的防腐油漆的制备方法,属于油漆合成领域。
背景技术
据相关部门统计,每年因为腐蚀造成的钢铁损失约占年产量的10%-20%,为此人们通过防腐油漆来防止或延缓腐蚀。普通防腐油漆只是以隔绝空气的方式而防止钢铁腐蚀,主要是从两方面达到防腐的目的:一是以屏蔽作用,防腐油漆漆膜阻止腐蚀介质和材料表面接触,隔断腐蚀电池的通路,增大了电阻;另外一种是缓蚀作用,防腐油漆某些颜料,或其与成膜物或水分的反应产物,对底材金属可起缓蚀作用。但是这两种防腐油漆防腐效果有限,而以阴极保护作用来防腐,防腐效果更好,如富锌油漆。
富锌油漆分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌油漆,有机富锌油漆常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌油漆的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌油漆又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌油漆是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。水性无机富锌油漆由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉湿润性不好,锌粉容易沉降,影响产品质量。
为了克服以上缺点,在油漆制备过程中加入硬脂酸铝稳定剂,在油漆中引入了疏松网络触变性结构,防止料颗粒沉降,同时加人脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂,从而能起到润湿、增溶等特性,两者形成协调效应,大大改善油漆的稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明公开一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆及其制备方法,该油漆所含组分的质量百分比为:
硅酸钾 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 45%-60% ;
硅丙乳液 10%-20%;
钛酸酯偶联剂 3%-5% ;
MgCl2水溶液 3%-4%;
硬脂酸铝 2%-3%;
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚 2%-3%。
一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将硅酸钾溶液倒入容器中,缓慢加热到一定温度;
⑵再将硅丙乳液缓慢添加到容器中,并不停地搅拌,添加完毕后,停止加热;
⑶再往容器中添加适量的钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷加入锌粉,不停地搅拌均匀;
⑸最后依次添加适量的MgCl2水溶液、硬脂酸铝和脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆。
优先地,在步骤⑴中,所加加热温度为60-75℃。
优先地,在步骤⑷ 中,所加的锌粉为500-600目。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴制备工艺简单;
⑵油漆稳定性好。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
将200g硅酸钾溶液倒入到一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热,当溶液温度达到60℃后,再往容器中滴加100g硅丙乳液,并不停地搅拌,滴加完毕后,停止加热,体系温度降至室温后,再往容器中加入30g钛酸酯偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入600g的500目超细锌粉,最后依次添加30gMgCl2水溶液、20g硬脂酸铝和20g脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆。
实施例二:
将500g硅酸钾溶液倒入到一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热,当溶液温度达到65℃后,再往容器中滴加200g硅丙乳液,并不停地搅拌,滴加完毕后,停止加热,体系温度降至室温后,再往容器中加入100g钛酸酯偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入1000g的550目超细锌粉,最后依次添加80gMgCl2水溶液和60g硬脂酸铝和60g脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆。
实施例三:
将1500g硅酸钾溶液倒入到一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热,当溶液温度达到75℃后,再往容器中滴加750g硅丙乳液,并不停地搅拌,滴加完毕后,停止加热,体系温度降至室温后,再往容器中加入150g钛酸酯偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入2550g的600目超细锌粉,最后依次添加150gMgCl2水溶液和100g硬脂酸铝和100g脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆。
Claims (4)
1.一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴将硅酸钾溶液倒入容器中,缓慢加热到一定温度;
⑵再将硅丙乳液缓慢添加到容器中,并不停地搅拌,添加完毕后,停止加热;
⑶再往容器中添加适量的钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷加入锌粉,不停地搅拌均匀;
⑸最后依次添加适量的MgCl2水溶液、硬脂酸铝和脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑴中,所加热温度为60-75℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤⑷ 中,所加的锌粉为500-600目。
4.根据权利要求1、2或者3所述的一种添加复合稳定剂的防腐油漆的制备方法,其特征在于,制备的防腐油漆所含组分的质量百分比为:硅酸钾(20%-30%)、超细锌粉(45%-60%)、硅丙乳液(10%-20%)、钛酸酯偶联剂( 3%-5% )、MgCl2水溶液( 3%-4%)、硬脂酸铝(2%-3%) 、脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚 (2%-3%)。
