Abstract

一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，所述外加剂的原料配方中含有2~3%的羧丙基甲基纤维素、2~3%的聚乙烯醇、2~3%的聚丙烯酸树脂、3~5%的萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、30~40%的轻质碳酸钙和40~50%的膨润土。本发明开发了一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，利用多种聚合物的优化组合提升产品的预拌砂浆的保水性能和粘结强度，同时改善硬化砂浆的防水性能。除此以外，还使得墙面具有自呼吸功能，强化抹灰砂浆已有的性能和特点，协助水泥砂浆利用环境中的水汽进行持续性长时间自养护，保证抹灰砂浆的强度得到最大程度的发挥。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，属于建筑材料用添加剂技术领域。
背景技术
随着建筑市场砂浆禁现的力度不断加大，预拌砂浆的市场份额逐步提升，许多混凝土企业利用现有设备生产湿拌砂浆，此类砂浆用作砌筑砂浆一般不存在质量问题，作为抹灰砂浆时，墙面空鼓、开裂、粉化、疏松等质量缺陷则时有发生，另外，由于砂浆的防水性能差，长时间使用后，硬化砂浆表面易产生侵蚀痕迹，严重影响建筑物美观。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，所述外加剂的原料配方中含有下列质量百分比例的原材料：
羧丙基甲基纤维素（HPMC） 2~3%；
聚乙烯醇 2~3%；
聚丙烯酸树脂 2~3%；
萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物 3~5%；
轻质碳酸钙 30~40%；
膨润土 40~50%。
优选的技术方案为：所述羧丙基甲基纤维素的粘度为40000Pa·s。
优选的技术方案为：所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88~92%。
优选的技术方案为：所述萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物的含水率小于或等于2%，减水率大于或等于20%。
优选的技术方案为：所述轻质碳酸钙的纯度大于或等于99%，细度为800~1000目。
优选的技术方案为：所述膨润土的细度为400-600目。
由于上述技术方案运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果：
本发明开发了一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，利用多种聚合物的优化组合提升产品的预拌砂浆的保水性能和粘结强度，同时改善硬化砂浆的防水性能。除此以外，还使得墙面具有自呼吸功能，强化抹灰砂浆已有的性能和特点，协助水泥砂浆利用环境中的水汽进行持续性长时间自养护，保证抹灰砂浆的强度得到最大程度的发挥。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述：
实施例一：一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂。
将羧丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸树脂、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土按质量百分比为：2 %、2 %、2 %、4 %、40%、50%的比例混合，倒入高速搅拌机搅拌均匀，搅拌时间为5-10min，出料后按照砂浆总质量的千分之一掺入，砂浆配比如下：

测得砂浆性能如下：

实施例二：一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂。
一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，所述外加剂的原料配方中含有下列质量百分比例的原材料：
羧丙基甲基纤维素（HPMC） 3%；
聚乙烯醇 3%；
聚丙烯酸树脂 3%；
萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物 5%；
轻质碳酸钙 40%；
膨润土 46%。
优选的技术方案为：所述羧丙基甲基纤维素的粘度为40000Pa·s。
优选的技术方案为：所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88~92%。
优选的技术方案为：所述萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物的含水率为2%，减水率为20%。所述萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物为萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物。
优选的技术方案为：所述轻质碳酸钙的纯度为99%，细度为900目。
优选的技术方案为：所述膨润土的细度为500目。

1.一种抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，其特征在于：所述外加剂的原料配方中含有下列质量百分比例的原材料：
羧丙基甲基纤维素 2~3%；
聚乙烯醇 2~3%；
聚丙烯酸树脂 2~3%；
萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物 3~5%；
轻质碳酸钙 30~40%；
膨润土 40~50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，其特征在于：所述羧丙基甲基纤维素的粘度为40000Pa·s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，其特征在于：所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度为88~92%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，其特征在于：所述萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物的含水率小于或等于2%，减水率大于或等于20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，其特征在于：所述轻质碳酸钙的纯度大于或等于99%，细度为800~1000目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抹灰砂浆专用外加剂，其特征在于：所述膨润土的细度为400-600目。
