Abstract
本发明是关于将防爆板安装在容器安全开口上
的夹紧装置,当容器内发生爆炸时,该板被崩开,以保
护容器。夹紧装置包括几个直立的连接块(4),每个
连接块由一外壳(11)罩住,每个外壳有两个相对的夹
紧边(10),连接块及外壳相互隔开一定距离固定在防
爆板(13)和框架(3)的周边上,每个外壳内至少有两
个夹条(9),其一端由连接块支承,另一端则压在外壳
的其中一个夹紧边上,从而将外壳连接于连接块,进
而将防爆板连接于容器(1)。
Description
本发明是关于一种夹紧装置,用于将一防爆板固定在充有粉末,气体或蒸汽的容器的安全开口上,在超压的情况下(例如由容器内的爆炸造成),该防爆板被崩开或炸开,使容器少受或不受损坏。
申请人的欧洲专利申请88201561.3描述了这种夹紧装置,其中采用了一不锈钢制成的刚性防爆板,该防爆板的周边带有一个包括夹紧边缘的侧边,夹紧边缘向内折叠,几个倾斜的夹条的自由端与夹紧边缘啮合,夹条朝所述夹紧边缘取向并安装在环绕容器安全开口的一个框架上,这样就将防爆板牢固地压在框架上。
当容器内发生爆炸时,产生的压力使防爆板升高,并且防爆板的刚性夹紧边缘使夹条的自由端向上弯曲,使防爆板在夹条上自由地滑动并从安全开口上崩开。
这种带夹紧边缘的防爆板的缺点是制造防爆板的不锈钢是一种昂贵的材料,此外为了赋予它足够的刚性而必须将其压成一定形状的操作生产也很昂贵。另一缺点是在夹条和板的夹紧边缘之间容易沉积灰尘,所以夹条就很难起作用,并且只有当防爆板上的压力大于规定压力时才可能起作用。另一缺点是当防爆板的开口压力较高时,倾斜的夹条必须牢固地使板的夹紧边缘保持在安全开口的边缘上,所以为了崩开防爆板,就必须克服在板升高期间在板和环绕安全开口的框架之间产生的附加摩擦力。结果为此所需的开口压力就很难预测。
为了消除这些缺点,本发明提供了一种夹紧装置,包括几个直立的连接块,对每个连接块有一个外壳罩在其上以保护连接块,在每个外壳内有两个夹紧边相互相对而置,该连接块及外壳相互之间隔开一定距离绕防爆板和框架的周边安装,在每个外壳内至少有两个分叉的夹条,其一端安装在连接块上,而另一端则压在外壳的其中一个夹紧边上,用以将外壳连接于连接块或将防爆板连接于容器。
采用两个分叉的夹条意味着两个倾斜作用在夹紧边上的压力的合力是垂直的,所以整个装置是平衡的并且防爆板被垂直地崩开,所以避免了防爆板和安全开口周围的框架之间的所有摩擦力。另一优点是每个单个的夹紧装置被罩在一密封的外壳内,所以没有灰尘积累的问题,并且也容易进行更换夹紧装置的工作。另一大优点是这种夹紧装置允许使用普通的不贵的复合板,例如用于建筑结构的复合板,它比不锈钢防爆板承受的变形小。此外,这种板具有极良好的隔热性,并在许多场合下能防止在板上形成冷凝。
下面通过举例的方式详细描述根据本发明的最佳但不是限制性的实施例。描述是参照附图进行的,其中:
图1是一前视图,示出了夹紧装置和安装在容器上的防爆板;
图2是图1所示之夹紧装置及防爆板的俯视图;
图3是一放大纵剖视图,示出了沿图2中Ⅲ-Ⅲ线所取的其中一个夹紧装置;
图4示出了与图3相同的纵剖视图,但其中防爆板已从容器上脱离。
图5示出了沿图3中Ⅴ-Ⅴ线所取的其中一个夹紧装置的横断面。
在这些图中可以看到可容纳任何种类的粉末,气体或蒸汽的容器1,它带有一个必须关闭的安全开口2。在该开口的周围一个框架3以任何已知的手段安装在容器上。几个直立的连接块借助于螺钉5相互之间隔开一定距离安装在该框架上。每个连接块都有一个螺孔6,其中可拧入一个螺钉7的高度。该螺钉穿过一支承件8上的开孔,支承件8的横断面的颠倒的“L”形,在其上用来预置张力的螺钉7的头部可施加压力。两个分叉的直夹条9中的每一个直夹条的一端与该支承件8啮合,该两个直夹条处于一平行于框架3的纵向延伸的平面内。每个夹条9的另一端与一个外壳11各端面的下边缘上的夹紧边10啮合,外壳11的底面是敞开的,并且外壳11套在连接块4上并抵靠在其基部,所以整个装置被很好地保护从而避免灰尘沉积。每个外壳11的一个侧面由螺钉12安装在刚性防爆板侧面,防爆板最好由建筑结构上所用的复合板构成。每个外壳11带有一个盖14,它使夹条9能方便地安装在外壳上,并且使螺钉7和支承件8的高度可以调整,这样就可以调节夹条9的预置张力并进而调节外壳11和连接块之间夹紧力。防爆板被崩开的压力取决于夹条的抗弯强度,并很大程度上也取决于所选择的材料和夹条的尺寸。
当容器1内发生爆炸时,产生的压力对防爆板13施加向上的压力,该压力由外壳11的夹紧边10传递到夹条9上。当超过夹条9的抗弯强度时,这些夹条以带着外壳11的防爆板13垂直地在连接块4上滑动,而从容器1的安全开口2上崩开。在一次轻度爆炸后,防爆板通常不会受损,为了重新启用夹紧装置只要更换夹条和/或连接块4就足够了。
不必说上述零件的形式,数量和尺寸是可以不同的,并且其中一些零件可用完成同一目的的其它零件替换。这样可不用直夹条而用预成形的单个或多个夹条。
Claims (6)
1、用于刚性防爆板(13)的夹紧装置,所述防爆板用以封闭充有粉末,气体或蒸汽的容器(1)的安全开口(2),其中一个框架(3)被固定在安全开口的周围,并且几个倾斜的夹条(9)位于该框架上,其特征在于夹紧装置包括几个直立的连接块(4),对每一个连接块均有一个外壳(11)套在其上以罩住连接块,在每个外壳内有两个夹紧边(10)相互相对而置,连接块(4)以及外壳(11)围绕防爆板(13)和框架(3)的周边相互之间隔开一定距离被固定,在每个外壳(11)内至少有两个分叉的夹条(9),为了使外壳与连接块连接,并从而使防爆板(13)与容器(1)连接,每个夹条的一端由连接块(4)支承,其另一端则压在外壳(11)的其中一个夹紧边(10)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于连接块(4)固定在框架(3)上并且外壳(11)以其后表面固定在防爆板(13)的侧面上,这样分叉的夹条(9)平行于每个外壳(11)的后表面延伸。
3、根据权利要求1所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于外壳(11)每个端面的下边缘被加工成向内翻的夹紧边(10),一夹条(9)的一端即被支撑在其上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于在每个连接块(4)和夹条(9)之间提供有一张力调节件(7),用以预置夹条的张力。
5、根据权利要求4所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于张力调节件为在连接块(4)内的一垂直可调的螺钉和一支承件(8),螺钉的头部对支承件施加压力,各夹条(9)端部的一端支撑在支承件上。
6、根据权利要求1所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于防爆板(13)由复合板结构构成。
