Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricacion de una instalacion de soplado de gases y/o solidos para recipientes metalurgicos, en especial para convertidores, cuya instalacion consiste en una piedra de soplado cerámica provista de tubitos de soplado metálicos fijadas bajo presion en la misma, mismos que en su extremo correspondiente al fondo de la piedra están fijados a una placa metálica calada, procedimiento en el cual en primer término se procede a insertar los tubos de soplado (2) en forma de haces (o manojos), en unas perforaciones (7) de recepcion situadas en la placa calada (4), ello mientras se genera una presion de calce; el espacio interior delimitado por el haz (8) de los tubos se rellena con una parte interior (10) de material cerámico, preparada de antemano; el haz o manojo (8) de los tubos que está fijo a la placa calada (4) junto con la parte interior (10) del material cerámico, previamente preparada y que está situada dentro de dicho haz o manojo, es introducido en un molde de prensado (21) parcialmente lleno con el material cerámico (20) de la piedra de soplado; se procede a rellenar el molde de prensado con el material cerámico (22) de la piedra de soplado (1) y, finalmente, el relleno (20, 22) de material cerámico es presionado junto con el haz de tubos (20) y la parte cerámica interior (10) situada dentro de dicho haz (8).
