背景技术
某些家用电气设备要求将多件电气装备或模块连接在一起。这样的设备包括“多媒体设备”,例如组合因特网网关、TV解码器、视频游戏控制台等等。还可能提到“Hi-Fi”音频设备,例如组合放大器、CD机芯、调谐器等等。
这种类型的设备中使用了众多电缆来将每一电模块连接到干线电源插口、将一个或多个电模块连接到因特网、将各模块相互连接以允许在模块之间交换数据,等等。
使用这些众多电缆引起了某些问题。电缆使得电气设备的外观难看,且它们有时要求进行复杂操作才能隐藏它们。这样的电气设备也要求在该设备附近可获得特定数量的干线电源插口,或者否则使用附加的电源插板以便将每一电模块连接到干线。最终,将各电模块相互连接相对复杂,且可能给缺乏经验的用户带来困难。
发明目标
本发明的目标提供一种电模块,该电模块被适配成集成在上述种类的电气设备中,且在使用时允许减少操作该设备的所需要的电缆和干线电源插口的数量,且简化在该设备内的连接模块。
发明内容
为了实现该目标,提供了适配成在可选地连接到相同类型的至少一个其他电模块的同时工作的电模块。该电模块包括其上布置有第一连接装置和第二链接装置的箱,第一连接装置适用于将电模块连接到外部电源,第二链接装置允许电模块在外部交换第一数据。电模块还包括紧固到箱且被适配成将电模块连接到相同类型的另一电模块以向其传达链接数据和/或链接电源的连接装置。
当在单个电气设备内将本发明的多个电模块连接在一起时,它们经由连接装置彼此连接。因而,将单个电模块连接到干线电源插口以便允许给所有模块供电就足够了,连接到干线插口的电模块经由链接装置向其他电模块提供链接电源以便给它们供电。同样,电模块可以经由链接装置彼此交换链接数据。这极大地减少了该设备中所需要的电源和数据传输电缆的数量,由此改善了该设备的外观。所需要的干线电源插口的数量也得以减少。另外,连接设备内的各电模块仅包括将标准电源电缆连接到一个电模块并经由链接装置将其他电模块彼此连接,由此极大地简化了连接操作并降低了连接错误的任何风险。

具体实施方式
参见图1,由家用电器设备1阐释本发明,其包括本发明的第一电模块2a、第二电模块2b和第三电模块2c。在多媒体设备的上下文中,作为示例,它可以包括:家庭因特网网关;电视解码器以及视频游戏控制台;然后,所述多媒体设备还包括连接到上述电模块的电视机(未示出)。
电模块2中的每一个被适配成通过连接或不连接到相同类型的另一电模块来工作。术语“相同类型”用来意指各电模块具有兼容的电气接口且被适配成协同工作以使得它们一起执行至少一个特定功能。因而,再次在多媒体设备的上下文中,视频游戏控制台可以独立地工作,但是它也可以连接到家庭网关以便从因特网接收数据,例如以便与其他玩家交互。
每一电模块2包括箱3,箱3包含至少一个电卡4,电卡4被适配成执行电模块2专用的功能以及可能得自各模块之间的协同工作的特定功能(如果有的话)。
第一连接装置5和第二连接装置6被组合在单个第一电连接器7中,具体地为凹形连接器,且链接装置8被布置在每一箱3上。
第一连接装置5用于将电模块连接到所讨论的模块外部的电源。术语“外部电源”可互换地用来覆盖来自干线电源插口的电源和来自另一电模块2的电源。

链接装置8包括在图2中可更清晰地看到的臂9,它本身具有固定到箱3的第一端10、主体11、具有与第一电连接器7互补的凸形第二电连接器13的第二端12、以及位于第二端12上的抓握区17。将第一端10与第二电连接器13相连接的电缆14在臂9的主体11内部贯穿。
因而,首先使用电模块2的第一电连接器7和臂9来向家用电器设备的三个电模块2提供电源,且其次在三个电模块2之间交换链接数据。
下面是如何将第一电模块2a、第二电模块2b和第三电模块2c在电气上连接在一起的更详细的描述。
第一电模块2a经由第一电模块2a的第一电连接器7的第一连接装置5且经由标准电源电缆15连接到干线电源插口16。第一电模块2a的电卡4具有电源电路,该电源电路因而由来自干线电源插口16的电压供电。第一电模块2a的电卡4的电源电路为电卡4的其余部分提供一个或多个电源且经由第一电模块2a的臂9将链接电源提供给第二模块2b,所述链接电源被适配成给第二电模块2b的电卡4供电。
此外,电模块2a的电卡4和电模块2b的电卡4经由第一电模块2a的臂9交换链接数据。出于这样的目的,将第一电模块2a的臂9的第二电连接器13连接到第二电模块2b的第一电连接器7。
因而,第二电模块2b由第一电模块2a供电,且它被适配成与第一电模块2a交换链接数据。
第二电模块2b还连接到第三电模块2c。第二电模块2b的电卡4经由第二电模块2b的臂9向第三电模块2c提供链接电源。第二电模块2b的电卡4和第三电模块2c的电卡4还经由第二电模块2b的臂9交换链接数据。出于这样的目的,将第二电模块2b的臂9的第二电连接器13连接到第三电模块2c的第一电连接器7。
因而,第三电模块2c由第二电模块2b供电,且它被适配成与第二电模块2b交换链接数据。
因而,在第一电模块2a和第三电模块2c之间交换的链接数据经由第二电模块2b来传送。
因而可以看到,第一电模块2a的臂9和第二电模块2b的臂9分别连接到第二电模块2b和第三电模块2c,而第三电模块2c的臂9未使用。术语“连接位置”用来指定连接到另一电模块的电模块2a和2b的臂9所占的位置,且术语“搁置位置”用来指定没有连接到另一电模块的第三模块2c的臂9所占的位置。
电模块2的每一箱3具有与第二电连接器13互补且适配成在臂位于其搁置位置时接纳第二电连接器13的虚(dummy)凹形电连接器20。臂9的第一端10枢转地安装在箱3上,以使得用户可以通过用手握持抓握区17并使臂枢转来选择性地将臂9放置在连接位置或搁置位置中。
臂9具有根据模块2的高度来确定的、但足以使得它能将两个模块进行电气互连的长度。
在这一示例中,臂9固定到电模块2的箱3且不能被移除。另选地,对于臂9,可以做出可释放地固定到箱3的规定,因此可以与箱3分开且可能安装在某一其他电模块2上。
参考图3和图4,下面是电模块2的第一电连接器7和臂9的第二电连接器13的更详细的描述。
第一电连接器7是组合了适用于传输电源的第一连接装置5和适用于传输数字数据的第二连接装置6的凹形连接器。第二电连接器13是与第一连接器互补的凸形连接器,且它具有与第一连接装置5互补的第三连接装置21以及与电模块2的第二连接装置6互补的第四连接装置22。
根据在臂9互连两个模块2时由臂9形成的角度的函数,电连接器13相对于臂9而定向。
第一连接器7的第一连接装置5包括兼容IEC 60320-1标准的C7型的标准凹形电气电源连接器。第二电连接器13的第三连接装置21因而包括兼容IEC 60320-1标准的C7型的标准凸形电气电源连接器。因而,电模块2可同样良好地经由在其自由端部处具有兼容于上述标准的凸形电连接器的电缆从干线电源插口被供电,如参考第一电模块2a所示出的,或由另一电模块供电,如参考第二电模块2b和第三电模块2c所示出的。
有利的是,第一电连接器7的第二连接装置6包括具有机械保险装置24的非标准凹形电连接器23,以便能够仅连接到另一电模块的臂9。由每一电模块经由臂9在外部交换的第一数据由来自另一模块的链接数据单独构成。
第二连接装置的凹形电连接器23包括限定连接壳体25的凹形插头30,连接壳体25内布置了与HDMI标准兼容的触点。
机械保险装置适配成防止标准HDMI凸形连接器与凹形电连接器23连接。因而,用户不能错误地将来自某一其他类型的装备(例如摄像机)的标准HDMI连接器连接到电模块2的凹形电连接器23。
参考图5a,机械保险装置24由连接壳体25的内部形状来限定,该内部形状呈现位于连接壳体的至少一个内部表面上的至少一个花键26。具体地,连接壳体25的内部形状呈现位于连接壳体的顶部内部表面27的中心处的第一花键26以及位于连接壳体25的底部内部表面29的中心处的第二花键26。
在凹形电连接器23包括第一实施例的机械保险装置24时,第四连接装置22包括图5b中示出的凸形插头31,其与所讨论的凹形插头互补,即凸形插头具有被布置为兼容HDMI标准的触点且具有呈现与凹形电连接器23的凹形插头30的连接壳体25的花键26互补的两个槽32的外部形状。
在图6a中所示出的第二实施例中,机械保险装置由连接壳体25的内部形状限定,该内部形状由两个侧壁37限定,每一个侧壁都配备有方形或矩形部分38的花键,花键在一方向上延伸以用于将对应的凸形电连接器的凸形插头插入壳体。然后,第四连接装置22的凸形插头40包括被布置为接纳花键38方形或矩形部分的互补槽41。
在图7a中示出的第三实施例中,连接壳体25由两个侧壁43限定,其中的每一个侧壁都具有在其中形成的三角形部分44的槽。然后,第四连接装置22的凸形插头45具有三角形部分的互补花键46。

电模块的箱可以自然地包括允许将电模块连接到外部电源或某一其他装备的其他连接装置。尤其,箱可以包括被布置在箱上且允许电模块在外部交换第二数据的标准附加连接器,所述附加连接器是例如经由标准电缆给出对因特网的接入的标准连接器。
第二连接装置可以是不同于HDMI标准的标准,且例如它们可以是USB、火线等等标准。
臂可以是伸缩式的,且连接装置21和22可以被安装在旋转支撑件上。
链接数据可以由电模块2a发送,以供电模块2c接收,在这种情况下,仅仅经由电模块2b传送它,或者可以由电模块2b中发送它以供电模块2c接收。

Claims (7)

1.一种电模块,其被适配成在连接到相同类型的至少一个其他电模块的同时工作,所述电模块(2)包括箱(3),所述箱上布置了第一连接装置(5)和第二连接装置(6),所述第一连接装置(5)适用于将所述电模块(2)连接到外部电源,所述第二连接装置(6)允许所述电模块在外部交换第一数据,所述第一连接装置(5)和所述第二连接装置(6)在单个第一连接器(7)中被编组在一起,所述电模块还包括链接装置(8),所述链接装置(8)固定到所述箱且被适配成将所述电模块(2)连接到相同类型的另一电模块,以便向其传输链接数据和/或链接电源,所述链接装置(8)包括臂,所述臂具有固定到所述箱(3)的第一端(10)和具有第二连接器(13)的第二端(12),所述第二连接器(13)适配成连接到相同类型的另一电模块,所述第二连接器(13)与所述第一连接器(7)互补。
