Abstract

高压燃料泵
技术领域
本发明涉及高压燃料泵且更具体地涉及一种能避免泵的热卡滞的装置。
背景技术
高压燃料泵典型地具有塔状部的头部,从头部轴向地突出的活塞在头部孔内往复运动。加压后的燃料是热的,其一部分沿活塞泄漏且在塔状部的末端流出。在活塞和孔之间的间隙内流体剪切损失进一步加热燃料,因此流出温度是非常高的。横跨塔状部存在重要的温度梯度,从而活塞热膨胀超过塔状部热膨胀,从而缩小了间隙且潜在地损坏泵。为了避免该问题,孔-活塞间隙典型地设为适应该差异,但是这能使更多燃料泄漏并因此降低泵效率。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是通过提供包括泵头、活塞和弹簧的高压燃料泵而解决提及的问题。
所述泵头具有:主体部分和沿主轴线从主体部分向远端的盘状面突出的圆柱形塔状部;盲孔,该盲孔沿所述主轴线在所述泵头内从泵室延伸然后穿过塔状部直到所述盘状面中的开口端。所述泵头还具有在泵室中开口以适于燃料流入流出所述盲孔的下部压力进口和高压出口。
活塞以可被滑动引导的方式布置在所述盲孔中,所述活塞从盲孔的所述泵室内的压缩末端向所述泵头外侧的外部末端延伸,所述外部末端设有凸轮随动件。
弹簧环绕所述活塞布置并在所述塔状部上滑动,所述弹簧被压缩在所述凸轮随动件和所述泵头的所述主体部分之间。
所述泵进一步设有套筒,所述套筒包括具有底面和外围壁的杯状形状。所述套筒环绕所述塔状部布置,在所述塔状部和所述外围壁之间保留薄容积部,所述套筒的底面设有孔,所述活塞穿过该孔延伸,从而在运行中,在所述活塞的压缩末端和所述盲孔的泵室之间加压的燃料的一部分在所述活塞和所述盲孔之间泄漏,流出所述塔状部并在流出所述套筒之前填充所述薄容积部。
此外,所述套筒可以设有至少一个布置在所述外围壁中的开口,所述开口适于使燃料能离开所述薄容积部。
所述套筒可以具有盘状面,该盘状面从所述外围壁的远离所述底面的边缘径向延伸。该径向盘状面设置成抵接所述泵头,所述弹簧在所述套筒上滑动而抵靠所述套筒的所述径向盘状面被压缩。
在另一实施方式中,所述塔状部设有径向孔,该径向孔布置在所述塔状部的末端的所述盘状面附近,使得泄露的燃料被捕获并且在进入套筒之前流过该径向孔。

具体实施方式
在下面的说明中,相似的元件被标以相同的附图标记。同样,为了简化描述,上下方向会参照图中的取向。因此,词语和表述例如“顶、上、下、在……上、在……下”可以被使用而没有任何意图限制本发明的范围。
现在参照附图说明本发明。图1是包括泵头12的高压燃料泵10的横截面图,所述泵头具有主体部14,并且从所述主体部14的下表面,头部12设有塔状部16,其沿着主轴线A从主体部14向下延伸直到盘状面18。泵头12进一步设有孔20,所述孔20轴向地A从泵室22向下延伸,在泵头12内部到居中地布置在塔状部16的盘状面18的向下开口24。
头部12进一步设有燃料进口26,所述燃料进口26设在孔20的最顶端。提升阀28控制进口26的开和关。燃料出口30侧向地布置在头部12中并在泵室22内开口,其开和关通过压在阀座上的球来控制。在现有技术中存在进口阀和出口的多种变型,已有的说明不将本发明限制于该具体实施方式。
在孔20中滑动地布置活塞32,该活塞32从内端34(或顶端)在孔20内向外端36(或底端)延伸出头部12。在底端36布置有弹簧座38,其保持着压缩在所述座38和泵头12的主体部14之间的弹簧40。弹簧40绕活塞32布置并且绕塔状部16滑动。在活塞的最底部布置有未图示的凸轮随动件,其在操作方面与旋转凸轮协作。
如图所示,套筒42围绕塔状部16布置。套筒42从薄金属片冲切并深拉拔而具有杯状形状,其具有:横向底面44,从所述底面延伸有大致圆柱状外围壁46;以及上盘状面48,所述上盘状面48径向地从外围壁46的上边缘延伸。套筒42进一步设有居中地设在底面44中的孔50以使活塞32延伸通过,并在外围壁46上设有至少一个开口52。在图中,开口52图示为在底面44和上盘状面48之间的大致中途,但是其可以靠近任意一个横向面。
当就位时,套筒42保持就位,弹簧40围绕套筒42滑动且邻接盘状面48的下部面。在塔状部16和套筒42之间保留有围绕塔状部16的薄内部容积部54保持。
在运行中,未图示的凸轮驱动凸轮随动件和活塞32往复上下运动。已经在泵室22内流动的燃料在通过出口30排出之前被加压。在该操作中,在泵室20内的燃料热起来,所有部件热膨胀。一小部分加压的燃料穿过孔20和活塞32之间的间隙泄漏(如标记L所示),润滑表面。由于间隙中的流体剪切,泄漏燃料进一步显著加热。泄漏燃料在塔状部16的底部最后流出所述间隙而不是继续向下流动,泄漏燃料被捕捉在套筒42内,在套筒42内起填充薄容积部54,以热燃料湿润塔状部16的外表面。燃料在套筒内向上流直到其通过开口52流出。由于这些,跨越塔状部16的温度梯度最小化,从而由于热膨胀差异引起的活塞32在孔20内夹紧的风险最小化。
在图3详示的另一个具体实施方式中,塔状部16设有布置成靠近塔状部的盘状面18布置的径向孔56。在该具体实施方式中,燃料经由这些径向孔56泄漏然后填充薄容积54。

Claims (3)

1.一种高压燃料泵(10),该泵包括:
泵头(12),该泵头具有:主体部分(14)和沿主轴线(A)从所述主体部分(14)向远端的盘状面(18)突出的圆柱形塔状部(16);盲孔(20),该盲孔沿所述主轴线(A)在所述泵头(12)内从泵室(22)延伸然后穿过塔状部(16)直到所述盘状面(18)中的开口端;以及在盲端附近开口以适于燃料流入流出所述盲孔(20)的下部压力进口(26)和高压出口(30),
活塞(32),该活塞以可被滑动引导的方式布置在所述盲孔(20)中,所述活塞(32)从所述盲孔的所述泵室(22)内的压缩末端(34)向所述泵头(12)外侧的外部末端(36)延伸,所述外部末端(36)设有凸轮随动件,
弹簧(40),该弹簧环绕所述活塞(32)布置并在所述塔状部(16)上滑动,所述弹簧(40)被压缩在所述凸轮随动件和所述泵头的所述主体部分(14)之间,其特征在于:
