Description
技术领域
本发明的主题是复合的伤口填充材料,尤其用于填充空腔型伤口(cavitywounds),其可用于使用负压装置的局部伤口治疗。
背景技术
近年来,已经在伤口愈合领域大量开发使用负压治疗(NPT)装置的局部伤口治疗,因为其能够促进伤口愈合的持续时间和质量。
NPT治疗的基本原理是通过粘到患者皮肤伤口周围的薄的、柔性的密封膜在伤口上产生密封空腔。空腔还可以插入吸引管的一端,所述管例如密封在密封膜上并在其另一端连接至真空泵,所述真空泵能在空腔内产生低于伤口周围的环境大气压力的压力。空腔内产生的负压提供大量有利于伤口愈合的治疗效果,例如,尤其是血液循环增加和较快的组织肉芽发生。这些NTP治疗的不同变化形式是目前存在的。
使用负压装置的局部伤口治疗可以治疗从最小的损伤到最大的空腔型伤口或到烧伤的不同类型的伤口,而不管它们的尺寸。这些伤口也可以是深的并因此具有大的体积。
必须控制伤口治愈的方式。理想地,损伤应该在深处开始治愈,然后通过将伤口边缘均匀连接在一起而闭合。尤其理想的是,在深处伤口愈合结束之前,伤口不在表面愈合,从而避免在肉中形成空腔,这将变成感染的有利位点。为避免在NPT治疗期间形成这些空腔,通常通过借助于软的或可压缩的多孔材料填充伤口,所述多孔材料具有能够使其经受伤口内产生的相对于环境大气压力的压力差的性质。材料的目的是将伤口边缘保持离得足够远,从而它们不能生长并连接在一起以形成不想要的空腔。

NPT系统中使用的材料与旨在浅表保护小的和基本上平面的损伤的常规的多层层状敷料不同,且不构造成引入伤口内,而是简单地置于其表面上从而将其与外部环境分离,同时发生伤口愈合。尤其是,层状敷料不形成流体流动通道以使得渗出液有效排出。此外,构成这些层状敷料的材料,尤其是构成这些敷料的外层的材料,具有与组织的某种程度粘附,且不意欲与伤口接触。在空腔伤口中使用将不可避免地导致构成敷料的外层的材料与伤口组织的接触,这将引起去除敷料时完全不能接受的肉芽组织的撕裂。

非机织材料尤其不粘附人组织,尤其是伤口。因此,在干或湿环境中,优选在湿环境中去除其期间,所述非机织材料可以在不对伤口或病灶周围皮肤的结构产生不利影响的情况下去除。
表述“超吸收性”在此意欲表示具有非常大的吸收液体的能力的纤维,优选大于或等于10g水(或盐溶液,例如生理盐水)每克,更优选大于20g水每克,更优选大于30g水每克。
根据本发明,超吸收性纤维由两种不同材料组成。这些材料可分布于并行结构中或优选分布于核/壳结构中。
意欲形成纤维的外部(优选壳)的第一材料应能够与伤口渗出液形成凝胶,且将有利地由一种或多种交联和/或部分交联的聚合物形成。该第一材料由聚丙烯酸酯形成。
优选形成超吸收性纤维的核的第二组分将优选是非胶凝的且与第一材料相容,从而确保通过第一材料形成凝胶后纤维的稳定性。其可由在水性介质中稳定且与壳材料相容的任何种类的聚合物形成,以形成稳定的双组分纤维。
该第二材料优选由聚丙烯腈形成。
超吸收性纤维有利地具有2-6dtex的分特数。
可用于本发明上下文内的超吸收性纤维例如由公司TOYOBO CO LTD以名称F销售。
非吸收性纤维是能够通过形成框架来增强并稳定非机织材料的三维结构的热结合纤维,所述框架来自这些纤维彼此之间和/或这些纤维和超吸收性纤维的结合。
这些第二纤维可以由单一热塑性材料组成,例如,诸如,具有低熔点的聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯。
有利地,这些第二纤维也将由分配于并行结构或优选核/壳结构中的两种不同材料组成。
这些纤维的长度可以为约10-100mm,优选25-75mm左右。
在本发明的上下文内,尤其优选核/壳型的双组分非吸收性热结合纤维,其中核由聚酯例如尤其是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯组成,和壳由聚乙烯组成。
超吸收性纤维和非吸收性热结合纤维之间的重量比可以为20/80-80/20,优选60/40-80/20。
通常,构成根据本发明的复合材料的外壳的非机织材料将从含有大于50重量%、优选大于60重量%的超吸收性纤维的混合物获得。
通过包含30重量%的非吸收性纤维和70重量%的超吸收性纤维的混合物获得了优异的结果。
构成根据本发明的复合材料的外壳的该非机织材料尤其通过热结合或通过纤维混合物的针刺法和热结合来获得。
通过在非机织材料的纤维之间产生锚点(anchoring points),热结合操作可以改进吸收后非机织材料的撕裂强度。必须增强非机织材料的粘结力以在不撕裂其的情况下去除所使用的复合材料。
纤维的集合将在以下条件下进行:可以获得厚度为0.3-3mm,优选2mm,和基础重量为30-400g/m2,优选100g/m2左右的非机织材料。
构成根据本发明的复合材料的外壳的该非机织材料可以根据文献GB2401879描述的方法制造。
接触层
根据一个具体的实施方式,只要这不对本发明复合材料的良好的粘结力性质产生不利影响,非机织材料外壳可在意欲接触伤口的外壳表面部分地覆盖有接触层,所述层包含能够通过伤口渗出液的开口。
有利地,将接触层称为微粘合剂,也就是说它可以暂时将所述涂覆的非机织材料粘附到伤口。然后可在不对伤口或病灶周围皮肤的结构产生不利地影响的情况下去除集合,使得所述集合可重新配置并促进护理。暂时粘附可也以有助于护理人员或用户用其他的固定方法来固定敷料,例如用支撑工具或胶带覆盖敷料。在这种情况下,可以选择接触层,使得它在钢板上的粘合强度为0.5-100cN/cm,优选5-40cN/cm。该粘合强度根据方法EN1939测量,其中将宽20mm、长150mm的接触层样品置于钢板上,10分钟后用测力计以100mm/min的提拉速度在90°角测量粘合强度。
接触层可以优选地由包含弹性体基质和水状胶体的组合物形成,尤其是水状胶体优选均匀分散于其中的弹性体基质。
水状胶体的比例优选为所述组合物重量的2-20重量%。
接触层尤其可覆盖意欲接触伤口的外壳表面的55-65%。
接触层优选具有110-500g/m2,优选150-200g/m2的基础重量。
接触层有利地可以不粘住伤口并在去除复合伤口填充材料时避免任何疼痛。通过在伤口表面保持潮湿的环境同时避免接触非机织外壳,它促进伤口愈合。水状胶体的整合为弹性体组合物提供亲水性,并促进能够促进伤口治疗的活性剂的向量化。
所述组合物包含一种或多种选自聚(苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯)嵌段聚合物的弹性体。本发明上下文内使用的嵌段共聚物有利地是包含两种苯乙烯热塑性末端嵌段A和是烯烃的弹性体中央嵌段B的ABA型三嵌段共聚物,任选与包含苯乙烯热塑性嵌段A和是烯烃的弹性体嵌段B的AB型二嵌段共聚物结合。这些共聚物的烯烃嵌段B可以由不饱和烯烃例如诸如异戊二烯或丁二烯组成或由饱和烯烃例如诸如乙烯-丁烯或乙烯-丙烯组成。
在三嵌段共聚物ABA和二嵌段共聚物AB的情况下,将可以使用已经可获得的三嵌段共聚物ABA和二嵌段共聚物AB的商业混合物,或以任何比例的预先选自两种独立的可用产品生产混合物。

作为聚(苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯)(缩写为SIS)共聚物的实例,因此可以提及以名称D1107或D1119BT销售的产品,或由Exxon Mobil Chemical以名称销售的产品,如以名称4113销售的产品。聚(苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯)共聚物的实例是以名称D1102销售的产品。
其中B是异戊二烯的三嵌段共聚物ABA和二嵌段共聚物AB的商业混合物的实例可以提及由Exxon Mobil Chemical以名称4114销售的产品。
基于异戊二烯或基于丁二烯的所有这些共聚物通常的苯乙烯含量为相对于所述共聚物总重量的10%-52%重量。
在本发明上下文内,将优选使用苯乙烯含量为相对于所述聚(SIS)重量的14%-52%,优选14%-30%重量的聚(苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯)(缩写为SIS)三嵌段共聚物。

作为可在本发明上下文内生产的三嵌段和二嵌段共聚物的具体混合物的实例,可以提及以下的混合物:
-三嵌段SEBS,例如尤其是由Kraton Polymers以名称G1651销售的产品;和
-聚(苯乙烯-烯烃)二嵌段共聚物,例如尤其是由Kraton Polymers以名称G1702销售的聚(苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯)。
在本发明上下文内,相对于SEBS或SEPS的重量苯乙烯含量为25%-45%重量的所述SEBS或SEPS三嵌段共聚物将是优选的。优选地,使用三嵌段共聚物,尤其是由KratonPolymers公司以名称G1651和G1654销售的产品。
通常,取决于嵌段共聚物的烯烃中央嵌段的饱和或不饱和性质,弹性体将以适合的量使用。因此,在具有不饱和中央嵌段的三嵌段共聚物的情况下,它将以相对于组合物总重量的10%-30%重量,优选10%-20%重量左右的量使用。在具有饱和中央嵌段的三嵌段共聚物的情况下,它将以相对于组合物总重量的3%-10%重量,优选4%-7%重量左右的量使用。
术语“水状胶体”或“水状胶体颗粒”此处意欲是指以其吸收水性液体例如水、生理盐水或伤口渗出液的能力而被本领域技术人员惯常使用的化合物。
作为适合的水状胶体,例如可以提及果胶、藻酸盐、天然植物胶例如尤其是刺梧桐树胶、纤维素衍生物例如羧甲基纤维素和其碱金属盐例如其钠盐或钙盐,以及以名称“超吸收剂”为人所知的基于丙烯酸盐的合成聚合物,例如诸如,由BASF以名称1003或由Ciba Specialty Chemicals以名称SC91销售的产品以及这些化合物的混合物。
这些超吸收剂中的一些由于其具有小于10微米的粒径而被描述为“微胶体”,其当然可以在生产组合物的上下文内使用。
本发明上下文内优选的水状胶体是羧甲基纤维素的碱金属盐,尤其是羧甲基纤维素(CMC)钠。水状胶体颗粒的尺寸例如为50-100微米,尤其是80微米左右。
加入弹性体组合物中的水状胶体的量将有利地为相对于弹性体组合物的总重量的2%-20%重量,优选5%-18%重量,更优选8%-18%重量,更优选12%-16%重量左右。将太大量的水状胶体引入穿孔的接触层将降低基于超吸收性纤维的非机织材料的吸收能力,因为形成凝胶。事实上,水状胶体的高吸收能力导致接触层溶胀,以至于网孔可以变得阻塞。非机织材料不再直接吸收渗出液,但吸收存在于水状胶体吸收层中的渗出液,这降低复合材料的吸收能力并产生浸渍问题。
根据一个优选的实施方式,接触层可以包含一种或多种选自聚(苯乙烯-烯烃-苯乙烯)嵌段聚合物的弹性体和一种或多种意欲改进它们的伸展性、柔性、可挤压性或工艺性能的增塑化合物。
它们将优选为液体化合物,与所使用的嵌段共聚物的烯烃中央嵌段相容。
能够用于该目的的增塑化合物中,可以尤其提及增塑矿物油,而不管中央嵌段的性质。也可以提及聚丁烯,例如诸如,由BP Chemicals以名称10销售的产品,或当中央嵌段不饱和时,邻苯二甲酸酯衍生物例如邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或己二酸二辛酯。
或者,也可以使用基于饱和烃的液体混合物的合成产物,例如诸如,由Total以名称销售的产品,尤其是产品60,其是源自完全氢化的石油馏分的异石蜡混合物(isoparaffinic mixture)。将优选使用这些包含饱和中央嵌段的三嵌段共聚物产品。
在本发明上下文内,将优选使用增塑油和尤其是由变化比例的石蜡、萘或芳香性或其混合物形成的矿物油。
特别适合的增塑油中,可以提及:
-由Shell以名称和销售的产品,其由基于萘和石蜡化合物的混合物组成;
-以名称销售的产品,其由基于萘、芳族和石蜡化合物的混合物组成。
尤其优选地,将使用选自以名称和销售的产品的矿物增塑油。
这些增塑化合物可以以相对于水状胶体弹性体组合物的总重量的20%-65%重量,优选30%-50%重量左右的量使用。
根据一个实施方式,这些组合物称为胶粘体:它们具有粘附皮肤而不粘附伤口的性质。它们包含一种或多种称为“增粘剂”的化合物,例如本领域技术人员在制备基于弹性体的压敏粘合剂中惯常使用的那些。对于这些产品的详细说明,可参考Donatas Satas的著作"Handbook of Pressure Sensitive Technology",第3版,1999,346-398页。
通常,可以使用一种(或多种)增粘产品,其将以相对于水状胶体弹性体组合物的总重量的1%-50%重量左右的比例加入弹性体基质中,这将根据其他成分的性质和相对比例来测定,从而实现期望的外壳微粘合强度。
优选地,增粘产品将占水状胶体弹性体组合物的总重量的10%-45%重量,更优选15%-40%重量。
能够在本发明上下文内使用的增粘产品将能选自增粘性树脂、低分子量聚异丁烯或其混合物。
能够根据本发明使用的增粘性树脂中,可以提及改性的萜烯或多萜树脂,松香树脂,烃树脂,环状、芳族和脂族树脂的混合物或这些树脂的混合物。

通常,为了避免不饱和树脂的颜色和稳定性问题,将氢化树脂特别是和具有饱和中央嵌段的三嵌段共聚物一起使用是优选的,因为它们与基本上与具有不饱和中央嵌段的三嵌段共聚物一起使用的WINGTACK型不饱和树脂相比,与后者相容得多。
后者中,将优选使用5000系列的树脂,且最优选5380树脂。
增粘性树脂可以单独使用或作为与其他增粘产品的混合物使用,优选以相对于组合物总重量的10%-50%重量、更优选15%-40%重量的比例。
能够用作增粘产品的低分子量聚异丁烯中,可以提及分子量为40000-80 000道尔顿左右的聚异丁烯,例如诸如由BASF以名称销售的产品,尤其是以名称B12和B15销售的产品或由Exxon Chemical以名称Vistanex销售的产品,尤其是LM-MH等级。
这些聚异丁烯将能够单独使用或作为与其他增粘剂的混合物与具有不饱和中央嵌段的三嵌段共聚物组合使用。它们的比例将能改变,在这种情况下,为相对于组合物总重量的5%-30%重量,更优选8%-15%重量。这种接触层例如阐明于申请FR 2973223中。
由超吸收性纤维和非吸收性热结合纤维的混合物形成的非机织外壳(意欲接触伤口的外壳表面上部分覆盖有接触层)尤其由Urgo以名称Urgoclean销售。
形成流体流动通道的材料或材料集合
根据本发明的复合伤口填充材料包含包封形成流体流动通道(尤其是伤口渗出液流动通道)的材料或材料集合的如上所述的外壳。
引入根据本发明的复合材料的外壳的材料可以是多孔的或无孔的、可压缩的或不可压缩的、可变形的或不可变形的、有弹性的或无弹性的,只要它们能内在地和/或通过将它们彼此安排执行其形成流体流动通道的功能。
在本申请的含义内,“多孔材料”意欲是指其结构具有可以形成流体流动通道的空腔的任何材料。
“可压缩材料”意欲是指在外部物理应力作用下其体积降低和其形状改变的任何材料。
“可变形材料”意欲是指在外部物理应力作用下其形状改变、但其体积保持不变的任何材料。
“弹性材料”意欲是指一旦外部物理应力去除,具有恢复其初始体积和/或其初始形状的性质的任何可压缩或可变形的材料。换句话说,弹性材料意欲是指具有形状记忆的材料。
本发明的复合材料由“包封材料或材料集合的外壳”组成,也就是说其为核/壳型的结构形式,所述核由形成流体流动通道的材料或材料集合组成,壳(也称为外壳)由非机织材料组成,所述非机织材料由双组分超吸收性纤维和非吸收性热结合纤维的混合物形成,例如以单独的非机织材料形式或任选与上述接触层组合。应注意壳完全包封形成流体流动通道的材料或材料集合。形成流体流动通道的材料在外壳内可以具有较大或较小的流动性。这种结构用示意图描绘于图1A和B中。
根据第一种优选的实施方式,外壳包封(单一的)形成流体流动通道的材料。在该实施方式中,材料是多孔、可压缩和有弹性的。材料的孔隙度赋予其内在地形成流体流动通道的性质,由于所使用材料的性质和特性,在其结构内具有流体流动通道。
根据该第一种实施方式,外壳可以包封结合各种性质的(单一的)材料,也就是说其可以是多孔或无孔、可压缩或不可压缩、可变形或不可变形、弹性或无弹性的,只要其执行内在地形成流体流动通道的功能。

或者,在该第二种实施方式中,根据第二个优选的方面,材料可以是无孔、不可压缩和不可变形的。然后仅通过不同材料之间存在的空隙形成流体流动通道。流体流动通道允许渗出液通过,如图1B中通过箭头以示意性和纯说明性阐明。不可压缩和不可变形的材料在外壳内可以相对于彼此移动,从而赋予这些材料集合可变形的特性。

用于填充外壳的多孔、可压缩和弹性材料可以例如包含一种或多种泡沫或纱布,以及具有所需物理特性的任何其他适合的材料可用作填充外壳的材料。用于填充外壳的多孔、可压缩和弹性材料的实例可以提及聚氨酯泡沫、基于聚(乙烯醇)的泡沫或基于纤维素或基于淀粉的泡沫、或甚至基于选自以下非限制性列表的各种合成或天然纤维的纺织品:各种形式的棉、亚麻布、羊毛、丝、含氯纤维、聚酯、聚烯烃(优选聚乙烯)、或聚丙烯酸或聚酰胺纤维,不管线、纤维、针织、机织、非机织或织物等。
用于填充外壳的材料必须是可压缩和足够硬的,以保持皮肤组织与伤口床分开,而不会对组织太具有侵入性。
因此用于填充外壳的多孔材料可以具有5-100Shore A,优选20-100Shore A的硬度。
用于填充外壳的无孔、不可压缩和不可变形的材料例如可以选自PMMA(聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯))、玻璃、聚苯乙烯、PVC、丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)、硅氧烷、SAN(苯乙烯丙烯腈)、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇、纤维素、聚酯、聚烯烃、聚乙烯或这些材料的混合物。根据优选的实施方式,用于填充外壳的无孔、不可压缩和不可变形的材料可以选自玻璃珠、聚苯乙烯珠、硅氧烷珠或聚乙烯珠。
活性剂
还可以将各种化合物添加到本发明复合材料的外壳和/或填充材料中,例如尤其是,通常用于伤口治疗领域或药理学领域的活性剂或佐剂。
复合材料可以包含在伤口治疗中具有有利作用的活性成分。这些活性成分可以尤其诱导或促进伤口愈合。其他活性剂也可以用于本发明上下文中,例如诸如,杀菌剂或抑菌剂、抗菌剂、止痛药或局部麻醉剂、抗炎药、止痒剂、镇静剂、水合剂、抗氧化剂、脱色剂和其混合物。

根据优选的实施方式,可引入根据本发明的复合材料的外壳和/或填充材料的活性剂优选选自促进伤口愈合的活性剂、抗炎药及其混合物。
“促进伤口愈合的活性剂”意欲是指能够在伤口愈合过程的任何阶段经由任何种类的相互作用(也就是说经由任何生物学、化学或物理性质的相互作用)起有利作用的任何活性剂,其中所述活性剂施用于与其接触的伤口。
更特别地,可引入根据本发明的复合材料的外壳和/或填充材料的活性剂可优选选自甲福明二甲双胍、具有1到4个单糖单元的合成多硫化寡糖,例如特别是蔗糖八硫酸酯钾、阿司匹林、硫酸银、磺胺嘧啶银及其混合物。
通常,根据本发明的复合材料可以在外壳和/或填充材料中包含含量为相对于包含它们的外壳和/或填充材料的总重量的0.01-20%重量,优选1-15%重量和更优选2-10%重量的活性剂。
作为佐剂,可提及染料、填料、气味吸收剂或捕获剂、pH调节剂、可任选包含活性剂的微胶囊或微球、凡士林、可以优化复合材料的胶凝速率、湿润性或活性剂释放的聚合物或表面活性剂。
根据本发明的复合伤口填充材料可以是任何期望的几何形状,尤其是适于伤口的形状和深度。
外壳优选通过热封、通过缝合或通过一个或多个外壳水平的结点,优选通过热封在形成流体流动通道的填充材料或填充材料的集合周围闭合。
根据一个具体的实施方式,可以将一个或多个多孔、可压缩和弹性的填充材料引入同一外壳。
根据一个具体的实施方式,形成流体流动通道的材料集合可以是“珠链”形式,也就是说形成流体流动通道的若干填充材料可以通过热封、通过缝合或通过一个或多个外壳水平的结点,优选通过热封所述外壳而单独分布于非机织外壳的许多空腔中,彼此分离。
本发明通过以下非限制性实施例更详细地阐明。
具体实施方式
目的:
在接近于NPT的条件下(也就是说,在125mmHg真空下)测试各种复合伤口填充材料的机械强度(尤其关于解构),从而观察在各种测试的材料中,哪些经受所施加的力,以及哪些破裂。
使用以下装置和方案:
-MECA-004/SYN200测力计,与期望材料接触时能够施加26N的力;
-靠近测力计的100N/MECA-008传感器;
-直径25.3866mm的抛光钢制的圆尖的金属杆,其中大圆(equator)处的环度为0.0093mm;
-内径44.4763mm的环形(夹紧的)夹钳;
-包含NaCl(8.298g+/-5%)和CaCl2(0.368g+-/5%)的NaCl/CaCl2溶液。
测试构成根据本发明的复合材料的外壳的以下材料:
-根据本发明的基础重量为72g/m2的非机织材料,包含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成;
-根据本发明的基础重量为185g/m2的非机织材料,包含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成;
-根据本发明的基础重量为72g/m2的非机织材料,包含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成,所述材料涂覆有根据下述方法制备的接触层;
-根据本发明的基础重量为185g/m2的非机织材料,包含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成,所述材料涂覆有根据下述方法制备的接触层;
-以名称由销售的产品,由100%由羧甲基纤维素钠组成的胶凝纤维组成;
-以名称由Laboratoires销售的产品,由海藻酸钙型的胶凝纤维组成。
由以商品名PDQZ30销售的疏水性交联聚氨酯泡沫用作形成流体流动通道的材料。
根据以下方案制备接触层。
此外,通过在MEL G-40混合器中混合来制备水状胶体弹性体组合物。
以相对于组合物总重量的重量百分比表示的弹性体组合物如下:
-由Shell以名称Ondina销售的矿物油:41.7%;
-由AQUALON以名称CMC Blanose销售的(水状胶体)羧甲基纤维素钠:14.8%;
-由KRATON以名称G 1651E销售的弹性体聚(苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯)嵌段共聚物:4.7%,
-由CIBA SPECIALTY CHEMICALS以名称1010销售的抗氧化剂:0.2%;
-由EXXON CHEMICALS以名称5380销售的增粘性树脂:35.6%;
-由SEPPIC以名称EMT 10销售的2-甲基-2[(1-氧-2-丙烯基)氨基]-1-丙磺酸盐和丙烯酸的2-羟乙基酯的共聚物:5%。
在搅拌下将各种成分在105℃-115℃的温度下引入,以便获得均匀的混合物。更具体地,首先引入矿物油、水状胶体、弹性体,然后抗氧化剂、释放剂和最后增粘性树脂。
将粘合剂以以网的形式涂覆在基础重量为72g/m2、基础重量为185g/m2和基础重量为180g/m2±40g/m2的非机织材料上,所述网的网孔是正方形的。涂覆通过热熔移送机在蚀刻圆筒上进行。线厚度为1.6mm。
操作过程
施加至样品的力
以最常规方法调节NPT系统以施加125mmHg真空。这对应于将26N的力施加于复合伤口填充材料。
样品制备
采用冲床从构成填充外壳的材料的AQF PDQZ30泡沫切割边长为80mm的3个正方形样品。
还采用冲床从构成待测试的外壳的每一块非机织材料切割边长为80mm的1个正方形样品。
同时,制备包含NaCl(8.298g+/-5%)和CaCl2(0.368g+-/5%)的测试溶液。一方面,该溶液可以模拟伤口内发现的水分条件,另一方面,该溶液可以模拟伤口中发现的渗出液的盐浓度。
最后,将构成待测试外壳的材料方块在37℃+2℃浸渍于测试溶液中30分钟。30分钟后,将方块移除并滴干约30秒。
然后将各水合方块叠放在泡沫方块上(其不是水合的),然后将以此方式获得的复合材料置于该测试装置内。图2阐明了测试装置,其上放置有由泡沫和非机织材料的重叠方块构成的复合材料的样品。
然后用环形夹钳夹由复合材料组成的样品,并通过4个夹紧螺钉固定以确保两种材料之间的完全粘合。图3阐明了将夹钳放置于适当位置后的装置的照片。
调节测力计使得圆尖的金属杆的垂直下降速度对应于(300+10)mm/min,以及当接触样品后圆尖的金属杆施加26N力时,该下降停止。
接触和将期望压力施加至样品后,圆尖的金属杆停止并上升回去。
接着,观察复合材料样品对该第一循环的抗性。
如果样品经受该第一循环,圆尖的金属杆的“上升和下降”循环在样品上重复5次,在各循环所述圆尖将26N力施加至样品。
结果
下表总结了1次或5次试验循环后复合材料样品的状态:
图4阐明了采用产品一个测试循环后的样品。该样品在通过模拟NPT中施加的压力的装置施加压力之后完全解构。

图6阐明了采用根据本发明的基础重量为72g/m2的涂覆有接触层的非机织材料(即含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维的非机织材料,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成,其整体涂覆有如上所定义的接触层)5个试验循环后的样品。注意到产品仅经历非常轻微的变形,且决不变得完全或部分解构。
图7阐明了采用根据本发明的基础重量为72g/m2的非机织材料(即包含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维的非机织材料,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成)分别经1个(图7A)和5个(图7B)试验循环后的样品。注意到产品仅经历非常轻微的变形,且决不变得完全或部分解构。
图8A和B阐明了采用根据本发明的非机织材料(185g/m2)(即包含核/壳型双组分超吸收性纤维的非机织材料,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成)分别经1个(图8A)和5个(图8A)试验循环后的样品。注意到产品没有变得完全或部分解构。
因此采用根据本发明的非机织材料的样品是能用作具有期望的压缩性和弹性或可变形性的性质、同时确保渗出液的流动而不会粘附到伤口细胞的唯一一种复合材料,所述复合材料也具有机械经受各种机械应力,例如NPT期间施加的压力或压力循环,而不会变得解构的能力。
Claims (9)
1.一种复合伤口填充材料,包含包封形成流体流动通道的材料或材料集合的外壳,所述外壳由非机织材料组成,所述非机织材料由双组分超吸收性纤维和非吸收性热结合纤维的混合物形成,所述双组分超吸收性纤维是核/壳型,所述核由聚丙烯腈制成和所述壳由聚丙烯酸酯制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于所述外壳的非吸收性热结合纤维是双组分,所述双组分是核/壳型,所述核由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成和所述壳由聚乙烯制成。
3.如前述权利要求任一项所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于所述非机织材料的基础重量为30-400g/m2。
4.如前述权利要求任一项所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于引入所述外壳的材料可以是多孔或无孔、可压缩或不可压缩、可变形或不可变形、弹性或无弹性的,只要它们执行其形成流体流动通道的功能。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于所述外壳包封形成流体流动通道的材料,所述材料是多孔、可压缩和弹性的。
6.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于所述外壳包封形成流体流动通道的材料集合。
7.如权利要求6所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于所述材料是多孔、可压缩和弹性的。
8.如权利要求6所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于所述材料是无孔、不可压缩和无弹性的。
9.如权利要求4-7任一项所述的复合伤口填充材料,其特征在于用于填充外壳的所述多孔、可压缩和弹性材料包含一种或多种泡沫或纱布,和/或具有5-100Shore A,优选20-100Shore A的硬度。
