技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔音窗。
背景技术
窗户在建筑学上是指墙或屋顶上建造的洞口,用以使光线或空气进入室内。事实上窗和户的本意分别指窗和门,在现代汉语中窗户则单指窗。“窗”本作“囱”(“囱”为俗字),即在墙上留个洞,框内的是窗棂,可以透光,也可以出烟,后加“穴”字头构成形声字。《说文》说:“在墙曰牅,在屋曰囱。窗,或从穴。”窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。

随着建筑技术的发展以及人类生活水平的提高,窗的构造也日趋复杂以满足更高的热工要求。高级的建筑会采用双层甚至三层真空玻璃,双道橡胶密封条,以保证其最佳的保温隔热性能。水平天窗可以做成无框的单元,也被称为采光罩。玻璃幕墙可以被认为是一种特殊的窗,即整个建筑外墙都变成了可透光的窗。
铝合金门窗因为是金属材质,所以不会存在老化问题,而且坚固,耐撞击,强度大。但铝合金窗最容易被攻击的一个弱点就是隔热性能,因为金属是热的良导体,外界与室内的温度会随着窗的框架传递。但值得疑问的是,在一扇窗户上框架所占的比例并不很大,窗户并不是一块金属板,而是镶着框的玻璃,通过框架边条传递的热量究竟会对有着暖器、空调的室内温度产生多大的影响。但还是有备无患的好,为了防止这个问题,在有的铝合金窗户上采用了“断桥”技术,即在铝合金窗框中加一层树脂材料,彻底断绝了导热的途径。
目前现有的隔音窗结构复杂,使用不方便,隔音效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,使用方便,隔音效果好的隔音窗。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种隔音窗,包括窗框、隔音帘、电机和转轴,所述隔音帘设在窗框外侧,所述电机安装在窗框一侧,所述电机与窗框固定连接,所述转轴安装在电机一端,所述隔音帘缠绕在转轴上,所述隔音帘表面设置有圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽呈等距分布,所述隔音帘底部安装有套环,所述窗框底部设置有插销,所述窗框内设置有隔音玻璃,所述隔音玻璃与窗框密封连接,所述隔音帘厚度大于3mm。
进一步的,所述隔音帘由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:银菊胶200-220份、铝粉15-20份、碳黑4-8份、氧化镁2-3份、防老剂10-15份、三乙醇胺5-7份、磷酸钙4-7份、二硫代氨基甲酸盐6-10份、碳酸镁11-15份、碳化硅5-8份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-6份。
一种隔音窗的隔音帘的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将银菊胶200-220份、铝粉15-20份、碳黑4-8份、氧化镁2-3份、防老剂10-15份、三乙醇胺5-7份、磷酸钙4-7份、二硫代氨基甲酸盐6-10份、碳酸镁11-15份、碳化硅5-8份和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-6份投入到反应釜中,保持温度为240-260℃,搅拌速度为8000-8500r/min,真空状态下反应时间为45-50分钟,得到混合原料,备用;
2)将步骤1)所得原料进行压制成型,冷却后再进行通过数控铣床铣出圆形凹槽,隔音帘毛坯,备用;
3)将步骤2)所得的隔音帘毛坯进行磨砂表面处理,再进行清洗,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的电机能够带动转轴上的隔音帘转动,保持使用方便;设置的隔音玻璃和隔音帘保持隔音效果好,设置的套环能够与插销卡持,保持结构简单,容易固定隔音帘;隔音帘采用的材料和加工方法能够保持使用寿命长,隔音效果好。

本发明的有益效果为:设置的电机能够带动转轴上的隔音帘转动,保持使用方便;设置的隔音玻璃和隔音帘保持隔音效果好,设置的套环能够与插销卡持,保持结构简单,容易固定隔音帘;隔音帘采用的材料和加工方法能够保持使用寿命长,隔音效果好。
