技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热窗框。
背景技术
窗户在建筑学上是指墙或屋顶上建造的洞口,用以使光线或空气进入室内。事实上窗和户的本意分别指窗和门,在现代汉语中窗户则单指窗。“窗”本作“囱”(“囱”为俗字),即在墙上留个洞,框内的是窗棂,可以透光,也可以出烟,后加“穴”字头构成形声字。《说文》说:“在墙曰牅,在屋曰囱。窗,或从穴。”窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。
现代的窗户的窗由窗框、玻璃和活动构件(铰链、执手、滑轮等)三部分组成。窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。活动构件主要以金属材料为主,在人手触及的地方也可能包裹以塑料等绝热材料。
随着建筑技术的发展以及人类生活水平的提高,窗的构造也日趋复杂以满足更高的热工要求。高级的建筑会采用双层甚至三层真空玻璃,双道橡胶密封条,以保证其最佳的保温隔热性能。水平天窗可以做成无框的单元,也被称为采光罩。玻璃幕墙可以被认为是一种特殊的窗,即整个建筑外墙都变成了可透光的窗。
铝合金门窗因为是金属材质,所以不会存在老化问题,而且坚固,耐撞击,强度大。但铝合金窗最容易被攻击的一个弱点就是隔热性能,因为金属是热的良导体,外界与室内的温度会随着窗的框架传递。但值得疑问的是,在一扇窗户上框架所占的比例并不很大,窗户并不是一块金属板,而是镶着框的玻璃,通过框架边条传递的热量究竟会对有着暖器、空调的室内温度产生多大的影响。但还是有备无患的好,为了防止这个问题,在有的铝合金窗户上采用了“断桥”技术,即在铝合金窗框中加一层树脂材料,彻底断绝了导热的途径。
目前现有的窗框不具有良好的隔热效果,结构强度不高,不可以调节窗框温度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的隔热效果,结构强度高,可以调节窗框温度的隔热窗框。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种隔热窗框,包括型材框体、碳纤维层、气凝胶层和隔热层,所述碳纤维层和气凝胶层依次设在型材框体上,所述型材框体、碳纤维层和气凝胶层依次胶合连接,所述隔热层设在型材框体内侧,所述隔热层与型材框体胶合连接,所述型材框体内设置有横板和竖板,所述横板和竖板围城空腔,所述空腔设有一个以上,所述空腔内安装有水管,所述水管顶部与气凝胶层连接,所述隔热层内设置有凹槽。
进一步的,所述隔热层由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚丙烯纤维30-35份、负离子粉8-10份、玄武岩纤维22-28份、岩棉4-8份、硅酸钠7-10份、玻璃纤维12-15份、有机锡13-18份、硬脂酸镁7-10份、硬脂酸锉8-12份、硬脂酸铝9-15份、炭黑2-6份和碳酸氢钠12-14份。
一种隔热窗框的隔热层的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚丙烯纤维30-35份、负离子粉8-10份、玄武岩纤维22-28份、岩棉4-8份、硅酸钠7-10份、玻璃纤维12-15份和有机锡13-18份投入到反应釜中,保持温度为60-80℃,搅拌速度为2500-2800r/min,反应时间为10-16分钟,得到混合原料,备用;
2)将硬脂酸镁7-10份、硬脂酸锉8-12份、硬脂酸铝9-15份、炭黑2-6份和碳酸氢钠12-14份投入混炼机中,保温温度为120-160℃,保持55-60分钟,备用;
3)将步骤1)所得混合原料和步骤2)所得原料混合均匀,加热至200℃,送入到辊筒之间进行延压成型,备用;
4)将步骤3)所得原料在成型机中在进行挤压成型,得到厚度为1cm的隔热层。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的型材框体保持结构强度高;设置的碳纤维层、气凝胶层和隔热层保持隔热效果好;设置的横板和竖板围城空腔能够进一步的提升隔热效果;设置的水管壳体通入热水或冷却达到调节温度的功能;设置的隔热层采用的制造方法,保持使用寿命长,结构稳定性高。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种隔热窗框,包括型材框体1、碳纤维层2、气凝胶层3和隔热层4,所述碳纤维层2和气凝胶层3依次设在型材框体1上,所述型材框体1、碳纤维层2和气凝胶层3依次胶合连接,所述隔热层4设在型材框体1内侧,所述隔热层4与型材框体1胶合连接,所述型材框体1内设置有横板5和竖板6,所述横板5和竖板6围城空腔7,所述空腔7设有一个以上,所述空腔7内安装有水管8,所述水管8顶部与气凝胶层3连接,所述隔热层4内设置有凹槽9。
进一步的,所述隔热层4由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚丙烯纤维30-35份、负离子粉8-10份、玄武岩纤维22-28份、岩棉4-8份、硅酸钠7-10份、玻璃纤维12-15份、有机锡13-18份、硬脂酸镁7-10份、硬脂酸锉8-12份、硬脂酸铝9-15份、炭黑2-6份和碳酸氢钠12-14份。
一种隔热窗框的隔热层4的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚丙烯纤维35份、负离子粉10份、玄武岩纤维28份、岩棉8份、硅酸钠10份、玻璃纤维15份、有机锡18份投入到反应釜中,保持温度为60-80℃,搅拌速度为2500-2800r/min,反应时间为10-16分钟,得到混合原料,备用;
2)将硬脂酸镁10份、硬脂酸锉12份、硬脂酸铝15份、炭黑6份和碳酸氢钠14份投入混炼机中,保温温度为120-160℃,保持55-60分钟,备用;
3)将步骤1)所得混合原料和步骤2)所得原料混合均匀,加热至200℃,送入到辊筒之间进行延压成型,备用;
4)将步骤3)所得原料在成型机中在进行挤压成型,得到厚度为1cm的隔热层。
实施例2

所述隔热层4由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚丙烯纤维32.5份、负离子粉9份、玄武岩纤维25份、岩棉6份、硅酸钠8.5份、玻璃纤维13.5份、有机锡15.5份、硬脂酸镁8.5份、硬脂酸锉10份、硬脂酸铝12份、炭黑4份和碳酸氢钠13份。
一种隔热窗框的隔热层4的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚丙烯纤维32.5份、负离子粉9份、玄武岩纤维25份、岩棉6份、硅酸钠8.5份、玻璃纤维13.5份、有机锡15.5份投入到反应釜中,保持温度为60-80℃,搅拌速度为2500-2800r/min,反应时间为10-16分钟,得到混合原料,备用;
2)将硬脂酸镁8.5份、硬脂酸锉10份、硬脂酸铝12份、炭黑4份和碳酸氢钠13份投入混炼机中,保温温度为120-160℃,保持55-60分钟,备用;
3)将步骤1)所得混合原料和步骤2)所得原料混合均匀,加热至200℃,送入到辊筒之间进行延压成型,备用;
4)将步骤3)所得原料在成型机中在进行挤压成型,得到厚度为1cm的隔热层。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的型材框体保持结构强度高;设置的碳纤维层、气凝胶层和隔热层保持隔热效果好;设置的横板和竖板围城空腔能够进一步的提升隔热效果;设置的水管壳体通入热水或冷却达到调节温度的功能;设置的隔热层采用的制造方法,保持使用寿命长,结构稳定性高。
