技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水窗帘片。
背景技术
窗户在建筑学上是指墙或屋顶上建造的洞口,用以使光线或空气进入室内。事实上窗和户的本意分别指窗和门,在现代汉语中窗户则单指窗。“窗”本作“囱”(“囱”为俗字),即在墙上留个洞,框内的是窗棂,可以透光,也可以出烟,后加“穴”字头构成形声字。《说文》说:“在墙曰牅,在屋曰囱。窗,或从穴。”窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。

随着建筑技术的发展以及人类生活水平的提高,窗的构造也日趋复杂以满足更高的热工要求。高级的建筑会采用双层甚至三层真空玻璃,双道橡胶密封条,以保证其最佳的保温隔热性能。水平天窗可以做成无框的单元,也被称为采光罩。玻璃幕墙可以被认为是一种特殊的窗,即整个建筑外墙都变成了可透光的窗。
铝合金门窗因为是金属材质,所以不会存在老化问题,而且坚固,耐撞击,强度大。但铝合金窗最容易被攻击的一个弱点就是隔热性能,因为金属是热的良导体,外界与室内的温度会随着窗的框架传递。但值得疑问的是,在一扇窗户上框架所占的比例并不很大,窗户并不是一块金属板,而是镶着框的玻璃,通过框架边条传递的热量究竟会对有着暖器、空调的室内温度产生多大的影响。但还是有备无患的好,为了防止这个问题,在有的铝合金窗户上采用了“断桥”技术,即在铝合金窗框中加一层树脂材料,彻底断绝了导热的途径。
目前现有的防水窗帘片结构强度不高,安装不方便,不具有吸水和防水效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构强度高,安装方便,具有极强的吸水和防水效果的防水窗帘片。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防水窗帘片,包括铝合金层、聚氨酯层、泡棉层和吸水层,所述铝合金层、聚氨酯层、泡棉层和吸水层依次从上至下胶合连接,所述铝合金层呈弧形设置,所述铝合金层、聚氨酯层、泡棉层和吸水层左侧围成圆形空腔,所述铝合金层右侧设置有挂板,所述挂板与铝合金层固定连接,所述挂板一侧剖面呈成半圆形设置,所述挂板上设置有通孔,所述通孔呈矩形设置,所述通孔呈等距分布。
进一步的,所述吸水层由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:石英砂5-10份、碳酸钙6-8份、纳米活性炭20-30份、羧甲基纤维素4-8份、聚丙烯腈55-60份、聚丙烯酰胺60-65份、聚丙烯酸45-50份、脱脂棉12-14份、苯二胺8-20份、二环己胺5-10份、对苯二胺2-4份、紫胶3-8份、松香7-9份、水玻璃4-7份、聚乙烯醇2-3份和氧化硼12-14份。
一种防水窗帘片的吸水层的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将石英砂5-10份、碳酸钙6-8份、纳米活性炭20-30份、羧甲基纤维素4-8份、聚丙烯腈55-60份、聚丙烯酰胺60-65份和聚丙烯酸45-50份投入到反应釜中,保持温度为140-150℃,搅拌速度为3300-3500r/min,反应时间为2-8分钟,得到混合原料,备用;
2)将脱脂棉12-14份、苯二胺8-20份、二环己胺5-10份、对苯二胺2-4份、紫胶3-8份、松香7-9份、水玻璃4-7份、聚乙烯醇2-3份和氧化硼12-14份投入搅拌机中,保持转速为5500-5600r/min,搅拌2-3分钟,备用;
3)将步骤1)所得原料和步骤2)所得原料混合均匀,加热至165-175℃在60-90MPa的压力下压制成型,得到防水层;
4)将步骤3)所得防水层进行吹气除尘,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的铝合金层保持结构强度高;设置的聚氨酯层、泡棉层和吸水层具有极强的吸水和防水效果;设置的挂板保持安装方便;吸水层采用的材料和加工工艺保持吸水效率高,结构稳定性好。

3)将步骤1)所得原料和步骤2)所得原料混合均匀,加热至165-175℃在60-90MPa的压力下压制成型,得到防水层;
4)将步骤3)所得防水层进行吹气除尘,即可。

4)将步骤3)所得防水层进行吹气除尘,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的铝合金层保持结构强度高;设置的聚氨酯层、泡棉层和吸水层具有极强的吸水和防水效果;设置的挂板保持安装方便;吸水层采用的材料和加工工艺保持吸水效率高,结构稳定性好。

1)将石英砂5-10份、碳酸钙6-8份、纳米活性炭20-30份、羧甲基纤维素4-8份、聚丙烯腈55-60份、聚丙烯酰胺60-65份和聚丙烯酸45-50份投入到反应釜中,保持温度为140-150℃,搅拌速度为3300-3500r/min,反应时间为2-8分钟,得到混合原料,备用;
2)将脱脂棉12-14份、苯二胺8-20份、二环己胺5-10份、对苯二胺2-4份、紫胶3-8份、松香7-9份、水玻璃4-7份、聚乙烯醇2-3份和氧化硼12-14份投入搅拌机中,保持转速为5500-5600r/min,搅拌2-3分钟,备用;
3)将步骤1)所得原料和步骤2)所得原料混合均匀,加热至165-175℃在60-90MPa的压力下压制成型,得到防水层;
4)将步骤3)所得防水层进行吹气除尘,即可。
