本发明公开了一种抗菌毛巾生产方法,涉及纺织品生产技术领域,该方法包括以下步骤:采用竹浆粘胶纤维和镀银纤维混织制成坯巾;将坯巾放入杀菌溶液中,使用超声波振动清洗;将沥干的坯巾放入季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌的混合抗菌溶液中浸泡;脱水后,烘干;将烘干的坯巾放入柔软剂中浸泡,浸渍浴比为1:12~15;将坯巾再次浸泡于混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡60~90分钟;脱水后烘干,烘干温度为90~100℃,烘干后在150~160℃的条件下定型。本发明解决了现有抗菌毛巾抗菌布持久的问题。

抗菌毛巾生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,尤其是一种抗菌毛巾生产方法。
背景技术
毛巾是人们日常生活的必需品,毛巾在使用过程中会沾上汗液、油等分泌物和灰尘,即便彻底清洗,也难以将沾上的污垢清洗干净,而且毛巾在潮湿状态下,极容易滋生大量的细菌,传统的在使用一个月后,会携带超过一万个细菌,使用三个月后,细菌超标15倍,使用六个月后,细菌将增万倍,如继续使用,则容易让使用者感染上皮肤病,抵抗力较低的人,还可能会产生腹泻、中耳炎、口腔炎等疾病。随着毛巾声场技术的成熟,市场上出现了抗菌毛巾,现有的抗菌毛巾具有一定的抗菌效果,细菌杀灭率在80%左右,但是大多存在抗菌不持久,抗菌时间短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌毛巾生产方法,它能够解决现有抗菌毛巾抗菌布持久的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗菌毛巾生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采用竹浆粘胶纤维和镀银纤维混织制成坯巾;
(2)将坯巾放入温度为30~40℃的杀菌溶液中,使用超声波振动清洗10~20分钟;
(3)将沥干的坯巾放入季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌的混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡20~30分钟;
(4)脱水后,在115~130℃的条件下烘干;
(5)将烘干的坯巾放入柔软剂中,浸泡2~5分钟,浸渍浴比为1:12~15;
(6)将坯巾再次浸泡于混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡60~90分钟;
(7)脱水后烘干,烘干温度为90~100℃,烘干后在150~160℃的条件下定型1~2分钟。
上述塑料抗菌毛巾生产方法的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:镀银纤维为竹浆粘胶纤维重量的4.8~6.5%。
进一步的,纳米二氧化锌占混合抗菌溶液的重量百分含量为2.8~3.2%。
进一步的,步骤(2)杀菌溶液为矿泉石水。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:竹浆粘胶纤维不利于细菌的生长和繁殖,镀银纤维具有较强的灭菌活性,混织的坯巾本身均有较好的抗菌性能;使用杀菌溶液和超声波振动清洗,杀灭坯巾的细菌,有利于后续的抗菌整理;季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌组成混合抗菌溶液,抗菌性能优选,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌、乳房链球菌、化脓棒状杆菌的杀灭率均超过99%;分两次浸泡抗菌溶液,并烘干、使用柔软剂,使抗菌有效成分完全渗透和长时间滞留在坯巾内,从而实现毛巾抗菌的持久性能,工艺参数的设置,让毛巾即使在潮湿温热的环境下,也不会霉变,能有效抑菌。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详述:
实施例1
本实施例抗菌毛巾生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采用竹浆粘胶纤维和镀银纤维混织制成坯巾,镀银纤维为竹浆粘胶纤维重量的4.8%;
(2)将坯巾放入温度为30℃的矿泉石水中,使用频率为20KHz的超声波振动清洗10分钟;
(3)将沥干的坯巾放入季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌的混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡20分钟,纳米二氧化锌占混合抗菌溶液的重量百分含量为2.8%;
(4)脱水后,在115℃的条件下烘干;
(5)将烘干的坯巾放入柔软剂中,浸泡2分钟,浸渍浴比为1:12;
(6)将坯巾再次浸泡于混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡60分钟;
(7)脱水后烘干,烘干温度为90℃,烘干后在150℃的条件下定型2分钟。
实施例2
本实施例抗菌毛巾生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采用竹浆粘胶纤维和镀银纤维混织制成坯巾,镀银纤维为竹浆粘胶纤维重量的5.8%;
(2)将坯巾放入温度为38℃的矿泉石水中,使用频率为18KHz的超声波振动清洗15分钟;
(3)将沥干的坯巾放入季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌的混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡25分钟,纳米二氧化锌占混合抗菌溶液的重量百分含量为3%;
(4)脱水后,在125℃的条件下烘干;
(5)将烘干的坯巾放入柔软剂中,浸泡3分钟,浸渍浴比为1:14;
(6)将坯巾再次浸泡于混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡60~90分钟;
(7)脱水后烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干后在155℃的条件下定型1.5分钟。
实施例3
本实施例抗菌毛巾生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采用竹浆粘胶纤维和镀银纤维混织制成坯巾,镀银纤维为竹浆粘胶纤维重量的6.5%;
(2)将坯巾放入温度为40℃的矿泉石水中,使用频率为16KHz的超声波振动清洗20分钟;
(3)将沥干的坯巾放入季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌的混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡30分钟,纳米二氧化锌占混合抗菌溶液的重量百分含量为3.2%;
(4)脱水后,在130℃的条件下烘干;
(5)将烘干的坯巾放入柔软剂中,浸泡5分钟,浸渍浴比为1: 15;
(6)将坯巾再次浸泡于混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡90分钟;
(7)脱水后烘干,烘干温度为95℃,烘干后在160℃的条件下定型1分钟。

1.一种抗菌毛巾生产方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)采用竹浆粘胶纤维和镀银纤维混织制成坯巾;
(2)将坯巾放入温度为30~40℃的杀菌溶液中,使用超声波振动清洗10~20分钟;
(3)将沥干的坯巾放入季铵盐和纳米二氧化锌的混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡20~30分钟;
(4)脱水后,在115~130℃的条件下烘干;
(5)将烘干的坯巾放入柔软剂中,浸泡2~5分钟,浸渍浴比为1:12~15;
(6)将坯巾再次浸泡于混合抗菌溶液中,浸泡60~90分钟;
(7)脱水后烘干,烘干温度为90~100℃,烘干后在150~160℃的条件下定型1~2分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌毛巾生产方法, 其特征在于:镀银纤维为竹浆粘胶纤维重量的4.8~6.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌毛巾生产方法, 其特征在于:纳米二氧化锌占混合抗菌溶液的重量百分含量为2.8~3.2%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌毛巾生产方法, 其特征在于:步骤(2)杀菌溶液为矿泉石水。
