本发明所设计的一种多级车用润滑油的生产方法,涉及润滑油技术领域,解决了目前润滑油中粘度指数改进剂失效致润滑油性能减退的技术问题。本发明以重量份计,该车用润滑油由如下物质组成:PAO4为10‑60份;PAO6为15‑60份;PAO8为0‑60份;3、PAO150为0‑10份;烷基萘为0‑30份,以上物质分别经单组份管进入总组份管,再进入调配罐;各单组份管及总组份管均安装有超声发生器。本发明实现不加入粘度指数改进剂的情况下,照样具有较好的性能,从而避免粘度指数改进剂失效致润滑油性能减退的现象发生。

一种多级车用润滑油的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油,尤其是一种多级车用润滑油的生产方法。
背景技术
多级润滑油是指能在很宽温度范围下正常工作、四季通用的一类润滑油,其粘度指数高,粘温性好,不仅具有良好的低温流动性, 低温流动性保证了润滑油可以工作在低环境温度下,低温流动性好,还能够更加迅速地流动到各润滑部位,有利于发动机的冷启动,减少发动机因启动造成的磨损。多级润滑油在高温条件下粘度下降幅度也小,可有效地保持发动机的高温润滑,防止发动机因机油粘度过低而造成的磨损加剧,起到保护作用。
基于上述这些性质,使用多级油可确保发动机的平稳运行,延长发动机的使用寿命和大修周期,同时还能够降低燃油消耗,是全面替代单级油的优秀产品。
以往多级润滑油生产配方中,必须要用到粘度指数改进剂,这是实现润滑化多级化的最重要组方。粘度指数改进剂是一种油溶性链状高分子化合物,其之所以能提高润滑油的粘度指数,改进粘温特性,其主要原因在于粘度指数改进剂的高分子线圈在高温下伸展,在低温下收缩。这种线圈形态的变化,使其在高温下增粘能力大,低温下的增粘能力小,从而改善了润滑油的粘温特性,改变了液体在低温粘度大,流行不畅;高温下又粘度快速下降,没有油膜强度的物理性质。
我们分析了诸多失效多级润滑油发现,在添加剂未消耗完,基础油也氧化清净性能也未达需换油指标前,粘度指数改进剂就已经失效,没有起到其增粘的效果,使多级润滑油高温下的粘度变化超过了中国国家标准GB/T8028-94换油标准粘度变化不超正负25%的基本性能要求。粘度指数改进剂失效会使润滑油在摩擦面上难以形成适当厚度的油膜,失去润滑作用,摩擦面产生擦伤或胶合。
在摩擦付表面上受到高温下的机械剪切作用, 粘度指数改进剂形成的空间网络结构会被破坏,并沿剪切力方向扭变、定向、拉直甚至断裂, 让粘度指数改进剂解聚造成粘度的永久性损失。粘度指数改进剂成为多级润滑油性能的瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种不加入粘度指数改进剂,照样具有优秀的性能,避免粘度指数改进剂失效致润滑油性能减退的现象发生的多级车用润滑油的生产方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的多级车用润滑油的生产方法,以重量份计,该车用润滑油由如下物质组成: PAO4为10-60份; PAO6为15-60份;PAO8为0-60份;3、PAO150为0-10份;烷基萘为0-30份,以上物质分别经单组份管进入总组份管,再进入调配罐;各单组份管及总组份管均安装有超声发生器。
上述技术方案采用分段超声的方式,让各组份超声预活化,然后进入总组份管,再超声混合,最后进入总调配罐,进行常规混合。实现在无粘度指数改进剂情况下,润滑油性能照样优越的优点。
所述的润滑油配方中加入高碱值磺酸钙,实现抗氧化、分散、清净、抗磨功能。

本发明所得到的多级车用润滑油的生产方法,实现不加入粘度指数改进剂的情况下,照样具有较好的性能,从而避免粘度指数改进剂失效致润滑油性能减退的现象发生。

本实施例描述的多级车用润滑油的生产方法,组成如下:PAO4 -50 份;PAO6- 28份;PAO150-2份;烷基萘-18份;抗氧化、分散、清净、抗磨功能添加剂高碱值磺酸钙12份。
