背景技术
涂胶在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,涂胶形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,且涂胶能很好的起到粘付的作用,目前市面上的大部分涂胶虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时功能比较单一,只能简单的作为装饰之用,而在一些特殊的作业环境中,简单的涂胶的并不能满足人们的所需。

重氮树脂10份,荧光粉4份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯10份,乙酸乙酯12份,甲苯2份,聚异丁酯18份,氢氧化铝12份,磷酸三酯12份,三氧化二锑15份,三氧化二钒12份,偶氮二酰胺14份,过氧化苯甲酰2份,异丁醇6份,丙烯酸异丙酯9份,乙酸丁酯14份,去离子水100份。
本发明提供的重氮感光乳胶,制作简单,采用的生产原料合成后的产品无毒害性,涂胶的使用效果好,环保,涂胶涂层使用效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将重氮树脂10份,荧光粉4份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯10份,乙酸乙酯12份,甲苯2份,聚异丁酯18份,氢氧化铝12份,磷酸三酯12份,三氧化二锑15份,三氧化二钒12份,偶氮二酰胺14份,过氧化苯甲酰2份,异丁醇6份,丙烯酸异丙酯9份,乙酸丁酯14份,去离子水100份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,加热至85℃,混合完全后,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
