背景技术
涂胶在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,涂胶形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,且涂胶能很好的起到粘付的作用,目前市面上的大部分涂胶虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时功能比较单一,只能简单的作为装饰之用,而在一些特殊的作业环境中,简单的涂胶的并不能满足人们的所需。

本发明的目的提供一种耐火涂胶,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。

烷基苯磺酸钠10份,季戊四醇30份,亚硫酸盐16份,异丙醇18份,聚乙酸乙烯酯50份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯15份,醋酸8份,醋酸钠2份,磷酸三钠12份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份,丙烯酸铵10份,丙烯酸异丙酯9份,乙酸丁酯14份,过硫酸铵6份,二油酸三乙二醇之硫酸盐20份。
本发明提供的一种耐火涂胶,制作简单,采用的生产原料合成后的产品无毒害性,涂胶的使用效果好,环保,涂胶涂层使用效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将烷基苯磺酸钠10份,季戊四醇30份,亚硫酸盐16份,异丙醇18份,聚乙酸乙烯酯50份,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯15份,醋酸8份,醋酸钠2份,磷酸三钠12份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份,丙烯酸铵10份,丙烯酸异丙酯9份,乙酸丁酯14份,过硫酸铵6份,二油酸三乙二醇之硫酸盐20份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,加热至85℃,混合完全后,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
