本发明涉及编织袋加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防虫咬的编织袋用丝。
背景技术:
编织袋,又称蛇皮袋。是塑料的一种,包装用,其原料一般是聚乙烯、聚丙烯等各种化学塑料原料。
编织密度是指100mm×100mm编织物内,经纬纱的根数。国家标准GB/T8946-1998中规定,“将袋摊平,在袋子的上,下两个对角处圈定100mm×100mm两方块,方块外边与袋边线相距100mm,目测方块的经,纬根数,取平均值,计数时当讫点最后不足一根时,按一根计。”国家标准中规定了编织密度的同时,规定了密度公差。编织密度主要取决于包装产品,由用户决定。
而编织袋在放置的时候容易经常受到虫咬,导致破损,如果破损太严重就容易造成无法使用,而编织袋就成了废品,非常的浪费。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、抗老化、防虫咬、韧性好的一种防虫咬的编织袋用丝。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种防虫咬的编织袋用丝,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
聚丙烯55份、聚乙烯4份、粘土8份、氯化聚乙烯1份、氧化锌粉末2份、纳米石墨0.5份、抗氧剂103512份、甲苯二异氰酸酯3份、聚磷酸铵1份、线性低密度聚乙烯4份、三氯苯基马来酰胺1份、松节油0.5份、玻璃微珠1份、促进剂TMTD0.5份、萜烯树脂2.5份、木质素磺酸钠1份、中和助剂12份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述的材料按照生产的需要配置好量;
Ⅱ将配置好的材料放入熔融设备中,按照常规的方法进行加热熔炼、混合;
Ⅲ将熔融好的材料放入挤塑设备中挤压出膜;
Ⅳ挤压出膜后将材料放入8-16℃的水中进行10-15分钟的水冷;
Ⅴ将水冷后的材料放入分丝设备中进行分丝,然后逐一进行拉丝处理;Ⅵ将拉丝后的材料用橡胶辊筒进行收卷;
所述中和助剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
地榆1份、槐花2份、大黄3份、羊蹄4份、木贼5份、炮姜6份、白及7份、紫珠8份、藕节9份、仙鹤草10份、青皮9份、血竭8份、三棱7份、白前6份、旋覆花5份、白附子4份、鸡矢藤3份、山楂2份;
制备方法:将上述的材料用清水冲洗干净,然后在通风、干燥的地方自然晾干,再将晾干后的材料放置在蒸笼中熏蒸35分钟,取出后静置10分钟,然后放入粉碎设备中按照常规的方法粉碎成粉末状即可。

Ⅰ将上述的材料按照生产的需要配置好量;
Ⅱ将配置好的材料放入熔融设备中,按照常规的方法进行加热熔炼、混合;
Ⅲ将熔融好的材料放入挤塑设备中挤压出膜;
Ⅳ挤压出膜后将材料放入8-16℃的水中进行10-15分钟的水冷;
Ⅴ将水冷后的材料放入分丝设备中进行分丝,然后逐一进行拉丝处理;
