本发明公开了一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:将38‑51份钢渣粉、50‑55份秸秆粉、5‑9份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;预养后,切割,进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、65‑70min;蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。

一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块
技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土砌块领域,具体涉及一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块。
背景技术
加气混凝土砌块具有材料来源广泛、材质稳定、质轻、易加工、施工方便、造价低、保温、隔热和隔声等特点。但由于砌块材料吸水率高,砌筑完成后需浇水养护,增大了砌块墙体的含水率,易导致砌块墙体产生干缩裂缝。
钢渣和矿渣是钢铁企业最主要的工业废渣。矿渣目前已经有多种用途,利废率较高。钢渣由于化学成分和矿物组成波动较大、水化慢、早期强度低、稳定性差、易磨性不高和全铁含量较高等原因难以利用。随着钢铁企业的迅猛发展,钢渣数量也逐年上升,钢渣占用大量土地、污染环境,造成资源的浪费,这也成为制约钢铁企业可持续性发展的重要因素。现有技术有人利用钢渣粉和矿渣粉为主要原料(《新型建筑材料》,“改性材料和蒸压制度对冶金渣蒸压加号混凝土砌块性能的影响”),通过计量混合、搅拌加热、浇注发气、静停预养、切割、蒸压养护、陈化检验等工序处理后可生产出冶金渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块。通过改性材料的引入和蒸压养护制度的改进,可显著提高冶金渣蒸压加气砌块各项性能指标。但是,其并没有公开改性剂的配方,仅仅提到了改性材料:自配,粉状,由多种无机和有机材料组成。
本发明旨在提供一种全新的秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,确定了全新的改性配方,并大量应用了秸秆粉,其密度低,成品砌块干燥收缩值极低,抗冻性强。
发明内容

本发明提供了一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将38-51份钢渣粉、50-55份秸秆粉、5-9份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、65-70min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
本发明的有益之处在于:
1、本发明确定了全新的改性配方,其成品砌块密度低,干燥收缩值极低,抗冻性强。
2、本发明的工艺需要蒸养的时间短,节能环保;
3、本发明需要的改性成分含量低,对钢渣的利用率极高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将51份钢渣粉、50份秸秆粉、9份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、65min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
结果:
抗压强度:5.6MPa,干密度320kg/m3,干燥收缩值0.18,冻后质量损失0.08%。
实施例2
一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将38份钢渣粉、55份秸秆粉、5份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、70min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
结果:
抗压强度:3.5MPa,干密度452kg/m3,干燥收缩值0.12,冻后质量损失0.1%。
实施例3:
一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将45份钢渣粉、51份秸秆粉、8份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、66min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
结果:
抗压强度:4.3MPa,干密度450kg/m3,干燥收缩值0.17,冻后质量损失0.09%。
实施例4:
一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将50份钢渣粉、54份秸秆粉、6份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、69min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
结果:
抗压强度:5.5MPa,干密度350kg/m3,干燥收缩值0.13,冻后质量损失0.1%。
实施例5:
一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将39份钢渣粉、52份秸秆粉、7份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、67min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
结果:
抗压强度:3.9MPa,干密度400kg/m3,干燥收缩值0.16,冻后质量损失0.08%。
可见,本发明提供一种全新的秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,确定了全新的改性配方,并大量应用了秸秆粉,其密度低,成品砌块干燥收缩值极低,抗冻性强。

Claims (2)

1.一种秸秆钢渣粉蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其制备方法为:
(1)按照重量份数,将38-51份钢渣粉、50-55份秸秆粉、5-9份水泥熟料、3份脱硫石膏、10份云母粉、0.05份海藻糖、8份水和3份外加剂,加入搅拌机搅拌至一定稠度的料浆;
(2)将制备好的料浆加热到58℃,加入0.05份发气剂,并进行高速搅拌;
(3)搅拌均匀的浆体迅速浇注至模具内,待模具内的浆体充分发气后,将模具放至50℃的蒸汽养护箱进行2h预养;
(4) 预养后,用细钢丝对坯体进行切割;
(5)拆模后将切割好的坯体送至蒸压釜中按照规定的蒸压制度进行蒸压养护,蒸养条件为:80℃,1.8MPa、65-70min;
(6)蒸压养护结束后砌体出釜,在自然条件下陈化10 d即可。
