Abstract

本发明公开了一种漆酶‑M(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,属于废水处理技术,漆酶、M(salen)(M=Co、Cu、Fe、Mn)在同一个反应器的条件下,一锅法对含氯漂白废水进行处理;本发明成本低,无污染,改善含氯漂白废水降解性能明显。

Description

漆酶-M(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种漆酶-M(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,是一项改进的处理含氯漂白废水的技术。
背景技术
制浆造纸工业的纸浆漂白主要采用含氯漂白剂漂白:氯气、次氯酸盐、二氧化氯。漂白过程产生大量的有机氯化合物包括二恶英,产生的废水污染非常严重,除了高负荷的生化需氧量(BOD)和化学需量(COD)外,还有大量的难生化降解的包括二恶英在内的有毒有机氯化物,严重影响了环境和社会的可持续发展。随着造纸工业污染物排放新标准GB3544-2008《制浆造纸工业水污染排放标准》的实施,制浆造纸废水处理和深度处理技术在前期研发的基础上已经或准备应用到造纸废水处理中。这些技术主要包括:混凝技术、吸附、膜分离、生化技术(如厌氧生化、好氧生化)、电化学、高级氧化技术(如臭氧氧化、Fenton氧化等)等。但总的来说,上述绝大多数技术若应用到我国制浆造纸废水处理中,处理后的出水尚不能达到我国造纸工业污染物排放新标准GB3544-2008的排放要求。近年来,科学工作者在造纸工业废水处理方面作了不少努力,制浆造纸废水深度处理技术的最新技术包括(1)磁化预处理技术;废水被磁化,水中有机物的结构发生变化,从而改变废水的物化性质;(2)生物酶技术;(3)仿生物酶(仿酶)技术;(4)新型光催化氧化技术;(5)组合技术。最常用的就是生物处理与物化处理技术联用。
造纸工业持久性有机氯化物毒性大、难以降解,应用传统的处理技术已经很难达到最新的排放要求。因此需要深度处理新技术的研究与应用。生物酶催化-化学催化剂催化的组合:多个反应器的序贯式处理;一个反应器的一锅法处理,所有的原料、催化剂等都放在一起进行反应。一锅法处理显然经济有利、环境友好、收率高、成本低,酶催化与化学催化相互促进,进一步提高催化效率。本申请采用漆酶-M(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水,是降解含氯漂白废水的新技术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的处理含氯漂白废水的技术。其工艺技术容易实施,无污染,提高含氯漂白废水处理的效果明显。
本发明方法是将漆酶、M(salen)添加在同一个反应器内,一锅法对含氯漂白废水进行处理,催化降解含氯漂白废水;其中M(salen)中的M为Co、Cu、Fe或Mn。
催化降解含氯漂白废水时还添加了H2O2
对含氯漂白废水进行处理时,漆酶用量为10~30 U/L,M(salen)用量为含氯漂白废水质量的0.3~0.5%、H2O2用量为含氯漂白废水质量的1~3%;混匀后在70℃~90℃下处理1h~3h。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)一锅法处理经济有利、环境友好、成本低。
(2)实施容易;
(3)改善含氯漂白废水降解的各项性能,氯化有机物降解率高于一般的生物和化学催化的方法,氯化有机物降解率提高20~30%。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明保护范围不局限于所述内容。
实施例1:漆酶-Cu(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,具体内容如下:
(1)Cu(salen)的制备
①取2.5克乙二胺和8.5毫升水杨醛溶解于18毫升甲醇中,在冰水浴中搅拌30分钟,静置15分钟,减压抽滤,用1毫升乙醚洗涤,在33℃下干燥6小时,得淡黄色固体;再用160毫升无水乙醇重结晶,在33℃下干燥18小时,得到希夫碱salen;
②取13毫摩尔希夫碱salen溶解在150毫升甲醇中,另称取13毫摩尔Cu(CH3COO)2,溶于温水中,迅速转入上述反应瓶中,并迅速生成棕色沉淀,70℃-80℃加热回流1小时,棕色沉淀变为暗红色结晶,冷至室温,将结晶转移至砂芯漏斗,抽滤,干燥即得Cu(salen);
(2)对含氯漂白废水进行处理
将漆酶、Cu(salen)添加在同一个反应器内,一锅法对含氯漂白废水进行处理,对含氯漂白废水进行处理时,漆酶用量为10U/L,Cu(salen)用量为含氯漂白废水质量的0.3%、H2O2用量为含氯漂白废水质量的1%,混匀后在70℃处理3h;氯化有机物降解率为80%,高于其他方法的20%。
实施例2:漆酶-Co (salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,具体内容如下:
(1)Co(salen)的制备
①取2.5克乙二胺和8.5毫升水杨醛溶解于18毫升甲醇中,在冰水浴中搅拌30分钟,静置15分钟,减压抽滤,用1毫升乙醚洗涤,在33℃下干燥6小时,得淡黄色固体;再用160毫升无水乙醇重结晶,在33℃下干燥18小时,得到希夫碱salen。
②取13毫摩尔希夫碱salen溶解在150毫升甲醇中,另称取13毫摩尔Co(CH3COO)2,溶于温水中,迅速转入上述反应瓶中,并迅速生成棕色沉淀,70℃-80℃加热回流1小时,棕色沉淀变为暗红色结晶,冷至室温,将结晶转移至砂芯漏斗,抽滤,干燥即得Co(salen)。
(2)对含氯漂白废水进行处理
在漆酶、Co(salen)添加在同一个反应器内,一锅法对含氯漂白废水进行处理,对含氯漂白废水进行处理时,漆酶用量为20U/L,Co(salen)用量为含氯漂白废水质量的0.4%、H2O2用量为含氯漂白废水质量的2%;混匀后在80℃处理2h;氯化有机物降解率为85%,高于其他方法的25%。
实施例3:漆酶-Fe(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,具体内容如下:
(1)固载化Fe(salen)的制备
①取2.5克乙二胺和8.5毫升水杨醛溶解于18毫升甲醇中,在冰水浴中搅拌30分钟,静置15分钟,减压抽滤,用1毫升乙醚洗涤,在33℃下干燥6小时,得淡黄色固体;再用160毫升无水乙醇重结晶,在33℃下干燥18小时,得到希夫碱salen;
② 取13毫摩尔希夫碱salen溶解在150毫升甲醇中,另称取13毫摩尔Fe(CH3COO)2,溶于温水中,迅速转入上述反应瓶中,并迅速生成棕色沉淀,70℃-80℃加热回流1小时,棕色沉淀变为暗红色结晶,冷至室温,将结晶转移至砂芯漏斗,抽滤,干燥即得Fe(salen)
(2)对含氯漂白废水进行处理
在漆酶、Fe(salen)添加在同一个反应器内,一锅法对含氯漂白废水进行处理,对含氯漂白废水进行处理时,漆酶用量为30U/L,Fe(salen)用量为含氯漂白废水质量的0.5%、H2O2用量为含氯漂白废水质量的3%,混匀后在90℃处理1h;氯化有机物降解率为90%,高于其他方法的30%。
实施例4:漆酶-Mn(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,具体内容如下:
(1)固载化Mn (salen)的制备
①取2.5克乙二胺和8.5毫升水杨醛溶解于18毫升甲醇中,在冰水浴中搅拌30分钟,静置15分钟,减压抽滤,用1毫升乙醚洗涤,在33℃下干燥6小时,得淡黄色固体;再用160毫升无水乙醇重结晶,在33℃下干燥18小时,得到希夫碱salen;
② 取13毫摩尔希夫碱salen溶解在150毫升甲醇中,另称取13毫摩尔Mn(CH3COO)2,溶于温水中,迅速转入上述反应瓶中,并迅速生成棕色沉淀,70℃-80℃加热回流1小时,棕色沉淀变为暗红色结晶,冷至室温,将结晶转移至砂芯漏斗,抽滤,干燥即得Mn(salen);
(2)对含氯漂白废水进行处理
在漆酶、Mn(salen)添加在同一个反应器内,一锅法对含氯漂白废水进行处理,对含氯漂白废水进行处理时,漆酶用量为15U/L,Mn (salen)用量为含氯漂白废水质量的0.4%、H2O2用量为含氯漂白废水质量的2.5%,混匀后在85℃处理2h;氯化有机物降解率为88%,高于其他方法的25%。

Claims (2)

1.一种漆酶-M(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,其特征在于:将漆酶、M(salen)添加在同一个反应器内,一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水;其中M(salen)中的M为Co、Cu、Fe或Mn;催化降解含氯漂白废水时还添加了H2O2
2.根据权利要求1所述的漆酶-M(salen)一锅法催化降解含氯漂白废水的工艺,其特征在于:催化降解含氯漂白废水时,漆酶用量为10-30 U/L,M(salen)用量为含氯漂白废水质量的0.3-0.5%、H2O2用量为含氯漂白废水质量的1-3%;混匀后在70℃~90℃下处理1h~3h。
