背景技术
例如机动车的车辆内部通常包括车辆碰撞期间用于吸收车辆乘员的动能的能量吸收器。一个或多个能量吸收器可以是被动式的且被设计并内置于车辆内部。一个或多个能量吸收器可以是主动式的并且当检测到碰撞时被触发。主动能量吸收器可以与致动器和碰撞传感系统通信。碰撞传感系统可以包括用于感测碰撞的若干传感器以及与传感器和致动器通信的控制器。基于由传感器感测的碰撞,控制器引起致动器被触发以展开主动能量吸收器。
车辆可以包括在碰撞期间吸收来自后方乘员(即坐在第一排座椅后方的乘员)的能量的能量吸收器。在正面碰撞期间,后方乘员会向前朝向前排座椅移动。然而,车辆内部的空间有限。照此,仍有机会设计符合车辆的封装限制并且可以有成本效率地安装和更换的用于后方乘员的能量吸收器。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种座椅靠背,包括:
框架;
可旋转地连接到框架的板;
由框架支撑的支撑架;
杆件,该杆件可旋转地连接到支撑架并且配置为接合板;以及
致动器,该致动器由框架支撑且具有附接到杆件的缆绳。
根据本发明的一个实施例,该座椅靠背还包括接合部,该接合部与杆件间隔开并且将板连接到框架。
根据本发明的一个实施例,该座椅靠背还包括展开元件,该展开元件固定到杆件并且提供与杆件隔开和连接到缆绳的接合点。
根据本发明的一个实施例,展开元件是围绕杆件环状设置的盘。

具体实施方式
参照附图,其中在几个图中相同的附图标记表明相同的部件,总体显示了车辆10。参照图1-2,乘员14(例如,图1-2中的实验模型14)坐在前座17后面的后座15中。继续参照图1-2,前排座椅17包括座椅底部19和从座椅底部19向上延伸的座椅靠背16。如图3所示,座椅靠背16包括通过铰链接合部20可旋转地连接到框架26的板18。
在车辆10例如与另一车辆碰撞而迅速减速的事故中,在车辆10减速期间,后座15的乘员14会趋向于在车辆10的方向上保持移动。一旦出现这种情况,通过铰链接合部20附接到框架26的板18会从座椅靠背16旋转开且创造乘员14和前座17之间的动能吸收缓冲间隔。也就是说,随着乘员14向座椅靠背16移动,乘员14可以接触吸收来自乘员14的能量的板18。
更具体地,板18可以在如图1、3和5所示的收起位置和如图2、7和8所示的展开位置之间移动。在收起位置,板18相对于框架26缩回以最小化在车辆10乘客舱中的占用空间。在展开位置,板18的至少一部分与框架26隔开以吸收来自乘员14(例如乘员14的腿和/或脚)的能量。
如图4所示,支撑架24固定在框架26的两侧且杆件22可旋转地连接到支撑架24。如图5所示,铰链接合部20从杆件22间隔开。如图7所示,杆件22配置为接合板18。也就是说,如下进一步描述的,杆件22在展开位置接触板18且将板18的至少一部分从框架26移开。
致动器28连接到框架26。致动器28配置为将板18从收起位置移动到展开位置。缆绳30固定到致动器28且从致动器28延伸以及连接到杆件22展开元件32,展开元件32可以固定到杆件22且可以提供与杆件22隔开并固定到缆绳30的附接点。展开元件32可以是围绕杆件22环状设置的盘(如所示)或展开元件32可以是附接到杆件22以增加杆件22的机械效益的支杆(未示出)。或者,展开元件32可以是任何合适的配置。
当感测到碰撞时,致动器28收缩缆绳30以相对于支撑架24旋转展开元件32和杆件22。随着杆件22围绕铰链接合部20枢转板18以移动板18到展开位置。如下进一步描述,例如致动器28可以与检测来自车辆10的输入的碰撞传感系统62通信。例如致动器可以是烟火致动器(pyrotechnic actuator)或者,另外地,可以是任何合适的类型。
杆件22相对于框架26可以是可变形的。同样地,当旋转杆件22以移动板18到展开位置时,杆件22可以在接触板18时变形。杆件22的变形吸收了来自乘员14的能量。例如,诸如臂36和/或圆形末端38的部分杆件22可以配置成在碰撞期间应力负荷下以预定的方式收缩或选择性地向外、向后和向上枢转。例如,杆件22可以是例如塑料、复合材料这样的刚性聚合物或比如铝的软金属等。圆形末端38成环形以支持收缩且以随着板18移动至展开位置而滑动横过板18。
如图7所示,当激活致动器28以旋转杆件22以及移动板18到展开位置时,杆件22引起板18在铰链接合部20和杆件22之间绷紧。由于当展开时板18被绷紧,板18充当乘员14和框架26之间的动能吸收缓冲器。
弹簧机构40可以固定到框架26和板18,例如到板18的下部。如图5所示,当板18处于未展开位置时,弹簧机构40是松弛的。如图7所示,当板18展开到展开位置,弹簧机构40变成张紧以相对于框架26定位板18且将板18对齐到杆件22。
板18相对于框架26和/或杆件22可以是柔性的。例如,板18可以是尼龙、聚酯或具有合适抗拉强度和弹性的任何聚合物。另外,板18可以是任何合适材料。如图7所示,为了帮助增加板18的强度,材料条带34可以附接到板,材料条带34设置用以在板18展开时接收杆件22。除条带34之外或者替代条带34,附加条带35也可以固定到板18。例如,如图5所示,附加条带35可以从板18的角在对角线的方向延伸穿过板18。条带34和附加条带35可以是和板18一样的材料或者可以是与板18不同的材料。
条带34和附加条带35可以与板18是整体,即,作为单一部件同时一起成形。例如,条带34、附加条带35和板18可以由注塑成型整体地成形。可选地,条带34和附加条带35可以与板18分别地成形且随后添加到板18。例如,条带34和附加条带35可以通过粘合剂附接到板18或化学焊接到板18。另一个实例中,条带34和附加条带35可以用线缝到板18上。
板18可以呈现为A级表面,即,特别制造以具有高质量、精致美观无瑕疵的表面。处于收起位置的板18可以是大体上与座椅靠背16的其余部分齐平,例如沿着开口边缘对齐而无凹痕。
参考图9,车辆10可以包括碰撞传感系统62。碰撞传感系统62可以包括碰撞传感器50和控制器52。如图9所示,控制器52与致动器28通信且控制器52可以包括处理器54和存储器56。存储器56存储由处理器54可执行的用以控制致动器28的指令。控制器52可以编程为基于碰撞传感器50提供的碰撞信息的识别来引起致动器28的触发。
碰撞传感器50可以是加速度计装置,例如压电型、压阻型、电容型或微机电系统(Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems,MEMS)型或检测突然减速的任何类型。碰撞传感器也可以是用无线电波确定物体相对于碰撞传感器50的距离和速度的雷达装置。此外,碰撞传感器可以是利用光波以达到与雷达系统相同功能的激光雷达装置。而且,碰撞传感器50可以是包括用以检测接近物体的一个或多个摄像机、CCD(Charge-coupled Device,电荷耦合器件)图像传感器和/或CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor,互补金属氧化物半导体)图像传感器的视觉系统。
控制器52、碰撞传感器50、致动器28和在车辆10中或周围的其它部件之间的通信可以被连接到车辆10的通信总线58,例如控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线。控制器52可以使用来自通信总线58的信息以控制致动器28的触发。在碰撞的情况下,碰撞传感系统62从碰撞传感器50检测到碰撞。然后碰撞传感系统62会指示激活致动器28。当致动器28被激活后,致动器28会向致动器28拉动缆绳30。缆绳30这样向上的移动会旋转杆件22以转动和推动板18离开框架26,以使板18与框架26隔开,从而在乘员14向座椅靠背16移动的情况下吸收来自成员14的能量。

杆件,所述杆件与所述铰链接合部间隔开且分离,并可旋转地连接到所述支撑架并且配置为接合所述板;以及
致动器,所述致动器由所述框架支撑且具有附接到所述杆件的缆绳。
2.如权利要求1所述的座椅靠背,还包括展开元件,所述展开元件固定到所述杆件并且提供与所述杆件隔开和连接到所述缆绳的接合点。
3.如权利要求2所述的座椅靠背,其中所述展开元件是围绕所述杆件环状设置的盘。
4.如权利要求1所述的座椅靠背,其中所述杆件相对于所述框架是可变形的。
