本发明涉及一种自动球面机，该球面机包括机架、磨削装置和送料装置，磨削装置包括砂轮电机、砂轮磨头和步进电机，砂轮电机通过皮带带动砂轮磨头转动，砂轮电机和砂轮磨头固定于滑动板上，滑动板下端设有丝杆和丝杆螺母，丝杆一端与步进电机连接。送料装置包括机头箱、第一转台和第二转台，机头箱设于第一转台上，第一转台通过连接臂设于第二转台上，第二转台设于机架上，连接臂上设有第一气缸，第一气缸的伸缩杆与机头箱连接固定，机架上设有第二气缸，第二气缸的伸缩杆与连接臂连接固定。本发明操作使用方便、生产效率高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域，具体说是一种自动球面机。
背景技术
球面机在使用过程中由于砂轮的磨损，就需要人工一点一点调准限位把磨损的量调整过来。不仅操作麻烦，而且调整量很难控制，影响磨损质量。并且在对工件磨削时，一般也是人工来将工件安装在机头上进行磨削，还要根据磨削的时间对机头箱进行调整，增加了磨削的难度。
发明内容
针对以上问题，本发明设计了一种自动球面机，以解决现有球面机磨削操作麻烦，生产效率低的问题。
本发明的技术方案是：该球面机包括机架、磨削装置和送料装置，磨削装置包括砂轮电机、砂轮磨头和步进电机，砂轮电机通过皮带带动砂轮磨头转动，砂轮电机和砂轮磨头固定于滑动托板上，滑动托板下端设有丝杆和丝杆螺母，丝杆一端与步进电机连接。
送料装置包括机头箱、第一转台和第二转台，机头箱设于第一转台上，第一转台通过连接臂设于第二转台上，第二转台设于机架上，连接臂上设有第一气缸，第一气缸的伸缩杆与机头箱连接固定，机架上设有第二气缸，第二气缸的伸缩杆与连接臂连接固定。
所述第二气缸通过支架固定于机架上，支架上设有限位块。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明直接把砂轮磨头和砂轮电机一起装在一套滑动托板上。滑动托板通过丝杆和丝杆螺母，及托板底座还有步进电机及步进电机控制器一起组成一套的数控滑动系统，从而实现对砂轮磨头自动调整；并且采用自动送料装置，实现了全自动化操作，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-2所示：本发明的球面机包括机架9、磨削装置和送料装置，磨削装置包括砂轮电机13、砂轮磨头2和步进电机12，砂轮电机13通过皮带带动砂轮磨头2转动，砂轮电机13和砂轮磨头2固定于滑动托板15上，滑动托板15下端设有丝杆1和丝杆螺母14，丝杆1一端与步进电机12连接。
送料装置包括机头箱4、第一转台11和第二转台10，机头箱4设于第一转台11上，第一转台11通过连接臂6设于第二转台10上，第二转台10设于机架9上，连接臂6上设有第一气缸5，第一气缸5的伸缩杆与机头箱4底部连接固定，机架9上设有第二气缸7，第二气缸7的伸缩杆与连接臂6连接固定，第二气缸7通过支架8固定于机架9上，支架8上设有限位块15。
本发明的工作原理为：在需要加料时，首先第二气缸7工作，第二气缸7推动连接臂6，使连接臂6和机头箱4转动，机头箱4前端的机头3开始加料，加料后第二气缸7再次运动，将连接臂6和机头箱4推动至磨削位置，而限位块15起到限位作用。此时第一气缸5开始工作，磨削前第一气缸5处于伸长的状态，磨削时，第一气缸5拉动机头箱4缓慢的转动，使工件在砂轮磨头上进行磨削。
而磨削装置可以通过步进电机带动砂轮电机和砂轮磨头进行调整，保证磨削的质量。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种自动球面机，包括球面机本体，其特征在于所述球面机包括机架、磨削装置和送料装置，所述磨削装置包括砂轮电机、砂轮磨头和步进电机，所述砂轮电机通过皮带带动砂轮磨头转动，砂轮电机和砂轮磨头固定于滑动托板上，滑动托板下端设有丝杆和丝杆螺母，丝杆一端与步进电机连接；所述送料装置包括机头箱、第一转台和第二转台，所述机头箱设于第一转台上，第一转台通过连接臂设于第二转台上，第二转台设于机架上，所述连接臂上设有第一气缸，第一气缸的伸缩杆与机头箱底部连接固定，机架上设有第二气缸，第二气缸的伸缩杆与连接臂连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动球面机，其特征在于所述第二气缸通过支架固定于机架上，支架上设有限位块。
