技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合均匀的烧杯,属于教学设备领域。
背景技术
烧杯是一种常见的实验室玻璃器皿,通常由玻璃、塑料、或者耐热玻璃制成。烧杯呈圆柱形,顶部的一侧开有一个槽口,便于倾倒液体。有些烧杯外壁还标有刻度,可以粗略的估计烧杯中液体的体积。现有的烧杯在加热某些化学品时需要进行搅拌,但是有的化学品在搅拌的过程中会发生飞溅的现象,给搅拌带来了不便,如果盖上盖子,又无法搅拌,影响了教学演示的进度,并且现有的烧杯在搅拌过程中需要搅拌时间较长,也影响了课堂演示的进度。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种混合均匀的烧杯,方便搅拌并且搅拌快速均匀,方便使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种混合均匀的烧杯,包括烧杯体,烧杯体的上端设置有端盖,端盖上设置有旋转搅拌杆,旋转搅拌杆与端盖转动连接,旋转搅拌杆的顶端连接有搅拌把手;所述旋转搅拌杆的上段设置有若干辅助搅拌杆Ⅰ,旋转搅拌杆的中段设置有若干辅助搅拌杆Ⅱ,旋转搅拌杆的下段设置有若干辅助搅拌杆Ⅲ,辅助搅拌杆Ⅰ与旋转搅拌杆呈47.5度夹角,辅助搅拌杆Ⅱ与旋转搅拌杆垂直设置,辅助搅拌杆Ⅲ旋转搅拌杆呈132.5度夹角;所述烧杯体的内表面上设置有若干条形凸起,条形凸起垂直于烧杯体的内侧底面,条形凸起的横截面为弧形,相邻的两个条形凸起之间设置有若干弧形突起。
优化的,上述混合均匀的烧杯,所述条形凸起的横截面的弧度为2.7,弧形凸起的弧度为2.35。
本发明的优点在于它能克服现有技术的弊端,结构设计合理新颖。本申请的设计在烧杯体上增加了端盖,防止化学品在加热的过程中飞溅而出,使用安全。旋转搅拌杆的上段、中段和下段分别设置辅助搅拌杆Ⅰ、辅助搅拌杆Ⅱ和辅助搅拌杆Ⅲ,分段搅拌,有利于化合物的混合,并且辅助搅拌杆Ⅰ与旋转搅拌杆呈47.5度夹角,辅助搅拌杆Ⅱ与旋转搅拌杆垂直设置,辅助搅拌杆Ⅲ旋转搅拌杆呈132.5度夹角,这样可以将烧杯内下部的混合物搅拌至中上层,使得化合物混合的更加充分并且缩短了搅拌时间。为了进一步提高搅拌效果,本申请的设计在烧杯体的内表面上设置若干条形凸起,这样在搅拌过程中化合物撞击条形凸起形成涡流,混合的程度更高。弧形突起辅助条形凸起,通过液体与弧形突起的撞击进一步提高混合均匀度。条形凸起的横截面的弧度为2.7,弧形凸起的弧度为2.35是,能够将均匀度有效的提高。
