Abstract

本发明属于一种蛋鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于其 成份及各在添加剂中的使用浓度是:高活性离子钙 1∶40000至1∶105;硒代蛋氨酸0.002至0.004ppm 碘酸钙20至200ppm,由17种氨基酸组成的复合氨 基酸0.5至0.05;亚硒酸钠0.001至0.005;玉米淀粉 75%至79.5%;滑石粉20%。在饲料中的添加比例 是1比800至1比2500。其优点是可增加鸡蛋中氨 基酸含量和多种微量元素含量,提高了鸡蛋的营养价 值。

Description

本发明属于饲料添加剂,特别是一种蛋鸡饲料添加剂。
长期以来,营养学家都视鸡蛋为最佳营养物质之一,因其所含蛋白质中十七种氨基酸相对含量较为合理。能否使鸡蛋中蛋白质的数量和质量得以增加和提高,并增加其多种生命元素、如铁、锌、锰、钙等的含量,使鸡蛋更富于营养呢?生物界的传统观念是,只有改变遗传因子,才能使鸡蛋的营养价值发生变化。本发明的目的是提供一种能促进鸡蛋中的蛋白质数量和微量元素含量增加的饲料添加剂,从而以改变蛋鸡环境因子的方法来提高鸡蛋的营养价值。
本发明的任务是以如下方式完成的,以高活性离子钙、硒代蛋氨酸、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠和内含天冬氨酸ASP、丙氨酸ALA、精氨酸ARG、胱氨酸CYS、谷氨酸GLU、甘氨酸GLY、苯基丙氨酸PHE、酪氨酸TYR、苏氨酸THR、丝氨酸SER、脯氨酸PRO、缬氨酸VAL、蛋氨酸MET、白氨酸LEU、组氨酸HIS、赖氨酸LYS、异亮氨酸ILE等十七种氨基酸的复合氨基酸,以及玉米淀粉和滑石粉组成饲料添加剂,各成份在添加剂中的使用浓度是:
高活性离子钙  1∶40000至1∶105
硒代蛋氨酸  0.002至0.004PDM
碘酸钙  20至200PDM
由ASP、THR、SER、GLU、PRO、GLY、ALA、CYS、VAL、MET、ILE、LEU、TYR、PHE、HIS、LYS、ARG等十七种氨基酸组成的复合氨基酸
0.5至0.05
亚硒酸钠  0.001至0.005
玉米淀粉  75%至79.5%
滑石粉  20%
各成份可购进或以如下方法制备:
高活性离子钙:采用含钙质为主的海贝壳等天然原料,洗刷干净、烘干、在炭弧炉内在1400至1800℃高温下灼烧至呈纯白色。灼烧时添加氢气以防氧化钙生成。出炉后自然冷却并保持百分之九十的相对湿度三日后粉碎。
硒代蛋氨酸:在隔氧条件下通氮气或氩气人工合成。
碘酸钙:使碘与氯气在气相条件下反应,当紫色之碘蒸汽完全消失后,用氢氧化钙与之中和,在25至30℃静置二、三天得白色晶状物。
复合氨基酸:用猪血在硫酸介质中进行水解,水解温度控制在102至120℃之间,常压下持续12至26小时,再用高纯度氢氧化钙中和至PH值4.5至5.4。然后过滤,再在2至30mm/Hg低压下蒸发浓缩结晶。
亚硝酸钠:用氧化硒与氢氧化钠中和。
将本发明饲料添加剂以1∶800至1∶2500的比例均匀加入普通蛋鸡饲料,充分混合均匀。蛋鸡食用后所产鸡蛋的氨基酸含量较普通鸡蛋高出10至37%,并且其以铁、锌、锰、钙为主的多种微量生命元素的含量也较普通鸡蛋高出2%至10%。这种“高能鸡蛋”可以作为老年人、婴幼儿、产妇和病人的理想补品,可使病人很快恢复健康、使老人降低血脂、延缓衰老,使儿童、妇女增强体质。
以下是本发明的一个实施例。
按以下配方制备蛋鸡饲料添加剂:(用量为使用浓度)
高性能离子钙  1∶10000
硒代蛋氨酸  0.003PPM
碘酸钙  100PPM
由ASP、THR、SER、GLU、DRO、GLY、ALA、CYS、VAL、MET、ILE、LEU、TYR、PHE、HIS、LYS、ARG等十七种氨基酸组成的复合氨基酸  0.3
亚硒酸钠  0.002
玉米淀粉  76.5%
滑石粉  20%
将添加剂按1比1500的比例混入蛋鸡饲料,混合均匀,用以喂养蛋鸡。所产高能鸡蛋与普通鸡蛋分析比较:
a、全蛋中氨基酸含量(mg/g)

b、全蛋中七种必需氨基酸含量(mg/蛋)

c、全蛋中支链氨基酸含量(mg/蛋)
