Abstract

适合供实心建筑材料用的塑料膨胀栓为已知,已 知的膨胀栓用其臂部的砌体的空穴中向外张开;臂部 在实心建筑材料中,可自动支撑在砌体孔壁上。本发 明提出一种膨胀栓,其膨胀区有若干膨胀盘相继布 置,上有偏置的孔。当将紧固螺丝拧入时,膨胀盘在 相反的方向上向外移。

Description

本发明与膨胀栓有关,特别与一种有在栓体上形成的膨胀件,有一条螺丝槽道在膨胀件中通过,供容纳紧固螺丝,当紧固螺丝拧入螺丝槽时,将膨胀件横向移位的膨胀栓有关。
已知塑料材料制造的膨胀栓主要有两个膨胀臂,当将紧固螺丝拧入时,膨胀臂被横向外推,从而膨胀。当将这种膨胀栓插入圬工砌体的孔中时,膨胀栓臂向外伸,膨胀栓臂又可称为膨胀件,被压迫在钻孔壁上,从而在钻孔中紧固。这种膨胀栓可在硬实心建筑材料中取得非常好的紧固值。但在较软的建筑材料中,以及在有孔穴的砌体中,例如蜂窝砖,这种已知的膨胀栓仅能做有限使用。
又据了解也有可普遍使用的膨胀栓,有一个套管形端与栓头相对,其中供插入紧固螺丝。在实心建筑材料中,这种通用栓起上述膨胀栓的作用,用臂压在钻孔壁上。另一方面,在空心建筑材料中拧旋紧固螺丝时,使套管状端部向栓头移动,臂在孔穴中扩张的很开,接触形成孔穴的部分的后侧。在有弥散孔穴或有若干腹板的孔穴的空心建筑材料中的固紧可能阻止臂的张开,因而膨胀栓在这情况下支撑在钻孔壁上。
本发明要解决的问题在于提供一种可在实心建筑材料及空心建筑材料中紧固的、有高紧固值的膨胀栓。
这个问题的解决是通过提出一种膨胀栓,有在栓体上形成的膨胀件,有一条螺丝槽道在膨胀件中通过,供容纳紧固螺丝,当紧固螺丝拧入螺丝槽时,将膨胀件横向移位,其特点为设有若干可横向移位的有偏置孔的膨胀盘,前后相继放置作为膨胀件,相邻盘的孔互交错,并互相搭接,从而搭接区形成狭窄的螺丝槽道,起膨胀体作用的膨胀盘几乎在膨胀栓的全部长度上布置,从而在全部膨胀区中可取得非常均匀的膨胀。当将一个紧固螺丝拧入时,膨胀盘上的偏心布置的孔同心对正,即与紧固螺丝同中心线。因此膨胀盘的偏移取决于偏心孔的位置。最好相邻盘的孔互相交错,从而当将螺丝拧入时,相邻盘也以交错的形式向外偏移。于是膨胀盘以交替的方式一个偏向一侧,下一个偏向另侧。假如将膨胀栓插入实心建筑材料,各膨胀盘压在钻孔的相对侧的孔壁上。用于空心建筑材料上时,膨胀盘嵌在空穴中,从而在形成空穴的各孔壁的范围中,取得与砌体的牢固连接。
膨胀盘最好用连接件互相连接,间隔一个的相继的膨胀盘固定在共同的连接件上。向内伸的膨胀盘,最好从在膨胀栓外部伸展的两个分别的连接件上伸展,两连接件上的膨胀盘互相交错。
在远离膨胀栓头的栓干端上,膨胀栓最好有一个压力环,紧固螺丝在其中啮合,从而可能将有若干膨胀盘的膨胀区在轴向上夹紧。
特别有利的是这样来制造膨胀栓及与其相关的紧固螺丝,使紧固螺丝的螺矩是膨胀盘厚度的整数倍。于是各膨胀盘可自动楔在螺纹的侧面之间,互相支持。这意味安装在砌体中的膨胀栓的强度增高,从而有较高负荷承载能力。
现对本发明参照附图详细说明,附图如下:
图1表示有若干膨胀盘的膨胀栓的实施方案,
图2a和图2b表示图1中膨胀栓的两个剖视,
图3表示安装前的图1所示膨胀栓的剖视
图4表示处于安装状态的膨栓的剖面,

图6表示安装在空心建筑材料中的膨胀栓的一个视图。
图1所示膨胀栓的形式为所谓的构架栓,用于穿透安装时,可以穿过待安装的构架部分上的孔,插入砌体上的钻孔。膨胀栓有一个栓体1,上有膨胀区2,由若干连续的膨胀盘3,4形成。在其上区中,栓体1的形式为平滑栓套管,其上端为栓头,扩大为漏斗形状。栓头5适合容纳沉头螺丝的螺钉头。
在栓体的下端6上,膨胀栓有一个压力环7,其中有轴向孔8,形式为螺纹孔。
膨胀盘3,4交替安排在左连接件9和右连接件10上。
图2示图1中栓体1的两部分AB与CD。部分AB示有偏置孔12的膨胀盘3,从连接件9向右方伸展。
部分CD示有偏置孔B的膨胀盘4,从连接件10向左方伸展。
两膨胀盘3,4上下放置,在如为图1所示膨胀栓中,偏置孔12,13各偏向一侧,膨胀盘可侧向移动。
在图3中,可见孔12,13在膨胀区2内的位置。偏置孔12,13在轴线的中点14的范围内搭接,从而在这范围内形成狭窄的螺丝槽15。这里可用“狭窄螺丝槽”语汇,是因为插入的膨胀栓的紧固螺丝的直径,约相当于孔12,13的直径。假如现将紧固螺丝拧入圈1所示的膨胀栓,于是偏置孔12,13离开其偏置位置而变为同心位置,如图4所示。于是迫使盘3,4上下移动达到图4所示位置。
图5示图1之膨胀栓,部分为剖视,膨胀3,4的偏置孔12,13互相在横向上交错。
图6示图5中膨胀栓在空心建筑材料中安装。这里的空心建筑材料为蜂窝砖,有壁16,17,其中有分别的同心孔18,19。壁表面20上有构架部分21,在其通孔22中推入膨胀栓,初始时无紧固螺丝。在将紧固螺丝23拧入后,膨胀盘3,4被向相反方向移动,达到图示位置,从而将膨胀栓在砌体的壁16,17的区域中紧固放置。在孔18,19范围内,膨胀盘3,4在钻孔的壁上压紧。在从孔18,19向空穴24,25的过渡区中,连接件9有由膨胀盘3的不同位移造成的鼓突26。
紧固螺丝23是普通的沉头螺丝,其钉头27沉在漏斗形的栓头5中。假如将紧固螺丝23拧紧到适当程度,于是压力环7被向栓头5牵引,结果将膨胀区的膨胀盘夹在一起。于是安装在砌体中的栓被赋于相当大的刚度,保证紧固极为可靠。
紧固螺丝23的螺矩最好为相当于膨胀盘3,4宽度的整数倍。在图示的方案中,螺矩相当于两个膨胀盘3,4的宽度。

Claims (7)

1、一种膨胀栓,有在栓体上形成的膨胀件,有一条螺丝槽道在膨胀件中通过,供容纳紧固螺丝,紧固螺丝拧入螺丝槽时,将膨胀件横向移位,其特征在于设有若干可横向移位的有偏置孔(12,13)的膨胀盘(3,4),前后相继放置作为膨胀件,相邻盘(3,4)的孔(12,13)互交错,并互相搭接,从而搭接区形成狭窄的螺丝槽道(15)。
2、如权利要求1之膨胀栓,其特征为相继的膨胀盘(3;4)的每间隔一个,安装在共同的弹性连接件(9;10)上。
3、如权利要求1或2中一项之膨胀栓,其特征为两个相对的连接件(9,10)在栓体(1)的外侧伸展,膨胀盘(3,4)向内伸出,互相搭接。
4、如前述权利要求中任一项之膨胀栓,其特征为在栓体的远离栓头(5)的端(6)上,一个有轴向孔(8)的压力环将连接件(9,10)连接,连接件在栓头(5)区域中变为连接连接部的套管状体部。
5、如前述权利要求中任一项之膨胀栓,其特征为膨胀栓由两个半部构成,用其膨胀盘(3,4)互相啮合。
6、如前述权利要求中任一项之膨胀栓,其特征为膨胀栓用塑料材料制造。
7、如前述权利要求中一项所述并带紧固螺丝的膨胀栓,其特征为紧固螺丝(23)的螺矩为膨胀盘(3,4)的厚度的整数倍。
