Abstract

一种高精度手动调节镜头装置的组装方法,包括步骤:先将套筒1和套筒2轴向配合,通过套筒锁紧螺丝(S2)和套筒调整螺丝(S3)定位;再将套筒1和套筒2的结合套筒体与激光发生器(3)通过螺丝或自身螺牙定位;先将金属薄膜(5)装于镜头座(4)上;再将纳米镜片(6)装到镜头座(4)和金属薄膜(5)的结合体上;最后镜头座(4)、金属薄膜(5)和纳米镜片(6)的结合体装入套筒1、套筒2与激光发生器(3)的结合体内,并通过镜头座定位螺丝(S1)定位。
