Abstract

本发明公开了一种电源连接器,其绝缘座的前端面上成型有矩形的插槽,插槽的底面上成型有若干根纵向的插条,绝缘座的后端成型有矩形的切槽,切槽的侧壁上成型有延伸至插条的槽道,同一所述的插条上设有两道槽道,两道槽道的侧壁上分别成型有贯穿插条两侧壁的槽孔;所述的绝缘座的槽道插接有弹性金属片,弹性金属片由弧形部和直线部组成,直线部成型在弧形部的两端,弧形部穿过插条上的槽孔露出插条的侧壁,弧形部一端的直线部露出绝缘座切槽的侧壁,同一插条上的两弹性金属片之间插设有倒置的L型的针脚。它结构简单,组装方便,其将插针的结构改为弹性结构,并增强了插针的结构强度,能够避免插针从连接器上脱离。

技术领域:
本发明涉及连接器的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种电源连接器。
背景技术:
电源连接器,其包括有一绝缘本体及复数端子,现有的电源连接器由插座和插头组成。而在使用过程中,插头上的插针与插座上的插孔经常进行插拔对接,插针和插孔均会发生磨损,一些插针或插孔均为固定件结构,其固定件结构的插针或插孔磨损后容易造成接触不良,而一些插针一般是直接插接在插头上的,其反复插拔对接过程中容易造成插针松动,严重时会导致插针从插头上脱离。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种电源连接器,其结构简单,将插针改为弹性件,减少磨损所造成的影响;同时能避免插针从连接器上脱离。
一种电源连接器,包括‘凸’字形的绝缘座,绝缘座的前端面上成型有矩形的插槽,插槽的底面上成型有若干根纵向的插条,绝缘座的后端成型有矩形的切槽,切槽的侧壁上成型有延伸至插条的槽道,同一所述的插条上设有两道槽道,两道槽道的侧壁上分别成型有贯穿插条两侧壁的槽孔;所述的绝缘座的槽道插接有弹性金属片,弹性金属片由弧形部和直线部组成,直线部成型在弧形部的两端,弧形部穿过插条上的槽孔露出插条的侧壁,弧形部一端的直线部露出绝缘座切槽的侧壁,同一插条上的两弹性金属片之间插设有倒置的L型的针脚,针脚的上端抵靠在两弹性金属片上并安置在绝缘座切槽的底面上,针脚的下端穿过绝缘座露出绝缘座的下表面;所述针脚的上端和弹性金属片一端的直线部插设在端盖上,端盖安置在绝缘座的切槽内,端盖的两端通过螺栓固定来连接在绝缘座上。
所述端盖的两端成型与螺栓配合的台阶孔,绝缘座的切槽两侧的底面上成型有与螺栓配合的螺纹孔,端盖的下端面上成型与弹性金属片直线部和针脚上端相配合的‘凸’字形的限位槽口。
所述绝缘座上槽道的宽度小于插条的宽度,插条的顶端成型有倒角。
所述针脚上端的高度等于端盖上限位槽口的深度。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它结构简单,组装方便,其将插针的结构改为弹性结构,并增强了插针的结构强度,能够避免插针从连接器上脱离。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至5所示,一种电源连接器,包括‘凸’字形的绝缘座1,绝缘座1的前端面上成型有矩形的插槽11,插槽11的底面上成型有若干根纵向的插条12,绝缘座1的后端成型有矩形的切槽14,切槽14的侧壁上成型有延伸至插条12的槽道13,同一所述的插条12上设有两道槽道13,两道槽道13的侧壁上分别成型有贯穿插条12两侧壁的槽孔121;所述的绝缘座1的槽道13插接有弹性金属片2,弹性金属片2由弧形部21和直线部22组成,直线部22成型在弧形部21的两端,弧形部21穿过插条12上的槽孔121露出插条12的侧壁,弧形部21一端的直线部22露出绝缘座1切槽14的侧壁,同一插条12上的两弹性金属片2之间插设有倒置的L型的针脚3,针脚3的上端抵靠在两弹性金属片2上并安置在绝缘座1切槽14的底面上,针脚3的下端穿过绝缘座1露出绝缘座1的下表面;所述针脚3的上端和弹性金属片2一端的直线部22插设在端盖4上,端盖4安置在绝缘座1的切槽14内,端盖4的两端通过螺栓固定来连接在绝缘座1上。
所述端盖4的两端成型与螺栓配合的台阶孔42,绝缘座1的切槽14两侧的底面上成型有与螺栓配合的螺纹孔14,端盖4的下端面上成型与弹性金属片2直线部22和针脚3上端相配合的‘凸’字形的限位槽口41。
所述绝缘座1上槽道13的宽度小于插条12的宽度,插条12的顶端成型有倒角122。
所述针脚3上端的高度等于端盖4上限位槽口41的深度。
工作原理:本发明为电源连接器,其连接器的组成由绝缘座1、弹性金属片2、针脚3和端盖4组成,其结构简单且组装方便,其针脚3用于连接相关的电路板,为增强针脚3的连接强度还以采用绝缘座1与端盖4连接的螺栓辅助螺母进行连接;
同时其连接器上的插针结构由与绝缘座1一体的插条12和两条弹性金属片2组成,弹性金属片2安装在插条12的两侧并具有可以进行弹性变形,从而能解决接触不良,而插条12和绝缘座1是一体的,连接强度大,则拔出插条12不容易断裂,从而能避免插针从连接器上脱离。

1.一种电源连接器,包括‘凸’字形的绝缘座(1),绝缘座(1)的前端面上成型有矩形的插槽(11),其特征在于:插槽(11)的底面上成型有若干根纵向的插条(12),绝缘座(1)的后端成型有矩形的切槽(14),切槽(14)的侧壁上成型有延伸至插条(12)的槽道(13),同一所述的插条(12)上设有两道槽道(13),两道槽道(13)的侧壁上分别成型有贯穿插条(12)两侧壁的槽孔(121);所述的绝缘座(1)的槽道(13)插接有弹性金属片(2),弹性金属片(2)由弧形部(21)和直线部(22)组成,直线部(22)成型在弧形部(21)的两端,弧形部(21)穿过插条(12)上的槽孔(121)露出插条(12)的侧壁,弧形部(21)一端的直线部(22)露出绝缘座(1)切槽(14)的侧壁,同一插条(12)上的两弹性金属片(2)之间插设有倒置的L型的针脚(3),针脚(3)的上端抵靠在两弹性金属片(2)上并安置在绝缘座(1)切槽(14)的底面上,针脚(3)的下端穿过绝缘座(1)露出绝缘座(1)的下表面;所述针脚(3)的上端和弹性金属片(2)一端的直线部(22)插设在端盖(4)上,端盖(4)安置在绝缘座(1)的切槽(14)内,端盖(4)的两端通过螺栓固定来连接在绝缘座(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源连接器,其特征在于:所述端盖(4)的两端成型与螺栓配合的台阶孔(42),绝缘座(1)的切槽(14)两侧的底面上成型有与螺栓配合的螺纹孔(14),端盖(4)的下端面上成型与弹性金属片(2)直线部(22)和针脚(3)上端相配合的‘凸’字形的限位槽口(41)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘座(1)上槽道(13)的宽度小于插条(12)的宽度,插条(12)的顶端成型有倒角(122)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种电源连接器,其特征在于:所述针脚(3)上端的高度等于端盖(4)上限位槽口(41)的深度。
