Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,包括有安装在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上的半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片的冷面朝向汽车前照灯总成的内部并连接有散冷片,半导体制冷片的热面朝向汽车前照灯总成的外部并连接有散热片,散冷片和散热片上分别连接有散冷鳍片和散热鳍片。本发明结构合理,安装使用方便,采用在大灯总成外壳上增加半导体制冷机构,在汽车前照灯总成的内外形成温差,有效地保证了LED前照灯的散热需求,保证了LED前照灯的正常工作和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用LED前照灯领域,具体是一种用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构。
背景技术
汽车的LED应用正在全面展开,但是在前照灯领域一直难有突破,其主要障碍是散热问题。汽车大灯的工作环境相对恶劣,空气温度平均在70度以上,这样就会导致LED芯片的散热环境非常恶劣,同时车灯总成内又是一个相对封闭的环境,车灯外壳基本都是塑制品,导致散热更加难做。散热性能是LED车灯正常工作和使用寿命的重要保证,如果没有良好的散热做保证,发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热结构吸收并传到到车灯外部,直接就会导致LED发光元件的直接损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,以解决LED产品作为汽车前照灯时大量的热量无法有效散发的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,包括有安装在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上的半导体制冷片,其特征在于:所述的半导体制冷片的冷面朝向汽车前照灯总成的内部并连接有散冷片,半导体制冷片的热面朝向汽车前照灯总成的外部并连接有散热片,所述的散冷片和散热片上分别连接有散冷鳍片和散热鳍片。
所述的用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,其特征在于:所述的半导体制冷片通过连接机构固定在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上。
所述的用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,其特征在于:所述散冷鳍片和散热鳍片的外侧分别安装有循环风机和散热风扇。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构合理,安装使用方便,采用在大灯总成外壳上增加半导体制冷机构,在汽车前照灯总成的的内外形成温差,有效地保证了LED前照灯的散热需求,保证了LED前照灯的正常工作和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,包括有安装在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上的半导体制冷片1,半导体制冷片1的冷面朝向汽车前照灯总成的内部并连接有散冷片2,半导体制冷片1的热面朝向汽车前照灯总成的外部并连接有散热片3,散冷片2和散热片3上分别连接有散冷鳍片4和散热鳍片5。
本发明中,半导体制冷片1通过连接机构6固定在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上。
散冷鳍片4和散热鳍片5的外侧分别安装有循环风机7和散热风扇8。
必要时,可在汽车前照灯总成的内外部安装温度传感器,对需要冷环境的物体(如大灯光源)、内部环境温度、外部环境温度进行采集,由集成电路控制,动态调节半导体制冷片1的制冷功率以及循环风机7和散热风扇8的速度,用于节能,并且在发生故障时候可以通过大灯的明暗、闪烁以及行车电脑显示来排故和保护周边电器。
半导体制冷片1、散冷片2和散热片3固定在一起形成一体式结构,安装时,可以是上述三者中的任何一个部件固定在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上。

1.一种用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,包括有安装在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上的半导体制冷片,其特征在于:所述的半导体制冷片的冷面朝向汽车前照灯总成的内部并连接有散冷片,半导体制冷片的热面朝向汽车前照灯总成的外部并连接有散热片,所述的散冷片和散热片上分别连接有散冷鳍片和散热鳍片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,其特征在于:所述的半导体制冷片通过连接机构固定在汽车前照灯总成的外壳或检修孔盖板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆前照灯总成内部降温的制冷机构,其特征在于:所述散冷鳍片和散热鳍片的外侧分别安装有循环风机和散热风扇。
