-光源是发光二极管;

本发明还涉及机动车辆前灯,其中如前所述的至少一个灯模块被设置在所述机动车辆前灯中。

具体实施方式
尤其是依靠附图,首先将全面描述根据本发明的灯模块1,其中可以看到模块1由一个抵靠另一个附接的两个子模块2、4形成。两个子模块2、4被定位成在中心支撑板6的两侧,一个位于另一个下方。支撑板6在一个端部处承载形成热沉8的热交换冷却翼片。每个子模块都包括固定到支撑板6上的半壳体10、12,和光源14、16,光源定位在支撑板6的表面上,光源朝对应的半壳体转动以能够朝该半壳体发射光线。每个子模块都进一步包括光学偏转元件18、20,并且灯模块1包括由半壳体的自由端部承载的投射光学装置22,组件被布置成使得对于每个子模块,由光源发出的光线被相关联的光学偏转元件朝投射光学装置22反射。此处,投射光学装置22是投射透镜。
在下文将根据特别在图2中图示的灯模块的方向描述半壳体,其中第二半壳体10定位在第一半壳体12上方,使得在下文的示例中,第一半壳体和底部半壳体的概念以及第二半壳体和顶部半壳体的概念将是可比较的。
第一半壳体12或底部半壳体以聚碳酸脂类型的塑性材料生产,并且第一半壳体12在其周边处包括用于固定至支撑板6的框架23,并且在其中心处包括具有大致椭圆形轮廓的弯曲壁。第一半壳体12容纳位于圆顶部内侧并且形成在半壳体和支撑板6之间的光源16,光源16通过在支撑板下方附接的发光二极管形成。将理解,如图所示,如果第一半壳体具有两个椭圆形轮廓,则将设置两个二极管,每个椭圆形具体地被二极管中的一个照射。
光学偏转元件18直接由底部半壳体的内表面24的一部分形成。内表面的特定涂层在第一半壳体的部分或全部上以反射材料形成。有利地,涂层在第一半壳体的一部分上、从第一半壳体的抵靠支撑板附接的端部至中心区域26、与支撑板的端部大致对齐地形成。
光源16和光学偏转元件18被布置成使得由光源发出的光线通过反射表面朝投射光学设备22被偏转,以形成远光光束类型的光束。
第一半壳体12包括第一冷却装置,所述第一冷却装置与也由第二半壳体10承载的第二冷却装置互补。这些第一冷却装置通过在反射表面的边界处的孔28形成,孔28形成在第一半壳体的中心区域中。
在图示的该实施例中,孔由在横向方向上,即与光学轴线成直角地,依次定位的两个开口30形成。每个开口都穿过第一半壳体12的厚度使得空气可以从其外部进入灯模块中。
每个开口都具有大致矩形形式,所述矩形形式具有在5毫米和8毫米之间纵向延伸的宽度和横向地延伸超过至少15毫米的长度,以允许进入足够的空气而未以任何方式对组件的结构强度不利。
图示的实施例具有横向地依次定位以形成孔的两个不同的开口,该实施例的有利之处在于,其允许当生产第一半壳体12时便于材料的中心注射的偏移对称的产品。将理解形成该孔的开口在数量和/或形式方面的其它布置能够被提供。
第二半壳体10形成上子模块2的具有定位在支撑板6的顶部表面上的光源14的部分,上子模块适合于产生近光光束类型的光束作为输出。发出的光线由第二光学偏转元件20朝投射透镜反射,并且护罩定位在光线的路径上使得,如本领域的技术人员已知,光束被切割并且输出自前灯的光形成不使其它的用户眩目的近光光束。
在描述的实施例中,第二光学偏转元件20独立于第二半壳体10而形成。第二半壳体10以聚碳酸脂类型的塑性材料形成,并且第二半壳体10固定到支撑板6上以覆盖由反射器32形成的第二光学偏转元件20,反射器32也固定到支撑板6上。
反射器32具有内表面,内表面的涂层适合于反射由光源14发出的光,反射器32被定位成面向所述光源。如所示,反射器32可以是两个,即反射器32可以具有包括多个椭圆的形式,并且在这种情况下针对反射器的每个椭圆形式提供光源14。
第二冷却装置由第二半壳体10承载。此处第二冷却装置由并排定位和纵向延伸的两个孔34组成。每个孔都由外边界35和强化肋部36限定,外边界35通过竖直突出部延伸第二半壳体的壁,并且强化肋部36从孔的一侧横向地延伸到另一侧。这些第二冷却装置特别图示在图5和6中,其中值得注意的是肋部具有相对于横向和竖直平面的倾角。具有大致地等于45°的角度的倾角例如被提供,使得肋部从肋部的朝灯模块1的内部转动的底端部38朝灯模块1的后部延伸至肋部的朝灯模块1的外部转动的顶端部40。“朝灯模块的后部”应该理解为表示在与灯模块1的输出端处发射光线的方向相反的方向上。该方向和肋部的该倾角的优点被图示在图6中。肋部因而具有大致地与光线的发射方向成直角的表面,光线已经被光源14发出但是已经离开偏转器,使得肋部阻挡这些光线传播并且肋部允许良好的光学效率,因为在其中孔针对空气循环的冷却而设置的环境中没有光线的泄露。肋部的数量,此处为四个,肋部的倾角此处为45°,并且肋部的高度尤其针对每个肋部的底端部38确定,以相对于邻近肋部的顶端部40纵向畅通的,使得热空气的排放可以没有障碍地竖直地发生。
如图所示,可以规定,确保冷空气进入模块中的第一冷却装置相对于确保输出热空气的第二冷却装置成较小尺寸。有利的是提供专用于空气进入的孔,孔较小以增加空气进入模块中的速度。气流的区段的收缩从而导致该流动的速度的增加,这使得可以快速清除模块的底部半壳体的热腔中的空气。并且有利的是增加第二冷却装置的尺寸以排放极大体积的热空气,因为通过加热,模块内侧的空气经历轻微的膨胀。
在图示的实施例中,灯模块1被安装成大致地水平枢转,尤其是使得投射光束可以弯曲地沿道路的曲线部。该方向性照明功能已知为缩写DBL,表示"动态弯曲光"。为此,模块经由固定到第二半壳体10的第一轴承44和固定至第一半壳体12的第二轴承46安装在对应的支架42上,并且转动驱动马达(未示出)被设置成形成灯模块1的围绕通过轴承的对准而限定的轴线的枢转。将理解,对于不提供方向性照明的车辆,灯模块1将能够以固定方式安装在前灯的壳体上。
在未示出的变化例中,能够规定,将第二半壳体大致地类似于第一半壳体以单个部件形成,所述单个部件用作外壳并且用作通过其内表面的处理而用作反射表面。
以上描述清楚地说明本发明如何使得可以实现针对其设置的目的,并且特别地提出适合于被容纳在限定环境中并且未产生对设备的光度效率有害的过热的特别紧凑的灯装置或灯模块。通过创建根据本发明的冷却装置,自然对流空气流产生在冷的底部点和热的顶部点之间,从而推动包含在顶部半壳体的光学偏转元件和热沉之间的空气通过顶部孔被排出。
显然地,因为在闭合以避免泄露光线的灯模块的环境中,通过孔的热学冷却装置允许冷却空气在灯模块1中循环,因此本领域的技术人员可以对通过非限制性示例如前所述的灯模块的结构进行多个修改。已经在上文具体地描述的实施例决不限制本发明。根据本发明的灯设备已经通过旨在产生近光光束的半壳体被描述,所述半壳体放置在旨在产生远光光束的半壳体上方,并且将理解空气循环冷却装置在灯模块中的使用还应用于其中半壳体相对于彼此被不同地布置的灯模块。在任何情况下,本发明将不受限于本文中具体地描述的实施例,并且特别地延伸到所有等同装置和这些装置的任一技术可行的组合。

Claims (19)

1.一种灯模块(1),所述灯模块包括一个抵靠另一个附接的两个子模块(2、4),并且在所述两个子模块中的每个子模块中,光源(14、16)与光学偏转元件(18、20)相关联,所述光学偏转元件用于使发出的光线朝布置在模块的输出端处的投射光学装置(22)偏转,其特征在于:每个子模块都包括半壳体(10、12),所述半壳体(10、12)与另一个半壳体组合而形成空间,除了在每个半壳体中形成的至少一个孔(28、34)之外,所述空间被包封以形成空气循环冷却装置。
2.根据前一权利要求所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:第一子模块(4)定位在第二子模块(2)下方,与第一子模块(4)相关联的光学偏转元件(18)被布置在第一子模块(4)中以产生远光光束类型的光线的光束,而与第二子模块相关联的第二光学偏转元件(20)被布置在第二子模块中以产生近光光束类型的光线的光束。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:在第一子模块(4)中,光学偏转元件(18)由第一半壳体(12)的反射内表面(24)形成,形成由所述第一半壳体(12)所承载的第一冷却装置的孔(28)采取穿过第一半壳体(12)的厚度的至少一个开口(30)的形式,以允许空气通过。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:所述至少一个开口(30)沿着该反射内表面(24)的边界横向地产生。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:孔(28)具有在5毫米和8毫米之间的宽度。
6.根据权利要求3至5中的任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:孔(28)具有至少等于15毫米的长度。
7.根据权利要求3至6中的任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:孔(28)由单个开口连续产生。
8.根据权利要求3至6中的任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:孔(28)是不连续的,并且由多个并排的邻近开口(30)形成。
9.根据前一权利要求所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:孔(28)由横向于反射内表面(24)的边界而依次定位的两个开口(30)形成。
10.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:在第二子模块(2)中,由第二半壳体(10)承载的第二冷却装置采取穿过第二半壳体(10)的厚度的至少一个孔(34)的形式,以允许空气通过。
11.根据权利要求10所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:第二光学偏转元件(20)由第二半壳体(10)的反射内表面形成,并且所述孔形成在该反射内表面的边界处。
12.根据权利要求10所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:第二半壳体(10)形成用于反射器(32)的保护盖,所述反射器与第二半壳体(10)分离地形成并且形成光学偏转元件(20),在第二半壳体(10)中形成的孔(34)大致地在反射器(32)上方延伸。
13.根据前一权利要求所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:第二冷却装置包括横向地定位在孔(34)中的强化肋部(36)。
14.根据前一权利要求所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:肋部(36)相对于竖直和横向平面具有倾角,以从灯模块(1)的内部朝所述灯模块的外部向所述灯模块(1)的与投射光学装置(22)相反的后部延伸。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:两个开口并排纵向延伸以形成所述孔(34),两个不同行的肋部(36)被分别地定位在开口中。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:光源(14、16)是发光二极管。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:冷却装置被相对于竖直纵向平面对称地定位。
18.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的灯模块(1),其特征在于:灯模块(1)被安装成围绕轴线转动,冷却装置被围绕该轴线布置。
19.一种机动车辆前灯,其具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的至少一个灯模块(1)。
