现有保温材料从老化,冷热散失系数方面有很多不足,本发明公开了一种中空结构管道保温的制作方法,流通介质主管道外围制有内套管支架用于固定主管道和内套管之间2至5厘米间隙,支架外围套装内套管,内套管外围制有外套管支架用于固定内套管和外套管之间2至5厘米间隙,内套管和外套管采用一定长度(比如4米或6米)两端用配套的环形板焊接形成密闭空间,利用中空结构内填充惰性气体或抽成真空的方法达到保持温度不易变化的良好效果,本发明不添加任何保温材料,利用暖水瓶原理,内外胆之间中空绝热能保持高温或低温不易散失的作用,在老化和保温系数方面肯定大有提高。

现有保温材料从老化,冷热散失系数方面有很多不足,本发明公开了一种中空结构管道保温的制作方法,流通介质主管道外围制有内套管支架用于固定主管道和内套管之间2至5厘米间隙,支架外围套装内套管,内套管外围制有外套管支架用于固定内套管和外套管之间2至5厘米间隙,内套管和外套管采用一定长度(比如4米或6米)两端用配套的环形板焊接形成密闭空间,利用中空结构内填充惰性气体或抽成真空的方法达到保持温度不易变化的良好效果, 本发明不添加任何保温材料,利用暖水瓶原理,内外胆之间中空绝热能保持高温或低温不易散失的作用,在老化和保温系数方面肯定大有提高。
