本发明涉及一种发动机电磁关断阀。包括:阀体,阀门,其中,所述阀门固定于转轴上,所述转轴的一端与偏心转盘连接,所述偏心转盘和导杆相连并可在导杆的带动下转动;所述导杆套于和控制系统相连的励磁绕组内;所述转轴上套有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与偏心转盘相连,另一端固定于阀体上。所述偏心转盘上设置有拨杆;所述阀体上设置有位置开关,所述拨杆随偏心转盘转动触发位置开关。因此,本发明具有如下优点:1.结构紧凑,开启灵活,能耗低;2.采用通电开启,弹簧机械关闭的形式,关断彻底,不受外部电源,线路故障影响发动机紧急情况处理;3.发动机电磁关断阀可直接与发动机ECU联动,实现发动机状态监控。

一种发动机电磁关断阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种关断阀,属于煤层气钻机安全保护领域,具体涉及一种发动机电磁关断阀。
背景技术
当煤层气钻机发动机遇到运行异常、外部设备故障和危险环境等工况时,如果发动机无法快速彻底停止运转,将对钻机设备和现场人员造成严重损失。常见的解决方法是切断发动机燃油供给,实现紧急停车,这种方法的缺点是由于燃油关断时管路中还有剩余燃油和发动机的惯性,达不到快速停机的要求。针对这种状况,目前已知的技术是采取切断发动机进气的方式加以解决,但多采用机械式和气动式两种执行方式,存在以下不足:
机械式是利用关断阀前后压差实现阀门动作,必须是在发动机启动后才起作用,存在误报误动作问题;
气动式是利用压缩空气推动气缸实现阀门动作,但压缩空气容易泄露,阀门无法关闭彻底,而且要和发动机ECU联动保护还需增加一套气电转换装置,系统相对复杂。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的煤层气钻机使用过程中发动机的安全保护性差、保护系统复杂等的技术问题;提供了一种发动机电磁关断阀。该电磁关断阀结构紧凑,开启灵活,能耗低,并且采用通电开启,弹簧机械关闭的形式,关断彻底,不受外部电源,线路故障影响发动机紧急情况处理;同时发动机电磁关断阀可直接与发动机ECU联动,实现发动机状态监控。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种发动机电磁关断阀,包括:阀体,阀门,其中,所述阀门固定于转轴上,所述转轴的一端与偏心转盘连接,所述偏心转盘和导杆相连并可在导杆的带动下转动;所述导杆套于和控制系统相连的励磁绕组内;所述转轴上套有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与偏心转盘相连,另一端固定于阀体上。
优化的,上述的一种发动机电磁关断阀,所述励磁绕组包括低电阻的拉线圈和高电阻的保持线圈;所述偏心转盘上设置有拨杆;所述阀体上设置有位置开关;所述拨杆随偏心转盘转动触发位置开关,进而触发外部电路继电器控制拉线圈与保持线圈的切换。
优化的,上述的一种发动机电磁关断阀,拉线圈与保持线圈并联。
优化的,上述的一种发动机电磁关断阀,所述转轴上套有套筒;所述弹簧套于套筒上。
因此,本发明具有如下优点:1.结构紧凑,开启灵活,能耗低;2.采用通电开启,弹簧机械关闭的形式,关断彻底,不受外部电源,线路故障影响发动机紧急情况处理;3.发动机电磁关断阀可直接与发动机ECU联动,实现发动机状态监控。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
图中,阀体1、阀门2、转轴3、偏心转盘4、套筒5、弹簧6、盖板7、励磁绕组8、导杆9、位置开关10、拨杆11、保持线圈12、拉线圈13、信号灯14、继电器15。
实施例:
如图1-3所示,一种发动机电磁关断阀,包括执行机构和控制机构。执行机构包括阀体1、阀门2、转轴3、偏心转盘4、套筒5、弹簧6、盖板7,阀门通过螺钉安装在转轴上,阀门随转轴在阀体内转动,最大转动角度接近90°,转轴穿过套筒,与偏心转盘铆钉连接,弹簧套在套筒上,弹簧勾头端将弹簧与偏心转盘连接,平头端压在阀体端面上。控制机构包括励磁绕组8、导杆9、位置开关10、拨杆11,励磁绕组通过螺栓固定于阀体盖板上,导杆与偏心转盘铰接,拨杆固定在偏心转盘上,随偏心转盘转动。
励磁绕组8由拉线圈与保持线圈并联组成,利用线圈通电产生的磁场,推动导杆在励磁绕组中移动。
位置开关10是安装于阀体上的通断开关,拨杆11可以触发位置开关,发出阀门开启信号,进而触发外部电路继电器15完成拉线圈与保持线圈的功能转换。
本发明的工作过程如下:如图3和图4所示,发动机启动自检完毕后,电磁关断阀上电,励磁绕组8中的拉线圈首先得电,由于拉线圈是低电阻线圈,通过拉线圈电流很大,产生较大的磁感应强度,得到较大的磁场力,牵引导杆9沿磁力方向快速移动,导杆带动偏心转盘4和转轴3一起转动,阀门克服弹簧预紧力开启。阀门完全开启到位的同时拨杆11也随偏心转盘4转动到位,触发位置开关10,发出阀门开启信号,触发外部电路继电器15,拉线圈断电,保持线圈得电,保持线圈是高电阻线圈,通过电流较小,较小的磁力就可以使导杆保持原位置不变,阀门保持开启状态。空气从电磁关断阀进入发动机进气口,发动机启动工作。
当需要发动机紧急停机时,只需关闭电磁关断阀供电,保持线圈失电,磁力线消失,导杆9失去磁场作用力。在弹簧6预紧力的作用下,偏心转盘4反向旋转,带动转轴3转动,阀门2关闭。发动机进气口空气切断,迫使发动机停机熄火。

Claims (3)

1.一种发动机电磁关断阀,其特征在于,包括:阀体(1),阀门(2),其中,所述阀门(2)固定于转轴(3)上,所述转轴(3)的一端与偏心转盘(4)连接,所述偏心转盘(4)和导杆(9)相连并可在导杆(9)的带动下转动;所述导杆(9)套于和控制系统相连的励磁绕组(8)内;所述转轴(3)上套有弹簧(6),所述弹簧(6)的一端与偏心转盘(4)相连,另一端固定于阀体(1)上,所述励磁绕组(8)包括低电阻的拉线圈和高电阻的保持线圈;所述偏心转盘(4)上设置有拨杆(11);所述阀体(1)上设置有位置开关(10);所述拨杆(11)随偏心转盘(4)转动触发位置开关(10)进而触发外部电路继电器(15)控制拉线圈与保持线圈的切换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机电磁关断阀,其特征在于,拉线圈与保持线圈并联。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机电磁关断阀,其特征在于,所述转轴(3)上套有套筒(5);所述弹簧(6)套于套筒(5)上。
