Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车刹车线,涉及汽车配件加工技术领域,它包括线芯和套装在所述线芯外的外套筒,所述外套筒为橡胶外套筒,所述线芯与所述外套筒之间设置有一内套筒,所述内套筒为金属套筒,所述内套筒为斜螺纹弹性钢套筒,所述外套筒的内壁上设有多条凸条。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有的刹车线保护不当,拉伸弹性不足及刹车时摩擦力过大的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件加工技术领域,尤其是一种用于汽车上的刹车线。
背景技术
现有的汽车上的刹车线一般包括线芯和套装在线芯外的橡胶外套筒,这样的刹车线在橡胶外套筒断裂处容易受到水和其他杂质的腐蚀,而且拉伸弹性不足,线芯与橡胶外套筒间的摩擦力过大,刹车时比较费力,容易产生刹车延时等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种汽车刹车线,以解决现有的刹车线保护不当,拉伸弹性不足及刹车时摩擦力过大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本汽车刹车线包括线芯和套装在所述线芯外的外套筒,所述外套筒为橡胶外套筒,所述线芯与所述外套筒之间设置有一内套筒,所述内套筒为金属套筒,所述内套筒为斜螺纹弹性钢套筒,所述外套筒的内壁上设有多条凸条。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案可以是:所述凸条有六条;所述凸条与所述外套筒一体成型。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本汽车刹车线的线芯与橡胶外套筒之间还设有一层弹性金属套筒,对线芯的保护又多了一层,在橡胶外套筒断裂的时候内套筒可以充分保护线芯不受外界的水及其他杂质的腐蚀,具有抗腐蚀性和防水性;内套筒设计成斜螺纹弹性钢材制成,大大地增加了刹车线的拉伸弹性;另外,外套筒内壁上设置的多个凸条,可以减少内套筒与橡胶外套筒之间的相对摩擦,增加内套筒与橡胶外套筒之间的相对滑动,使刹车更加省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2所示的汽车刹车线,它包括线芯1和套装在线芯1外的外套筒3,外套筒3为橡胶外套筒,线芯1与外套筒3之间设置有一内套筒2,内套筒2为金属套筒,对线芯1的保护又多了一层,在橡胶外套筒断裂的时候内套筒2可以充分保护线芯1不受外界的水及其他杂质的腐蚀,具有抗腐蚀性和防水性。内套筒2为斜螺纹弹性钢套筒,内套筒2设计成斜螺纹弹性钢材制成,大大地增加了刹车线的拉伸弹性。外套筒3的内壁上设有六条凸条4,凸条4与外套筒3一体成型,可以减少内套筒2与橡胶外套筒之间的相对摩擦,增加内套筒2与橡胶外套筒之间的相对滑动,使刹车更加省力。

1.一种汽车刹车线,包括线芯和套装在所述线芯外的外套筒,所述外套筒为橡胶外套筒,其特征在于:所述线芯与所述外套筒之间设置有一内套筒,所述内套筒为金属套筒,所述内套筒为斜螺纹弹性钢套筒,所述外套筒的内壁上设有多条凸条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车刹车线,其特征在于:所述凸条有六条;所述凸条与所述外套筒一体成型。
