本发明涉及一种发动机回油管接头总成,其特征在于:它由两通、高压油管一、三通一、高压油管二、三通二、高压油管三、三通三、高压油管四、球形接头构成,由上述零件顺序连接,该发动机回油管接头总成是由粉末冶金技术一次注射成型后烧结完成,其结构简单,无渗漏可靠性高,尺寸精度高,无需机械加工,可以达到发动机国Ⅴ排放标准。

本发明涉及发动机技术领域,具体地说是一种发动机回油管接头总成。
背景技术
目前国内外发动机回油管接头都是采用机械加工的方法生产的,接头是车辆喷油器回油管系统的关键部件,因其形状特殊,只能将该接头分拆成三部分,分别加工,然后拼装在一起,这种方法生产材料利用率只能达到50%左右,生产成本较高,而且随着使用时间的延长其泄漏率较高,工作不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种发动机回油管接头总成,其组件三通和两通采用粉末冶金注射成型技术制作而成,无需后加工,材料利用率达到100%,零泄漏点,使用稳定可靠,成本较低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的方案是:发动机回油管接头总成,其特征在于:三通与两通均为粉末注射成型技术制造,一体结构,萃取脱脂,然后烧结成型,工作稳定可靠,造价成本低。
本发明的有益效果在于,产品粉末注射成型后烧结成型,无需机械加工,各接口尺寸可以达到较高的装配精度,并达到发动机国Ⅴ排放标准对发动机回油管的各项技术要求。
