本发明涉及发动机技术领域,具体地说是一种发动机回油管接头总成。
背景技术
目前国内外发动机回油管接头都是采用机械加工的方法生产的,接头是车辆喷油器回油管系统的关键部件,因其形状特殊,只能将该接头分拆成三部分,分别加工,然后拼装在一起,这种方法生产材料利用率只能达到50%左右,生产成本较高,而且随着使用时间的延长其泄漏率较高,工作不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种发动机回油管接头总成,其组件三通和两通采用粉末冶金注射成型技术制作而成,无需后加工,材料利用率达到100%,零泄漏点,使用稳定可靠,成本较低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的方案是:发动机回油管接头总成,其特征在于:三通与两通均为粉末注射成型技术制造,一体结构,萃取脱脂,然后烧结成型,工作稳定可靠,造价成本低。
本发明的有益效果在于,产品粉末注射成型后烧结成型,无需机械加工,各接口尺寸可以达到较高的装配精度,并达到发动机国Ⅴ排放标准对发动机回油管的各项技术要求。
