本发明涉及一种冲水控制装置,具体为全机械式自动厕所冲水装置全机械式自动厕所冲水装置,阀门扳手分别铰接冲水阀门连杆I铰接,连杆I与连杆II铰接,连杆II另一端铰接有滑块I,滑块I安装在垂直的导槽I内,在导槽I内安装有复位弹簧;滑块I与绳子I一端连接,绳子I水平的一端与水平的滑块II连接,滑块II另一端与连杆III铰接,连杆III另一端有卡头,卡头卡在滑块III的凹槽内,滑块III安装在导槽II内,导槽II通过支座水平安装在厕所门的内侧,滑块III连接在绳子II上,绳子II的两端分别连接在厕所门内外的门把手上,绳子II在厕所门远离门把手一侧的边缘处通过定滑轮II转向。该装置结构简单,机动灵活,互换性强,拆装容易,便于使用和维护。

全机械式自动厕所冲水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲水控制装置,具体为全机械式自动厕所冲水装置。
技术背景
在家用或公共场所的厕所采用了冲水箱或冲水阀的结构,因为上述两种装置都需要使用者转身后用手拉、手按或脚踩等动作才能够冲水,而使用者往往会在结束厕所使用后忘记冲水,或者只有等到冲水箱达到一定水位才能够进行冲洗,都使对厕所便池的冲洗不够及时而散发出浓烈的臭味。如果厕所不能及时清洁,就会使人感到不适,甚至出现感染疾病的情况。
发明内容
针对上技术问题,本发明提供一种全机械式自动厕所冲水装置,实现对厕所的自动冲洗,节省水源,方便安装、维修、清扫,改善厕所卫生,减少疾病的接触传染。
具体的技术方案为:
全机械式自动厕所冲水装置,包括阀门扳手、连杆III、滑块III和绳子II;所述的阀门扳手一端铰接冲水阀门,一端通过铰链与连杆I铰接,连杆I由垂直的导套导向,连杆I另一端与连杆II铰接,连杆II由水平导套导向,连杆II另一端铰接有滑块I,滑块I安装在垂直的导槽I内,在导槽I内安装有复位弹簧;滑块I与绳子I一端连接,绳子I通过定滑轮I转向后成水平状,绳子I水平的一端与水平的滑块II连接,滑块II另一端与连杆III铰接,连杆III另一端有卡头,卡头卡在滑块III的凹槽内,滑块III安装在导槽II内,导槽II通过支座水平安装在厕所门的内侧,滑块III连接在绳子II上,绳子II的两端分别连接在厕所门内外的门把手上,绳子II在厕所门远离门把手一侧的边缘处通过定滑轮II转向。
本发明提供的全机械式自动厕所冲水装置,采用连杆和滑轮结构组成,占用空间小,轻便灵活,适应家庭、学校企事业单位等大多数场合。连杆和滑轮机构结构简单,机动灵活,互换性强,拆装容易,便于使用和维护。该装置为可调安装式结构,可以在现有厕所的冲水条件下进行简单的安装即可使用,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,全机械式自动厕所冲水装置,包括阀门扳手1、连杆III11、滑块III13和绳子II14;所述的阀门扳手1一端铰接冲水阀门,一端通过铰链2与连杆I3铰接,连杆I3由垂直的导套4导向,连杆I3另一端与连杆II5铰接,连杆II5由水平导套导向,连杆II5另一端铰接有滑块I6,滑块I6安装在垂直的导槽I7内,在导槽I7内安装有复位弹簧;滑块I6与绳子I8一端连接,绳子I8通过定滑轮I9转向后成水平状,绳子I8水平的一端与水平的滑块II10连接,滑块II10另一端与连杆III11铰接,连杆III11另一端有卡头,卡头卡在滑块III13的凹槽内,滑块III13安装在导槽II16内,导槽II16通过支座15水平安装在厕所门18的内侧,滑块III13连接在绳子II14上,绳子II14的两端分别连接在厕所门18内外的门把手17上,绳子II14在厕所门18远离门把手17一侧的边缘处通过定滑轮II12转向。
使用者进入厕所前,绳子II14在厕所门18外侧和厕所门18内侧处于张紧状态,使用者入厕时,需要转动厕所门18外侧的门把手17开门,转动外侧的门把手17时候,缠绕厕所门18外侧的绳子II14,绳子II14牵扯滑块III13在导槽II16内向靠近门把手17方向移动,连杆III11的卡头脱离滑块III13的凹槽,厕所门18外侧的绳子II14与外侧的门把手17保持张紧状态,从而使连杆III11处于自由状态,连杆III11不会牵动其他部件运动,使用者在进入厕所时就避免了一次无效的冲水解决了空行程问题。
使用者在进入厕所后,需要转动厕所门18内侧的门把手关闭厕所门,从而使滑块III13向导槽II16远离门把手17方向移动,连杆III11的卡头插入滑块III13的凹槽内,从而使连杆III11与滑块III13处于锁紧状态。当使用者使用完厕所后,再次转动厕所门18内侧的门把手开门,由于厕所门18内侧的绳子将被释放,此次开门将不牵动滑块III13,所以开门时将带动冲连杆III11,从而带动滑块II10向靠近厕所门18的方向运动,绕过定滑轮I9牵动绳子I8向下运动,牵动滑块I6下滑,滑块I6带动连杆II5运动,连杆II5拉动连杆I3,从而带动阀门扳手1运动,阀门扳手1打开阀门,实现冲水。当使用者离开后,由于导槽I7安装的复位弹簧将恢滑块I6复位到初始状态将带动阀门关闭,同时牵动厕所门自动关闭。装置回到使用前状态。

1.全机械式自动厕所冲水装置,其特征在于:包括阀门扳手(1)、连杆III(11)、滑块III(13)和绳子II(14);所述的阀门扳手(1)一端铰接冲水阀门,一端通过铰链(2)与连杆I(3)铰接,连杆I(3)由垂直的导套(4)导向,连杆I(3)另一端与连杆II(5)铰接,连杆II(5)由水平导套导向,连杆II(5)另一端铰接有滑块I(6),滑块I(6)安装在垂直的导槽I(7)内,在导槽I(7)内安装有复位弹簧;滑块I(6)与绳子I(8)一端连接,绳子I(8)通过定滑轮I(9)转向后成水平状,绳子I(8)水平的一端与水平的滑块II(10)连接,滑块II(10)另一端与连杆III(11)铰接,连杆III(11)另一端有卡头,卡头卡在滑块III(13)的凹槽内,滑块III(13)安装在导槽II(16)内,导槽II(16)通过支座(15)水平安装在厕所门(18)的内侧,滑块III(13)连接在绳子II(14)上,绳子II(14)的两端分别连接在厕所门(18)内外的门把手(17)上,绳子II(14)在厕所门(18)远离门把手(17)一侧的边缘处通过定滑轮II(12)转向。
