本发明涉及造纸领域,提供一种礼品包装特种纸,解决现有技术的食品包装纸含有不利人体健康的湿强剂、不加湿强剂则湿强度不够的缺陷,包括基纸,所述基纸的原料组分中含有10~20%的壳聚糖,以基纸所有原料的重计,所述基纸表面涂布有淀粉及松香的混合物层,所述淀粉及松香混合物的用量为0.3~0.4g/m2,所述淀粉与松香的用量比为2:1,所述混合物层上还涂敷有一层聚乙烯薄膜,所述聚乙烯薄膜的外还涂敷有烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物层,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的用量比为2:1,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物用量为2~4g/m2。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,尤其涉及一种礼品包装特种纸。
背景技术
在人类社会的进步和发展中,人们通过对纸张进行各种改性、改良,增加了各种新的功能,因此,纸张的应用领域已经远远超出了发明时的单一用途,特种纸这一名称应运而生。近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,特种纸也同步发展壮大,产量、质量都得到很大提升。特种纸的应用领域不断扩展,一些产品替代了进口,一些产品已经出口。特种纸品种不断丰富,特别是一些新产品填补了国内空白。这些特种纸新产品的研制成功和应用领域市场的不断开拓,提升了特种纸的技术水平。拓展了特种纸在国民经济和日常生活中的应用领域,成为我国造纸行业中增长迅速的一个领域。
从用途上来划分,包装类特种纸是特种纸的一大类,包装类特种纸主要包括食品包装纸、纸质粮袋、标签纸。目前,用于液体食品的包装纸通常都会添加湿强剂,常采用的湿强剂通常是PAE树脂,在PAE树脂的合成过程中,会伴随含有少量来自环氧氯丙烷的副产物产生,如DCP(二氯异丙醇)和MCPD(氯丙二醇),该副产物是低分子量有机氯化物,与AOX(可吸附有机卤化物)同属一类,含有较高DCP和MCPD的PAE树脂也能释放AOX。DCP是有毒致癌物,毒性大,不利于人体健康。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种礼品包装特种纸,解决现有技术的食品包装纸含有不利人体健康的湿强剂、不加湿强剂则湿强度不够的缺陷。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种礼品包装特种纸,包括基纸,所述基纸定量为15~25g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥ 1000N/m,平滑度≥ 100s,所述基纸的原料组分中含有10~20%的壳聚糖,以基纸所有原料的重计,所述基纸表面涂布有淀粉及松香的混合物层,所述淀粉及松香混合物的用量为0.3~0.4g/m2,所述淀粉与松香的用量比为2:1,所述混合物层上还涂敷有一层聚乙烯薄膜,所述聚乙烯薄膜的外还涂敷有烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物层,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的用量比为2:1,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物用量为2~4g/m2。
进一步的改进是:所述基纸表面的淀粉与松香的混合物层中还添加有聚氨酯,所述聚氨酯的用量为松香的1/5~1/4。
进一步的改进是:所述聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.03~0.06mm。
进一步的改进是:所述基纸的原料组分中含有15%的壳聚糖。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的礼品包装特种纸,选用定量为15~25g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥ 1000N/m,平滑度≥ 100s的基纸,基纸本身的纵向抗张强度较强,并且基纸的原料组分中含有10~20%的壳聚糖,可降解,较为环保,在基纸表面涂布有淀粉及松香的混合物层,充当粘结剂作用,在混合物层上涂敷有一层聚乙烯薄膜,具有较强的耐热性,在聚乙烯薄膜的外还涂敷有烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物层,提升抗水性能,进而提升纸张的湿强度,本发明的礼品包装特种纸适合应用到食品领域,尤其是液体食品的包装领域,具有较高的湿强度,且所采用的物质组分均较环保无毒,对人体无害。

以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种礼品包装特种纸,包括基纸,所述基纸定量为15g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1000N/m,平滑度≥ 100s,所述基纸的原料组分中含有10%的壳聚糖,以基纸所有原料的重计,所述基纸表面涂布有淀粉、松香及聚氨酯的混合物层,所述混合物的用量为0.3g/m2,所述淀粉与松香及聚氨酯的用量比为2:1:0.25,所述混合物层上还涂敷有一层聚乙烯薄膜,所述聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.03mm。所述聚乙烯薄膜的外还涂敷有烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物层,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的用量比为2:1,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物用量为2g/m2。
实施例二
一种礼品包装特种纸,包括基纸,所述基纸定量为20g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1000N/m,平滑度≥ 100s,所述基纸的原料组分中含有15%的壳聚糖,以基纸所有原料的重计,所述基纸表面涂布有淀粉、松香及聚氨酯的混合物层,所述混合物的用量为0.4g/m2,所述淀粉与松香及聚氨酯的用量比为2:1:0.2,所述混合物层上还涂敷有一层聚乙烯薄膜,所述聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.06mm,所述聚乙烯薄膜的外还涂敷有烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物层,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的用量比为2:1,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物用量为4g/m2。
其中,本发明中,基纸定量在15~25g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥ 1000N/m,平滑度≥100s,基纸的原料组分中含有10~20%(重量百分比)的壳聚糖,烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物用量为2~4g/m2,聚氨酯的用量为松香的1/5~1/4,所述聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.03~0.06mm,在以上参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的。

1.一种礼品包装特种纸,包括基纸,其特征在于,所述基纸定量为15~25g/m2,纵向抗张强度≥1000N/m,平滑度≥100s,所述基纸的原料组分中含有10~20%的壳聚糖,以基纸所有原料的重计,所述基纸表面涂布有淀粉及松香的混合物层,所述淀粉及松香混合物的用量为0.3~0.4g/m2,所述淀粉与松香的用量比为2:1,所述混合物层上还涂敷有一层聚乙烯薄膜,所述聚乙烯薄膜的外还涂敷有烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物层,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的用量比为2:1,所述烷基烯酮二聚体与聚酰胺环氧树脂的混合物用量为2~4g/m2;所述基纸表面的淀粉与松香的混合物层中还添加有聚氨酯,所述聚氨酯的用量为松香的1/5~1/4;所述聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.03~0.06mm;所述基纸的原料组分中含有15%的壳聚糖。
