背景技术
随着环境污染的日益严重,低碳、节能、环保已成为全世界关注的重点,由此绿色包装材料受到了越来越多的关注。目前,绿色包装材料在许多领域都应用广泛,其应用最多的绿色包装材料主要有可降解高分子包装材料、纸质包装材料以及可食性包装材料,其中,以纸质包装材料在应用中所占比重最大。
纸质包装材料由于其来源广,价格低廉、使用后可回收利用,并且能够自然降解,因此其被认为是最有发展潜力的绿色包装材料。但是,纸质包装材料存在防油性较差,不耐撕裂,抗拉能力弱等不足,这均给实际应用过程中带来诸多不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种防油纸基包装材料及其制备方法,具有绿色环保、耐油性佳、且耐撕裂和抗拉伸等特性,可满足更好的应用需求。
为此,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种防油纸基包装材料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:木纤维36-52份、中药渣13-21份、狗尾巴草5-17份、黑麦草5-17份、鱼骨粉3-9份、柑橘渣5-13份、铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯6-13份、羟基硅油3-10份、硫酸化蓖麻油1-5份、纳米铜粉2-8份、滑石粉1-7份、尿素2-8份、甘露糖6-12份、单月桂基磷酸酯4-9份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠3-12份、二丙二醇丁醚4-8份、塔拉胶1-5份、水杨酸钠1-6份、羟乙基纤维素钠2-6份、茶皂素4-9份、去离子水86-110份。
其中,所述的防油纸基包装材料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:木纤维38-51份、中药渣14-18份、狗尾巴草8-15份、黑麦草7-12份、鱼骨粉4-8份、柑橘渣7-11份、铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯8-11份、羟基硅油5-9份、硫酸化蓖麻油2-4份、纳米铜粉3-7份、滑石粉3-6份、尿素3-5份、甘露糖7-10份、单月桂基磷酸酯5-8份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠5-10份、二丙二醇丁醚5-7份、塔拉胶2-4份、水杨酸钠2-4份、羟乙基纤维素钠3-5份、茶皂素4-7份、去离子水94-105份。
其中,所述木纤维为红松木绒毛纤维、针叶木纤维和阔叶木纤维中的至少一种。
其中,所述中药渣为含芦荟、侧柏叶、陈皮、决明子、蒲公英、荷叶、桃树叶、甘草和雷公藤的混合药渣,且各自的质量比为2:1.6:1.2:2.5:3:0.4:1.2:1:1。
上述防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份,将狗尾巴草、黑麦草和柑橘渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆得到草浆A;
步骤二:按重量份,将木纤维和中药渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆,得到混合浆B;
步骤三:按重量份,将鱼骨粉加入去离子水中,控制温度为80-98℃,保温2-6小时后冷却至室温,再加入上述经打浆的草浆A和混合浆B混合均匀,随后依次加入纳米铜粉、滑石粉、尿素、甘露糖、羟乙基纤维素钠、茶皂素、水杨酸钠和塔拉胶,第一次搅拌时间为30-80分钟,再依次加入单月桂基磷酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚和铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯,第二次搅拌时间为20-40分钟;

由于采用了如上技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的防油纸基包装材料具有较高的撕裂强度、拉伸强度和良好的防油性,其撕裂强度、拉伸强度最大分别达到211 kN/m和 62MPa,采用橄榄油做防油性试验测得橄榄油对本发明的防油纸基包装材料产品不润湿,防油效果良好。因此,本发明的防油纸基包装材料克服了穿了的纸质包装材料的存在防油性较差,不耐撕裂,抗压能力弱等不足,可适用更好的应用需求。

实施例1

步骤三:按重量份,将鱼骨粉加入去离子水中,控制温度为89℃,保温4小时后冷却至室温,再加入上述经打浆的草浆A和混合浆B混合均匀,随后依次加入纳米铜粉、滑石粉、尿素、甘露糖、羟乙基纤维素钠、茶皂素、水杨酸钠和塔拉胶,第一次搅拌时间为65分钟,再依次加入单月桂基磷酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚和铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯,第二次搅拌时间为30分钟;
步骤四:按重量份,最后加入硫酸化蓖麻油和羟基硅油,第三次搅拌时间为27分钟,得到搅拌物C;
步骤五:将搅拌物C平铺并置于84℃烘箱中干燥12小时,即得防油纸基包装材料。
实施例4
一种防油纸基包装材料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:木纤维38份、中药渣14份、狗尾巴草8份、黑麦草7份、鱼骨粉4份、柑橘渣7份、铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯8份、羟基硅油5份、硫酸化蓖麻油2份、纳米铜粉3份、滑石粉3份、尿素3份、甘露糖7份、单月桂基磷酸酯5份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠5份、二丙二醇丁醚5份、塔拉胶2份、水杨酸钠2份、羟乙基纤维素钠3份、茶皂素4份、去离子水94份。
其中,所述木纤维为红松木绒毛纤维、针叶木纤维和阔叶木纤维,且三者的质量比为2:3:1。所述中药渣为含芦荟、侧柏叶、陈皮、决明子、蒲公英、荷叶、桃树叶、甘草和雷公藤的混合药渣,且各自的质量比为2:1.6:1.2:2.5:3:0.4:1.2:1:1。
上述防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份,将狗尾巴草、黑麦草和柑橘渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆得到草浆A;
步骤二:按重量份,将木纤维和中药渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆,得到混合浆B;
步骤三:按重量份,将鱼骨粉加入去离子水中,控制温度为95℃,保温5小时后冷却至室温,再加入上述经打浆的草浆A和混合浆B混合均匀,随后依次加入纳米铜粉、滑石粉、尿素、甘露糖、羟乙基纤维素钠、茶皂素、水杨酸钠和塔拉胶,第一次搅拌时间为65分钟,再依次加入单月桂基磷酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚和铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯,第二次搅拌时间为30分钟;
步骤四:按重量份,最后加入硫酸化蓖麻油和羟基硅油,第三次搅拌时间为25分钟,得到搅拌物C;
步骤五:将搅拌物C平铺并置于85℃烘箱中干燥11小时,即得防油纸基包装材料。
实施例5
一种防油纸基包装材料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:木纤维38-51份、中药渣14-18份、狗尾巴草8-15份、黑麦草7-12份、鱼骨粉4-8份、柑橘渣7-11份、铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯8-11份、羟基硅油5-9份、硫酸化蓖麻油2-4份、纳米铜粉3-7份、滑石粉3-6份、尿素3-5份、甘露糖7-10份、单月桂基磷酸酯5-8份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠5-10份、二丙二醇丁醚5-7份、塔拉胶2-4份、水杨酸钠2-4份、羟乙基纤维素钠3-5份、茶皂素4-7份、去离子水94-105份。
其中,所述木纤维为红松木绒毛纤维和针叶木纤维,且两者的质量3:1。所述中药渣为含芦荟、侧柏叶、陈皮、决明子、蒲公英、荷叶、桃树叶、甘草和雷公藤的混合药渣,且各自的质量比为2:1.6:1.2:2.5:3:0.4:1.2:1:1。
上述防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份,将狗尾巴草、黑麦草和柑橘渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆得到草浆A;
步骤二:按重量份,将木纤维和中药渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆,得到混合浆B;
步骤三:按重量份,将鱼骨粉加入去离子水中,控制温度为88℃,保温4小时后冷却至室温,再加入上述经打浆的草浆A和混合浆B混合均匀,随后依次加入纳米铜粉、滑石粉、尿素、甘露糖、羟乙基纤维素钠、茶皂素、水杨酸钠和塔拉胶,第一次搅拌时间为50分钟,再依次加入单月桂基磷酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚和铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯,第二次搅拌时间为25分钟;
步骤四:按重量份,最后加入硫酸化蓖麻油和羟基硅油,第三次搅拌时间为30分钟,得到搅拌物C;
步骤五:将搅拌物C平铺并置于80℃烘箱中干燥14小时,即得防油纸基包装材料。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的配方及其制备方法基本相同,不同之处在于:中药渣、硫酸化蓖麻油和鱼骨粉。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的配方及其制备方法基本相同,不同之处在于:茶皂素、纳米铜粉和羟基硅油。
性能测试
将上述实施例和对比例制备的防油纸基包装材料产品进行各项性能测试,其测试结果见下表所示:
从上表可以直观的看出,本发明的防油纸基包装材料具有较高的撕裂强度、拉伸强度和良好的防油性,其撕裂强度、拉伸强度最大分别达到211 kN/m和 62MPa,采用橄榄油做防油性试验测得橄榄油对本发明的防油纸基包装材料产品不润湿,防油效果良好。因此,本发明的防油纸基包装材料克服了传统的纸质包装材料的存在防油性较差,不耐撕裂,抗压能力弱等不足,可适用更好的应用需求。

Claims (9)

1. 一种防油纸基包装材料,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的组分组成:木纤维36-52份、中药渣13-21份、狗尾巴草5-17份、黑麦草5-17份、鱼骨粉3-9份、柑橘渣5-13份、铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯6-13份、羟基硅油3-10份、硫酸化蓖麻油1-5份、纳米铜粉2-8份、滑石粉1-7份、尿素2-8份、甘露糖6-12份、单月桂基磷酸酯4-9份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠3-12份、二丙二醇丁醚4-8份、塔拉胶1-5份、水杨酸钠1-6份、羟乙基纤维素钠2-6份、茶皂素4-9份、去离子水86-110份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的防油纸基包装材料,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的组分组成:木纤维38-51份、中药渣14-18份、狗尾巴草8-15份、黑麦草7-12份、鱼骨粉4-8份、柑橘渣7-11份、铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯8-11份、羟基硅油5-9份、硫酸化蓖麻油2-4份、纳米铜粉3-7份、滑石粉3-6份、尿素3-5份、甘露糖7-10份、单月桂基磷酸酯5-8份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠5-10份、二丙二醇丁醚5-7份、塔拉胶2-4份、水杨酸钠2-4份、羟乙基纤维素钠3-5份、茶皂素4-7份、去离子水94-105份。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的防油纸基包装材料,其特征在于,所述木纤维为红松木绒毛纤维、针叶木纤维和阔叶木纤维中的至少一种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的防油纸基包装材料,其特征在于,所述中药渣为含芦荟、侧柏叶、陈皮、决明子、蒲公英、荷叶、桃树叶、甘草和雷公藤的混合药渣,且各自的质量比为2:1.6:1.2:2.5:3:0.4:1.2:1:1。
5. 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份,将狗尾巴草、黑麦草和柑橘渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆得到草浆A;
步骤二:按重量份,将木纤维和中药渣,进行蒸煮,粉碎,挤浆、洗涤、疏解后打浆,得到混合浆B;
步骤三:按重量份,将鱼骨粉加入去离子水中,控制温度为80-98℃,保温2-6小时后冷却至室温,再加入上述经打浆的草浆A和混合浆B混合均匀,随后依次加入纳米铜粉、滑石粉、尿素、甘露糖、羟乙基纤维素钠、茶皂素、水杨酸钠和塔拉胶,第一次搅拌时间为30-80分钟,再依次加入单月桂基磷酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、二丙二醇丁醚和铬酸双(三苯甲基硅烷基)酯,第二次搅拌时间为20-40分钟;
步骤四:按重量份,最后加入硫酸化蓖麻油和羟基硅油,第三次搅拌时间为15-40分钟,得到搅拌物C;
步骤五:将搅拌物C平铺并置于78-90℃烘箱中干燥8-16小时,即得防油纸基包装材料。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中的控制温度为95℃,保温5小时。
7. 根据权利要求5所述的防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中第一次搅拌时间为65分钟,第二次搅拌时间为30分钟。
8. 根据权利要求5所述的防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中第三次搅拌时间为25分钟。
9. 根据权利要求5所述的防油纸基包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中置于85℃烘箱中干燥11小时。
