Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水纸袋及其制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将树皮、玻璃纤维、硅胶、麻、稻草、石灰水、分散剂和助留剂混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋,解决了普通的纸袋防水性能差,遇水后容易开裂或破碎,使得其强度下降的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸袋制备领域,具体地,涉及防水纸袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,纸是一种可回收再利用的资源。造纸的原料主要是植物纤维,原料中除含有纤维素、半纤维素、木素三大主要成分外,尚有其他含量较少的组分,如树脂、灰份等。相比塑料袋,纸袋子的生产原料是树木,是一种可再生资源,同时其本身也具有的可降解、可回收利用的特点,因此受到广泛的应用。普通的纸袋防水性能差,遇水后容易开裂或破碎,使得其强度下降。
因此,提供一种防水性能优良,遇水后不易开裂或破碎的防水纸袋及其制备方法是本发明亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水纸袋及其制备方法,解决了普通的纸袋防水性能差,遇水后容易开裂或破碎,使得其强度下降的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防水纸袋的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:
(1)将树皮、玻璃纤维、硅胶、麻、稻草、石灰水、分散剂和助留剂混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;
(2)将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋;其中,相对于100重量份的树皮,所述玻璃纤维的用量为30-40重量份,所述硅胶的用量为5-15重量份,所述麻的用量为10-20重量份,所述稻草的用量为20-40重量份,所述石灰水的用量为80-150重量份,所述分散剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述助留剂的用量为1-10重量份。
本发明还提供了一种防水纸袋,所述防水纸袋由上述的制备方法制得。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供了一种防水纸袋及其制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将树皮、玻璃纤维、硅胶、麻、稻草、石灰水、分散剂和助留剂混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋,通过各原料之间的协同作用使得制得的防水纸袋具备优良的防水性能,遇水后不易开裂或破碎,同时用于制备该防水纸袋的方法简单、原料易得。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供了一种防水纸袋的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括:将树皮、玻璃纤维、硅胶、麻、稻草、石灰水、分散剂和助留剂混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋;其中,相对于100重量份的树皮,所述玻璃纤维的用量为30-40重量份,所述硅胶的用量为5-15重量份,所述麻的用量为10-20重量份,所述稻草的用量为20-40重量份,所述石灰水的用量为80-150重量份,所述分散剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述助留剂的用量为1-10重量份。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,为了使得制得的防水纸袋具备更为优良的强度和防水能力,相对于100重量份的树皮,所述玻璃纤维的用量为34-36重量份,所述硅胶的用量为8-12重量份,所述麻的用量为14-16重量份,所述稻草的用量为25-35重量份,所述石灰水的用量为90-120重量份,所述分散剂的用量为2-3重量份,所述助留剂的用量为4-6重量份。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,为了增加各原料在纸浆中的的留着率,进一步提高制得的防水纸袋的防水能力,所述助留剂的组分包括:聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇,优选的,所述聚丙烯酰胺和所述聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:1-2。
在本发明的一种更为优选的实施方式中,为了使得各原料在纸浆中分散均匀,提高纸袋质量,所述分散剂的组分包括:焦磷酸四钠、脱乙酰刺梧酮树胶和水。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,为了进一步提高制得的防水纸袋的防水能力,所述石灰水中氢氧化钙的含量为0.2-0.4%。
本发明还提供了一种防水纸袋,所述防水纸袋由上述的制备方法制得。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
将100g树皮、34g玻璃纤维、8g硅胶、14g麻、25g稻草、90g石灰水(石灰水中氢氧化钙的含量为0.2%)、2g分散剂和4g助留剂(助留剂的组分包括聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇,且聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:1)混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋A1。
实施例2
将100g树皮、36g玻璃纤维、12g硅胶、16g麻、35g稻草、120g石灰水(石灰水中氢氧化钙的含量为0.4%)、3g分散剂和6g助留剂(助留剂的组分包括聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇,且聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:2)混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋A2。
实施例3
将100g树皮、35g玻璃纤维、10g硅胶、15g麻、30g稻草、100g石灰水(石灰水中氢氧化钙的含量为0.3%)、分散剂和助留剂(助留剂的组分包括聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇,且聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:1.5)混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋A3。
实施例4
按照实施例1的方法进行制备,不同的是,树皮的用量为100g,所述玻璃纤维的用量为30g,所述硅胶的用量为5g,所述麻的用量为10g,所述稻草的用量为20g,所述石灰水的用量为80g,所述分散剂的用量为1g,所述助留剂的用量为1g,得到防水纸袋A4。
实施例5
按照实施例1的方法进行制备,不同的是,树皮的用量为100g,所述玻璃纤维的用量为40g,所述硅胶的用量为15g,所述麻的用量为20g,所述稻草的用量为40g,所述石灰水的用量为150g,所述分散剂的用量为5g,所述助留剂的用量为10g,得到防水纸袋A5。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法进行制备,不同的是,树皮的用量为100g,所述玻璃纤维的用量为20g,所述硅胶的用量为2g,所述麻的用量为5g,所述稻草的用量为10g,所述石灰水的用量为70g,所述分散剂的用量为0.5g,所述助留剂的用量为0.5g,得到防水纸袋D1。
对比例2
按照实施例1的方法进行制备,不同的是,树皮的用量为100g,所述玻璃纤维的用量为50g,所述硅胶的用量为20g,所述麻的用量为25g,所述稻草的用量为50g,所述石灰水的用量为160g,所述分散剂的用量为10g,所述助留剂的用量为15g,得到防水纸袋D2。
测试例1
将制得的防水纸袋A1-A5、D1和D2在清水中浸泡2h,取出后观察其表面的开裂和破碎情况。

通过上述表格数据可以看出,在本发明范围内制得的防水纸袋A1-A5,经测试后表面无破碎开裂情况或轻微破碎和开裂情况,而在本发明范围外制得的防水袋D1和D2,经测试后表面出现严重破碎和开裂情况,在本发明优选的范围内制得的防水纸袋A1-A3的防水性能更优,表面无开裂和破碎情况,由此,本发明制得的防水纸袋具备优良的防水性能,遇水不易破碎和开裂。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)
1.一种防水纸袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
(1)将树皮、玻璃纤维、硅胶、麻、稻草、石灰水、分散剂和助留剂混合并蒸煮得到纸浆;
(2)将所述纸浆经洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化和烘干得到防水纸袋;其中,相对于100重量份的树皮,所述玻璃纤维的用量为30-40重量份,所述硅胶的用量为5-15重量份,所述麻的用量为10-20重量份,所述稻草的用量为20-40重量份,所述石灰水的用量为80-150重量份,所述分散剂的用量为1-5重量份,所述助留剂的用量为1-10重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,相对于100重量份的树皮,所述玻璃纤维的用量为34-36重量份,所述硅胶的用量为8-12重量份,所述麻的用量为14-16重量份,所述稻草的用量为25-35重量份,所述石灰水的用量为90-120重量份,所述分散剂的用量为2-3重量份,所述助留剂的用量为4-6重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述助留剂的组分包括:聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其中,所述聚丙烯酰胺和所述聚乙烯醇的质量比为1:1-2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述分散剂的组分包括:焦磷酸四钠、脱乙酰刺梧酮树胶和水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述石灰水中氢氧化钙的含量为0.2-0.4%。
7.一种防水纸袋,其特征在于,所述防水纸袋由权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的制备方法制得。
