一种自发热抗静电服装面料,由经纱和纬纱交织纺织而成,经纱包括以下重量份的原料:氧化石墨烯5‑8份、莫代尔纤维20‑25份、唐古特忍冬纤维6‑8份、苎麻纤维6‑8份、磷系永久阻燃聚酯纤维5‑8份、南瓜藤纤维6‑8份、铜纤维1‑2份、纳米氧化铝4‑6份;纬纱包括以下重量份的原料:磁疗纤维3‑5份、托玛琳2‑3份、聚硅硼氧烷4‑5份、氢氧化铝1‑2份、碳纤维15‑20份、罗布麻叶纤维12‑16份、铜纤维1‑2份、广西过路黄纤维18‑22份。本发明面料含有氧化石墨烯和托玛琳,它们具有一定的自发热能力,面料还具有抗静电性能,摩擦使不产生静电火花,同时面料透气性好,面料还具有阻燃性能,面料可以直接接触皮肤,穿起来非常舒适,不会对皮肤造成伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种自发热抗静电服装面料。
背景技术
目前的聚酯纤维衣服面料,在摩擦时容易产生静电,使人感到很不适,静电也容易吸灰,使得衣服看起来脏兮兮的。而且,目前的衣服面料一般不具有自发热性能,穿起来保暖效果差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种自发热抗静电服装面料,面料含有氧化石墨烯和托玛琳,它们具有一定的自发热能力,面料还具有抗静电性能,摩擦使不产生静电火花,同时面料透气性好,面料还具有阻燃性能,面料可以直接接触皮肤,穿起来非常舒适,不会对皮肤造成伤害。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种自发热抗静电服装面料,由经纱和纬纱交织纺织而成,所述经纱包括以下重量份的原料:氧化石墨烯5-8份、莫代尔纤维20-25份、唐古特忍冬纤维6-8份、苎麻纤维6-8份、磷系永久阻燃聚酯纤维5-8份、南瓜藤纤维6-8份、铜纤维1-2份、纳米氧化铝4-6份;所述纬纱包括以下重量份的原料:磁疗纤维3-5份、托玛琳2-3份、聚硅硼氧烷4-5份、氢氧化铝1-2份、碳纤维15-20份、罗布麻叶纤维12-16份、铜纤维1-2份、广西过路黄纤维18-22份。
一种自发热抗静电服装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱的各原料混和纺丝,将纬纱的各原料混合纺丝;
(2)将经纱和纬纱用纳米二氧化钛溶液浸泡30-40分钟,然后放入-5℃冷库冷冻10分钟,取出后用热风干燥,热风温度为47℃,热风流速为2-3m/s;
(3)将干燥后的经纱和纬纱送入织造机织造获得面料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明面料含有氧化石墨烯和托玛琳,它们具有一定的自发热能力,面料还具有抗静电性能,摩擦使不产生静电火花,同时面料透气性好,面料还具有阻燃性能,面料可以直接接触皮肤,穿起来非常舒适,不会对皮肤造成伤害,本发明面料特别适合用于制作秋衣秋裤,不易沾灰,长时间穿着清洗都不易出现纤维断裂现象,面料具有一定的自净能力,抗拉强度好。

实施例1
一种自发热抗静电服装面料,由经纱和纬纱交织纺织而成,所述经纱包括以下重量份(公斤)的原料:氧化石墨烯6份、莫代尔纤维22份、唐古特忍冬纤维7份、苎麻纤维7份、磷系永久阻燃聚酯纤维6份、南瓜藤纤维7份、铜纤维1份、纳米氧化铝5份;所述纬纱包括以下重量份(公斤)的原料:磁疗纤维4份、托玛琳2份、聚硅硼氧烷4份、氢氧化铝1份、碳纤维18份、罗布麻叶纤维14份、铜纤维1份、广西过路黄纤维20份。
一种自发热抗静电服装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱的各原料混和纺丝,将纬纱的各原料混合纺丝;

一种自发热抗静电服装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱的各原料混和纺丝,将纬纱的各原料混合纺丝;
(2)将经纱和纬纱用纳米二氧化钛溶液浸泡30-40分钟,然后放入-5℃冷库冷冻10分钟,取出后用热风干燥,热风温度为47℃,热风流速为2-3m/s;
(3)将干燥后的经纱和纬纱送入织造机织造获得面料。

2.一种自发热抗静电服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将经纱的各原料混和纺丝,将纬纱的各原料混合纺丝;
(2)将经纱和纬纱用纳米二氧化钛溶液浸泡30-40分钟,然后放入-5℃冷库冷冻10分钟,取出后用热风干燥,热风温度为47℃,热风流速为2-3m/s;
(3)将干燥后的经纱和纬纱送入织造机织造获得面料。
